Rob Bahia did a great job helping my wife and I understand the process and book this amazing trip for our 50th wedding anniversary next year. Rob was very knowledgeable and understood our desires and concerns. He was very patient with my many questions. We are looking forward to a great trip next year. Thanks, Rob.

OMG!! We just returned from an 8 day itinerary beginning in Vancouver, into Jasper and south through the Canadian Rockies, then leaving out of Calgary. It was AWESOME!! WE booked through FRESH TRACKS and both my husband and myself give the trip a 12+ on a scale of 1-10. Our representative, Anjuli, planned a perfect trip based on listening to our requests. We didn't have one glitch during the entire 8 days. We decided to go Goldleaf and loved the service and train voyage to Jasper. What wonderful memories and photos we have. ITS A TRIP TO BE EXPERIENCED BY EVERYONE DURING THEIR LIFETIME.

We just returned from a wonderful trip to Vancouver, Victoria, Jasper, lake Louise and Banff. Ashley was our trip planner and she was wonderful to work with: communicative in a timely manner, flexible with both ideas and scheduling options, responsive to our interests, and a problem solver. A focal point included the Rocky Mountaineer. I recommend her highly, Fresh Tracks is fortunate to have her on their staff. They couldn't have a more personable efficient employee to represent them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend our itinerary to anyone interested in this area.

Angie was my rep. Very patient, as we changed thing a few times...but we worked together and booked what we wanted. Booking was easy and produced a lovely quote

Our agent Paul did not listen to what we wanted to experience rather he wanted to book us for activities that interested him. We were clear in what we were looking for but we decided not to book with Fresh Tracks after feeling pressured to partake in activities made for someone else.

Angie and Amber were amazing. They created a great trip for us and they were both very responsive to our needs. We will definetly use them in the future.

We have been treated well and professionally throughout the entire Covid related postponement of our cross Canada train vacation. There was never any mistake and all the communications were timely and responsive! Our vacation went smoothly and was unforgetably enjoyable!????

Everything about the trip was as good as or better than we anticipated. Responsive staff, excellent quality. It was an anniversary trip for us, and each hotel booked for us had an anniversary greeting and welcome for us. It was, as my husband has said, " a trip of a lifetime".

All in all it was a good trip. Someone always met us at the train station to take us to the hotel and picked us up to return. Tours that we took were all very nice mostly in smaller groups with good personal service. Weather was unseasonably cold so I was cold most of the time, but that was my fault for not being better prepared. We did not realize that we were being booked at 5* hotels where the meals would be so expensive in addition to what we had already paid. We told Natalie we usually stayed at Holiday Inn Express or lower end Marriott's as Fairfield Inns. These always included breakfast. Not so at the Westin or Fairmont Inns. They were nice, but outside of town and so we had no choice but to eat in their expensive restaurants from Breakfast and dinner. She also booked us at some boutique hotels that were charming and included breakfast. One thing they need to check - the last hotel had no elevator and we were at the top of a huge amount of steps with no bell hop. We arrived late - Fresh Tracks did try to find us another place, but it was such a mess, the hotel agreed to move us the next day to a first floor. Also the train from Quebec City to Halifax had such small compartments that my husband had to lie on the lower bunk while I got my stuff to climb up - both of us could not move when the beds were down. The doors were so small that my overweight son would not fit through them (he was not on the trip). The point I am making is that Fresh Tracks needs to check on the age, physical condition, etc. of the passengers they are booking and make accommodations in the reservations for that. We should not be surprised when we arrive that there are steps we cannot use - some do not consider themselves handicapped - but have knees that do not allow a great deal of step climbing. All in all it was a good trip - tours were good - we missed one because of late train into Vancouver and we received a refund for that. If we were going to Canada again, would not hesitate to use Fresh Tracks but I would be a little more involved in the specifics of the booking - I let my husband do that for this trip and he didn't pay attention to those details (I usually book everything for our US trips).

