Worst travels ever dealt with. I booked ticket for 2 adults and 2 children and agent told it cost $1740 per ticket and I end up paying $1915 per adult ticket. Such a waste of money and time. First experience after dealing with many travels for many years. I will never go back to this travels or never recommend them to my friends or relatives.

Worst experience I have ever had. Very unprofessional, they screwed up our bookings in every way possible. They are only after your money and nothing else! No customer service whatsoever! From airlines to class to layover everything was messed up. Screwed up with the booking dates and we stayed in a foreign soil for 26 hours. We were forced to stay in the airport without any place to rest. When contacted choice travel, they gave false hope about arranging temporary visa and failed us to call us.

I've purchased 2 flights through their company, never had a problem. TRUST them when they say "this is a great price for this ticket" that means that's the cheapest. Very unprofessional, rude and stupid service. I was quotes 1 price and told him ill be there in an hour went there and they jacked up the price, got the ticket and when i looked into it, he had the layover time wrong and it seemed like i was waiting for over 6 hours whn i asked several times , wait time has to be under 6 hrs and he only sent me the ticket whn i paid for it and gave me all the other information overthe phone , hence i didnt hve access to the information and i paid for it got it and left until i went home and just read the paper info was all wrong, So when i called he blamed me and was yelling at me, So he said i cnt do anything hence i came home tht day as i wassooo upset tht wht hve i gotten my self into, and called the store the next day, spokewth a diff lady and she was rude as well and i asked her to cancel the ticket , and after whn i called agan she said u hve to give me an email stating to cancel it, nothing was told before, unprepared staff, unprofessional Yes they have a repo of hve good fares and prices and thts wht their staff yell as us for , he told me tht u came here for this price u cn go any whr intheworld and try getting a better deal, im just really upset the way he talked to me , overall horrible staff

Definitely the best option, and they’re extremely understanding and kind towards me, or any customer I’ve seen them interact with. A 100% 5 out of 5, would recommend!

HORRIBLEEE!!! If you're even thinking of using this agency, turn around and run away right now. These guys absolutely ruined me and my families flights and we ended up getting stranded in the middle of our journey for A WHOLE WEEK. The agency was at fault for the error and when we called them, they started making excuses and kept delaying not realizing we're in a random city stuck for a week. They didn't help us at all. I had to do everything on my own and pay an extra $6000 just because of their ridiculous errors. There is so much more Choice Travels ruined for us but if I even began mentioning everything, it would take up way too much space. If I could give 0 stars, I would've. If I could give - stars I definitely would've. This is undoubtedly the most unprofessionally run business in all of Edmonton. We were left with an agent named Rohit and he did absolutely nothing to help us when we needed help. This company's basically a huge scam, so you guys should just grab your money and run away from Choice Travel as far away as you can because stealing your money is all they're after. DO NOT RECOMMEND, ITS A SCAM.

Meenakshi from this agency was helping me to book multiple tickets for my family to visit India this coming December. I had couple of tickets with some of them multiple stops (Canada, India, Singapore, Canada). 1. Meenakshi was very polite and patient in listening to the customer and understanding the needs 2. and in articulating the needs and meticulously identifying the best options keeping in mind the price and the time requirements. 3. She gave us options for cost v/s time as well as comfort on one airline v/s the other (in terms of routes and the duration of the flights). 4. She worked with our specific requirements and gave us the best possible deals with clear explanation of what is good and what is restricted on each options. 5. Finally we were able to book all the tickets with her kind help and patient, hard and smart work. 0 star unfortunately I have no choice just this ! Firstly they told me it gonna be 900 for ur ticket extension when i argued that it is 500 online , they did it for $600 ! (Strange) Then I had passport issue at Delhi airport ! Airline put reference on my booking either i will get another bookin or partial refund but unfortunately i had really unprofressional travel agency who never listen to customers on contrary they YELL , became so RUDE , hang up on me ! I called them 3 times to rebook my ticket , talked to 3 different employees ,all of them took my email n contact number to call me back and its been 3weeks never called me back and replied me THEY R REALLY BUSY THEY DONT HAVE TIME TO CALL ME BACK n IT IS NOT OUR JOB ! Well ASHMITA N SHAW ,, i believe u guys have good experience in the field n in Canada but u still need to know the P of professionalism ! DINESH was one of ur best employee or may be only one ! Very unprofessional, undisciplined and uncaring staff... We were told to come at 11 am on Saturday (even though branch opens at 10:30 am) which we did... At 11 am our travel agent did not show up and we had to call him to request him to come as he gave us his personal cell a day earlier (his answer: he will come at 12 am and some weird late excuse)...we patiently waited 1 hour for our travel agent and even after that we had to call him again to please help us with our trip ( again another late excuse).... We then waited half an hour (till 12:15 am) for the owner... We as customers were not given any phone calls or fair warning .... What's worst is that the first thing that came out of Owner's mouth was we didn't finalize the trip a day earlier (with all due respect it's our money and we have all the right to make a fair and sound decision, moreover, we did hold the deal with the travel agent to be finalized the next day) I REALLY HAVE NO CHOICE IN PUTTING 1 star review (they deserve 0 star).... worst first time experience ever ????
