These guys were amazing! We were celebrating our 10 Year wedding anniversary, and they they even had a card and some chocolates for us after our float. They were super friendly, relaxed, and helpful. The customer service continues long after you are their customer, as we saw them during a walk downtown the next day, and both Dino and Chad honked as they drove by to ensure we saw them waving. Such a great company and great guides!!!

Went on the big canoe trip with Theo as our guide and had a great time! We had booked directly online via Discover Banff Tours and not this company- which caused some confusion with our pick up point/time, etc. However Theo and his partner were great - they called us and even waited for us as we were a few mins late for our meeting time. The ride was pleasant and super relaxing, stunning views of the mountains and 3 sisters. We will definitely be back next year to do the evening boat ride and schedule more trips with this company!

The experience is worth it! Didn't get wet at all during our excursion and one of the owners was kind enough to give us a ride back to our vehicle - met Francisco! Would definitely consider going level 5! We tried level 1 and the scenery was beautiful. Highly recommended.

If your looking for an adrenaline rush, this isn't for you. If you are looking for a fun way to float down the river and take in some of the beautiful scenery without having to worry about getting wet, this is the right tour for you. It was myself my wife and two young kids (5 &7) on the raft; my entire family really enjoyed it. The 1 hour ride is long enough to enjoy and short enough that the kids don't loose interest.

We had an absolutely amazing experience floating down the river. Make sure to dress for the weather, but don’t worry about the water as you will not get wet. Our guide was more than qualified for his position—as a former professional whitewater rafting guide and a local, he could easily control the raft while telling us lots of cool stories about what we were seeing. We saw elk and a bald eagle.

Our guide Dino was so knowledgeable, professional and so fun to go on this river float with! He stopped at special locations for pictures and told us about the history of Canmore/the Coal mines. He was welcoming, knew our names, and made this a very enjoyable experience. His little Havanese dog Frankie stole our hearts, and even posed in pictures with us. She also went on the boat as well and was extremely well behaved. Dino runs a few other attractions, after this experience we will be coming back for sure! Thank you Canmore River adventures!????

From the moment we arrived, Dino and Corey were very welcoming! They were very professional yet also had a sense of humour! We were on the raft with Dino and he was awesome. He talked about the history of Canmore and area. We even stopped at an ‘island’ on the river to do a little exploring. As a single mom, I appreciate the affordability of the adventure. I HIGHLY recommend this tour!

My entire experience was amazing from start to end. Dino is such a down to earth, kind person. We were actually doing the Canmore Cave Tour before this River Tour, and Dino was so accommodating to fit our schedule as best as possible. As we were going down the Bow River, we felt so relaxed. Great experience. Loved it and will be doing it again. Make sure to have your own go-pro to capture your real water rafting experience. They do take pictures which needs to be bought and can be downloaded for $80 for 10 pics which is bit too much

We booked the 5:00 tour and had an awesome trip down the bow River. Dino and Gary were awsome and so was their side kick dog. Highly recommend calling them and booking a tour down the river.

I booked a 1 hour float tour for me and my family (group of 9) and it was such a great experience! The float tour is relaxing and peaceful, and it is a perfect way to end a busy day of hiking. Dino was an amazing tour guide, funny, friendly and genuinely cared that we had a good experience. We even got to stop at a little rock pile and take photos and look at some cool rocks! I had tried another float tour with a different company the week prior and much preferred this one. Highly recommend.

This place was amazing! Dino and Gary were so knowledgeable and kind, and considerate of travelers. We actually couldn’t find the place at first so we called them and they even volunteered to pick us up at a local supermarket so we would not get lost! These little extra steps to go the extra mile mean so much!! The float itself was incredibly peaceful and beautiful, our only complaint was that we did the hour ride instead of the two hour ride! It is a must! Thank you guys for such an amazing experience, we will be back!

Our rafting trip from Canmore was a lot of fun for our group of 10. The reservation process was easy and all the timing went according to plan. The staff were all great to work with and committed to a safe and memorable event. From start to finish, Dino and his wife Michelle helped us get setup for the river tour. Dino taught my wife and I about some of the history on the Bow River and even slowed down to show us some of the interesting features of the area. Would absolutley recommend this tour for a lesiurely float. 10/10

Dino was absolutely amazing. He organized the entire trip for my family and booked all the activities that the 3 kids would enjoy. All the providers he choose for every activity were top notch and he made superb recommendations. Everything was v well priced and he charged no extra to do this-the kids really enjoyed the float and the WWR, the Alpine helicopter ride, the caving, via ferrata, the night safari and the horse riding to name a few-Dino really knew what the kids would enjoy. He guided us for a lovely hike as well. He is a very relaxed man and v friendly and easy going. I think he should set up a company that books all the activities for tourists and organizers their schedule as if I had to do it myself and read all the reviews etc it would have taken hours and he really saved me a ton of time and worry. Couldn't recommend him highly enough and he has a v cute little dog called Frankie. Huge thanks Dino we all really appreciated you and your efforts and kindness

This was an amazing tour after a day of hiking, very relaxing and Dino the guide was fantastic and shared some interesting facts about Canmore and the river. And who can forget about Frankie the little havanese dog who accompanied us, she was a great addition to the float tour. Wonderful experience and would definitely recommend it!