We used Fresh Tracks Canada based on the recommendation of an acquaintance and can’t offer enough accolades regarding Fresh Tracks’ assistance and their commitment to service in planning our 50th wedding anniversary celebration trip. Our plan included stays in Banff, Lake Louise, Jasper, and the Rocky Mountaineer across the Rockies with overnight stay Kamloops thence to Vancouver. This was followed by a Holland America cruise to Alaska, then to Anchorage for one night, next to Denali resort for 3 nights, before terminating with two nights in Fairbanks. Our agent, Natalie, provided wonderful advice on accommodations, tours, and attractions with best values all around. Likewise, our vacation coordinator, Sarah, was most helpful in managing our billing, tour coordination, and documentation. Both of these pros were exceptional in responding to and resolving our queries. Highly recommended!

We had a perfect trip, just what we wanted, thanks to the Fresh Tracks Canada team. They communicated quickly and clearly to many questions we had before this lifetime trip. We couldn't have done it with their expertise and guidance. Great gratitude, GInny

Great experience in Alberta, including a really fun train excursion. We were well taken care of by Fresh Tracks, they arranged everything very competently, so it made traveling a breeze. My only regret is that I didn't arrange for a longer trip! P.S. A hiking trip with one company I requested in Jasper fell through due to a mudslide. Angie and Amber promptly made arrangements with another company, Canadian Skyline Adventures - Sarah Peterson was our guide, and she was fantastic! I can't recommend her enough. All in all, my husband and I were very satisfied with our vacation.

We had a zoom meeting with our advisor Candace shortly after making an inquiry about a trans Canadian rail trip for 2022. This is an anniversary trip and has been a hope of ours for several years. What impressed me most was how at the end of our call she could so clearly relay back to us the important aspects of the trip we were planning. From there she put an itinerary together for us, which after a bit of tweaking, I feel meets all of our expectations. So looking forward to our trip.

Our Vancouver-Kamloops, Jasper, Lake Louise & Banff Silverleaf tour was a dream.. Food was extraordinary, transfers of bodies and bags super, hosts knowledgeable and hospitable, scenery heavenly and lodging 1st Class. Well done, Fresh Tracks!

Everything Fresh Tracks Canada does, from the scheduling department to the actual trip, is first class. Their staff, both on the train and in the office are professional, polite, and courteous. Simply a delight to work with and fun to be with. Our first trip was a Canadian Rockies one - from Vancouver to Kamloops to Jasper to Banff to Lake Louise and then to Calgary. Our next one in 2022 will be the Canada Eastern Rail Classic from Montreal to Quebec and then overnight on the train to Halifax Nova Scotia. If you want to visit beautiful Canada you definitely should work with Fresh Tracks Canada for a vacation you will treasure leaving you with many wonderful memories.

Great vacation, well organized by Fresh Tracks. Glad we has them to help plan our vacation. Went to visit the best places.

If you want to feel like royalty travel the Rocky Mountaineer from Vancouver to Jasper. Follow that with adventures in Jasper from hiking into the forest with a local guide and you might see the biggest elk you've ever seen, or take a boat ride on lovely Lake Maligne all arranged by the experts at Fresh Tracks. But maybe the most glorious day is experiencing the Icefields Parkway, one of the top scenic highways in the world. If you're lucky your driver may be Norm, who will regale you with stories of the early pioneers who carved out pathways through the Rockies. Lake Louise and Banff cap an awesome visit to the Canadian Rockies with all arrangements faultlessly made by Fresh Tracks Canada.

