I took the Whistler sightseeing tour with Joe as our guide, it was really great! Joe was very friendly and helpful, informative and knowledgeable about BC and its history; he told us interesting tidbits and stories about the province and Whistler/Blackcomb. I enjoyed being able to do my own thing on the tour, Whistler was beautiful and the train wreck site was a nice cap-off to the day. Thanks again to Joe and Discover Canada Tours!

I took the tour to Tofino. It was a really good trip. Our guide was Janelle, she was very nice, took care of us all the time and keep the safety measures of Covid-19. I felt very safe. The rooms were amazing. Very comfortable. The tours to Whales and Bear Watching were amazing, Janelle took care of that. Really, I didn't expect to have a great service. Especially during Covid-19. Thank you so much for everything Janelle! Nice to meet you! Have good luck! Keep going!

My husband and I went to Rockies with the tour guide Ian. The experience was fabulous, having a good tour guide makes the difference. He kept the bus clean, the windows of the bus impeccably clean (even on rainy days) that allowed us to take wonderful pictures. His empathy and sense of humor made the trip more pleasant and above all a lot of learning. His experience is noticeable and I want to congratulate him for handling with great care and taking care of every detail. I really hope that these high standards of cleanliness can be addressed to all the other tour guides.

I had originally planned a trip for December 2020 but covid had other plans! However Chanel that looked after my tour litrally went above and beyond with all her help and information!! Very lucky to have her on your team! I'll 100% be trying again next year purely on how easy she mad the whole process! 'Rockies' was one of the most beautiful natural parks that we've ever seen... The nature in canada is so untouched! The only thing I think was a problem sometimes was the hurry of the tour... It's kind of sad driving for more than 12 hours to such beautiful Lakes and having just 30 to 45 minutes to walk by and take pictures. We had to do everything against the clock and I think this is one of the most negative aspects of the tour: To hurry up EVERYTIME. In the last day we did not even make a good stop to lunch, one of our stops in the afternoon was just 20 minutes and I couldn't get a fresh lunch because there was no time (not even to women go to bathroom)... So, please, don't make 20 minutes stop, At least 30. And make sure people have time to enjoy the attractions instead of compressing them in short times. Another thing: The hotel rooms was very good and comfortable, but the only good breakfast that we had was in Banff, all the others were very bad... Tim Hortons breakfast was too simple and in the Valemont hotel (Rocky Inn) they barely had enough food to everybody to eat well, a lot of people left the place hungry, and that's particular bad consider that it was the final day (our last experience) and we don't make any good pause after to eat properly (like a restaurant). Our feedback: If you charge people for the breakfast, at least make sure people are satisfied with it (like we were in Banff).

We took the 4 days Rockies Summer Classic Tour with Discover Canada Tours and it was excellent! The sceneries of the mountains and the lakes are amazing and the tour took us to the most important locations, taking full advantage of the time. The principle instructor Jude together with Angie and Tami the driver were highly professional, cheerful, pleasant and full of interesting information about the history of the Rockies and made the tour so successful. Highly recommended!

All the places were great, on top: Banff gondola, Lake Luise with the hiking to the viewpoint and swimming in the lake, Kelowna at the Okanangan lake, Rogers pass, kayaking on Emerald Lake, stop at Columbia icefields, Athabasca Falls, Willow Ranch, Winery in Kamloops, etc. We had an excellent young and charming guide (Erik) who not only provided us with profound information about nature, geological, historical and social facts, but also with interesting stories and quiz. He understood to create a joyful climate, but also took care of our safety (mask-obligation, sanitizers, etc.) Lets not forget about our excellent bus-driver (Nigel) , who took us to all these wonderful places and also contributed to the safety and joy of everybody. Loved the Hotels, the sights included Athabasca glacier walk was a great experience and the Banff Gondola lead to great views. Alot more on a short tour thanks to Michael's driving skills. Great experience visiting the Rockies for the first time! The tour operator really is a one stop shop for all your exploring needs. The 4 day Rockies Summer Explorer tour was very decently priced, had a multitude of attractions in the itinerary, offered optional activities for an extra price, included great accommodation and very comfortable travelling conditions. The cherry on top was our tour guide, Michelle, who is an absolute pro!! She handled technical difficulties so smoothly, made everyone in the group feel at ease and included, she was very friendly, entertaining and an absolute star! I definitely recommend this tour and the company to everyone as they take every planning detail off your hands and just let you enjoy your exploring adventure while they sort out everything behind the scenes. Do yourself a favour and take each day as it comes, enjoy everything that it brings and don't get too caught up in the details. Cause that's when you might get to experience stuff which weren't even part of the original plan :)

I went on the Rockies Christmas Classic Tour over Christmas and highly recommend that tour and this company. All communication in the lead up to the tour was efficient, informative and helpful, and they responded quickly to a few questions I had very quickly and in a friendly manner. The tour itself was fantastic - days which were busy but not rushed, accomodation which was of a high standard and conveniently located in each town we stayed in, and our guide (Chris) was fantastic and very informative. I'm so glad I went on this tour and can't see anyone regretting to do the same in the future.

