The driver never announced his bus and left without me. Ending up waiting 2 extra hours to get to Calgary: they offered to pay for a taxi for me and then took back the offer as the bus was going downtown and I could take the train.

If you are in Calgary heading and visiting Banff, then bus transportation is preferable. And in Canada Brewster bus is probably the way to go and see the continental divide. Bring comfortable shoes, a jacket, and snacks. Figure on an entire day. Be well vacationsensei

Great place to get information about activities to do while in Banff or Jasper. We booked our tickets for a few activities here and the lady was very helpful in providing options for us. If you haven't planned anything, this is a great place to get information and quickly plan some activities.

I want to thank a lady with long hair and who always works at airport Brewster counter. Last month my sister came to visit me so I booked Brewster from Calgary airport to Banff. My sister can't speak good English and also didn't know which shuttle I booked for her (sorry my fault). She couldn't reach me the early morning when she arrived. She thought she encountered racial discrimination when a lady was so mean to her as she couldn't express herself well. Then the Brewster lady showed up the next counter and gave her a smile. My sister plucked her courage and expressed to the lady she was going to Banff. Then the lady was nice and checked the information. Then she wanted my sister to wait till she got ready. She gave my sister a wink and turned away to work. She impressed my sister when my sister was helpless. My sister now speaks highly of Brewster.

January 11, 2017 on snowy, icy roads, I saw a Brewster bus merge with southbound traffic on Deerfoot. He cut off a vehicle as he merged, tailgated the vehicle in front and then raced to pass another vehicle before the merge lane ended even though there would have been lots of space behind that vehicle. He then needed to swerve to avoid another vehicle that he was tailgating to avoid rear-ending him. When attempting to exit Deerfoot onto Airport Trail, he had to hit his brakes to avoid hitting a truck in front of him, that he was, again, tailgating. This all took place in about three minutes. I doubt that I'll ever take a Brewster bus after seeing that demonstration of driving.

The new phone service is awful, waited 45 min on hold until I was able to book my ticket. Was way easier when we were able to call directly at the brewster bus depot in banff never waited more than 2 min. I used the brewster bus a lot from lake Louise to calgary and back. Doesn't make it fun when you wait to book a ticket. Bus rides themselves are awesome, always great drivers.

Not a happy camper. The bus dropped me off here at 2:00AM on a dark, cold night - nothing is open. I mean NOTHING, not even the Tim Horton's a few blocks away that's supposedly open 24 hours. My connection was several hours away, what am I supposed to do? I slept on a bench, a bit fearful of wildlife, and shivered myself awake a few times. Around 6:00AM the train station attached to Greyhound opened, and they invited me in to use the bathroom, have a free coffee, and sit to warm up. I cried I was so happy with their service... the Greyhound, not so much.

Adequate excursion company with comfortable buses and excellent drivers. Scenic views explained and narrative about indigenous peoples contributions was very good as well as the glacier tour. Disappointed in that despite altitudes traversed over two days of sightseeing we were not offered water, got instant coffee or hot cocoa once and bus had no wifi

(Translated) The Canadian Rockies are superb. You should know that Canadians, used to the cold and snow, do not fill the winter sports resorts. Some hotels are even closed. By cons everything is full in summer. They are however magnificent places where all sports, without any exception, are practicable (except maybe the snowmobile which it is necessary to practice outside the natural parks). Bus never came to pick us up from hotel, sat in the lobby from 0930 for a 1030 pick up. Nither us or the reception for the hotel saw the bus. When we called to find out they claimed the bus was there for 10mins then left as we were not there, without attempting any contact with us. Had to pay for taxi down to the depo and wait for the next bus, staff at depo where un apologetic and stated or driver was there you where not... This is a true failing of any basic customer service.

Used Brewster for transport from the town of Banff to nearby ski areas such as Lake Louise and Sunshine Village. Comfortable rides, even during snowstorms. The only point to improve on is equipment storage, which I found quite disappointing. Skis and snowboards should be stored according to stops (ie, 1st compartment for 1st stop, etc.), and not just anywhere in all compartments. This would avoid having other skiers and riders leave with equipment that does not belong to them.