I am writing first of all to thank you and Meaghan for the special treat at the Halliburton. It was perfect timing...the bubbly and cheese tray were great and were a fitting start to our evening of dinner at the Press Gang in Halifax. Neat restaurant and great food. We thoroughly enjoyed all of your inn pics and especially the Seawind Landing in Charlos Cove. Surprised by their gourmet breakfast and dinner at such a remote outpost. What a BEAUTIFUL location. By the way, David said that the "pre-reservations for dinner" are no longer necessary. Plus the Cabot Trail is SPECTACULAR...what else can I say. All the inns you chose were wonderful and very accommodating for any and requests. We really appreciated your responsiveness on our initial airline leg disaster(which of course was not your issue). Thanks for being there and for your the impressive service. We would certainly call on you again for our next foray into Canada. We highly recommend Fresh Tracks and thank you for a job well done. We booked with Fresh Tracks Canada for 23,000 US dollars a train trip from Vancouver to Toronto in summer 2020 and paid a deposit of 7,300 US dollars. Fresh Tracks informed us in May that the trip was cancelled because of Corona. They "offered" to book the same trip in 2021 against an immediate payment of 4,900 US dollars or there would be a price increase of 5 to 8% (Note: inflation would be of the order of 2%). We could not accept because of our ages. Fresh Tracks refused to reimburse the deposit. Quote from the owner: ”Consider that last year 22 million people visited Canada, most of them from April to September - then imagine the economic impacts on all the businesses that depend on that when that number of visitors turns to zero. Refunds are just not possible on a mass scale such as this”. In other words: tough luck for you, customer, good opportunity for me, the owner of Fresh Tracks Canada. We should have read the assessments of Fresh Tracks by their own employees on Glassdoor.ca : "all they care about is making as much money as they can. I feel guilty about how much we rip off customers", “terrible management, overworked, they don’t care about the clients only the profits, no longer an actual travel agency as its more of a call centre"... We would have realized that Fresh Tracks Canada is the travel agency to avoid at any price. We had fortunately bought an expensive "cancel for any reason" insurance with Allianz Global Assistance, business partner of Fresh Tracks. Fifteen (15) weeks after Allianz Global Assistance acknowledged having received our claim for reimbursement of our deposit we have no heard of them, in spite of several reminders. No congratulations to you, Allianz Global Assistance, for failing to process the most simple claim ever!

This is my first trip to Canada. I heard that the colorful trees in Eatern Canada would be beautiful from my husband and started to search using internet. Then I found Fresh Tracks Canada because there were pretty good reviews. I sent them an email and a day after, Angie replied me with many options. She helped me to customize my trip and advised a couple of things. On 20th Sep, we flew to Toronto and started our trip. Our route was Toronto-Ottawa-Montreal-Quebec city. In each city, we stayed for 2 nights and went to the next city by train. Our trip was turned out to be fantastic and well arranged. Even during the trip, I sent emails to Angie and Sarah about asking a couple of things and they replied me right away which made me feel safe. The end of September may be a perfect time to enjoy colorful trees and the weather was amazing. We did not search anything about each city before. But the way how they arranged the trip-two nights and a half-day city tour-made us enjoy the sightseeing as well as plenty of relaxing free time. I would like to deliver my appreciation to Angie and Sarah and hope to go back to them for another trip in the future.

My son and I recently completed the most amazing vacation with Fresh Tracks. Their attention to detail was the best service I have ever seen and I am a small business owner myself. I can only say great things about this company and our experience. The staff were the best ever and I have referred them to at least 10 people already and will contnue to do so

The trip was fantastic! Everything was so well taken care of that we didn't have to worry about any piece of the trip. All people with whom we interacted were punctual, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Our hotels were beautiful as well and situated perfectly within Montreal and Quebec City! You took all the searching time and worry from the experience :) A full bonus was the amazing amount of snow and chill over Christmas and the New Year celebrations! The only piece we weren't too happy about was the meal on the train. We fly very often, and for this trip had to fly from Australia to Canada, within Canada, and back to Australia, so we eat many 'travel' meals. A business class three-course meal is expected to be well above what was offered on the train, as what we received was economy at best. I also think we ate such amazing meals throughout our entire Canadian holiday that that one highlighting our Eastern Canadian trip was disappointing. Our family was impressed with the stories we told upon return and the level of service we experienced with you and everyone involved throughout the actual trip. Thank you, Eva!

My wife and I just returned from our wonderful and varied vacation to eastern Canada. We worked with Fresh Tracks Canada to plan the first 11 days of the trip that included Toronto, Niagara-on-the-Lake, Montreal, and Quebec City. Fresh Tracks, using our selected dates, locations, and modes of travel, handled all of the logistics in advance. Transfers, hotels, city tours, rail tickets, whatever. Their performance was flawless -- like clockwork, wherever and whenever they were booked to do something for us, they were there. We were very impressed with and grateful for the professionalism and competence shown to us, which truly made the vacation one of the most stress-free that we have had. Phil and Aylene