Just arrived from 4 days rocky mountain tour and we were absolutely devastated with the experience we had! The bus was old with dirty windows so it was hard to see the scenery and with not enough space for legs.. bus ride is 12 hrs that felt like a nightmare! didn't had enough space for legs and it was painful to sit there for so long and lots of ppl complained. Hotel rooms was dirty (in toilet was stains on the floor ) most likely wasn't cleaned after other people but we were so exhausted that we couldn't even complain.. Food was in bags they said because of covid ... We regretted big time that we went for this trip and basically wasted our money and energy .. Now I'm going to physio and massage therapy to recovering after my "holiday"

My mom and I, along with her friends did the full day sightseeing tour to Vancouver island with a visit to the Butchart Gardens. We had an absolutely fantastic experience and I would highly recommend if you want to see the island and gardens as the travel is all planned out and you get to sit back and enjoy everything! Discover Canada also provides very good pricing for everything you get and our tour guide Joe was fantastic and very kind! He was very knowledgeable and made everyone feel comfortable and answered random questions everyone had throughout the day.

The trip to Whistler was very enlightening by the history provided by Kim. She was very professional, gave us helpful tips to enjoy our time wisely, and always ensuring we were safe not only while traveling in the bus but when moving around in the forest. The hike to the train reck was an amazing opportunity to appreciate the beauty of the Canadian wilderness. Kim had a touching gesture by assisting me in crossing a small suspension bridge back and forth at the site where the train reck was. I would have missed it as I would not have been able to cross it by myself. Definitively, I recommend Discover Canada Tours to get around beautiful British Columbia.

My husband and I did the small group Canadian Rockies Tour 2019 and it is on our list of the BEST and most fun trip. Matt, our driver was informative, interactive and took and shared many photos with us all. Stewart, our guide did an exceptional job keeping us in the loop with everything each day. He is very personable, has a sense of humor and befriended us all right away. Lodging and meals were top notch and our reception by the hosts was very welcoming. My recent trip with Discover Canada Tours on the Rockies Winter Adventure Tour was unforgettable. The tour was well planned and seamless, and the scenery was breathtaking. Our guides, Matt and Sammi, shared stories about Canada, the cities and surrounding area, on the way there are back which were very engaging - even being a Canadian myself and having lived in these parts for many years. They also crafted an excellent playlist for the drive which added to the atmosphere nicely. There were a few highlights for me. The trip was a great opportunity to meet new people from around the world, all of which were very friendly. It also gave me the chance to explore my own country in a new way, through the eyes of people who have never seen these sights before. I would highly recommend doing the snowshoeing in the Winter - it's really magical to explore and icy, snowy forest of Marble Canyon. Our trip had an unexpected detour due to avalanche risk but everything was taken handled professionally. The bus driver and guides did a great job of turning a potentially stressful situation into an exciting adventure down "uncharted paths". All in all, I would highly recommend visitors of Canada, as well as locals, to take a Discover Canada Tour. It's a low stress, fun way to experience the beauties of Canada with a great group of people.

We had a dream tour of the Rocky Mountains with Discover Canada Tours when we joined them for their Classic 4-day 3-night Summer Tour. The three of us hopped on to their luxury coach from Canada Place, Vancouver. We halted for the three nights at Revelstoke, Banff and Valemount where our hotel rooms were pre-booked. We were saved the trouble of hunting for suitable hotels in the peak summer season and the choice of hotel and rooms was good. We were always allotted a private room for the three of us, whereas the solo travelers could share a room with a co-passenger. We made many friends from different parts of the world. Breakfast was included in the tour. Kara, our tour guide, was very informative about the history and culture of various places along the way. She would also regale us with many stories and interesting anecdotes from her earlier trips. Tammy, our driver, navigated us confidently and safely through the mountain passes. We would definitely recommend Discover Canada Tours to any tourists who do not have their own vehicle, or the time to plan their own.
