I met Karen from Boulevard Travel at a bridal show when I had no clue what I wanted for my wedding. My fiancé and I were overwhelmed with all of the choices of local or destination and I didn’t know how to even begin to approach planning the latter for about 60 guests. Karen was very sociable and knowledgeable about the best times to fly from Calgary for a destination wedding. I was immediately more comfortable about planning our wedding after speaking with her. My fiancé and I went in to meet with Karen and Kim (who helped with the day to day of planning and coordinating with our venue) to discuss different locations and venues for our Mexican wedding. Karen and Kim were so helpful with narrowing down different regions and did so much work with different tour operators to get the best pricing for us and our guests. They very clearly laid out our options and highlighted the benefits of each travel agency. We ended up booking with AirTransat at the Iberostar Playa Mita. Boulevard Travel not only helped us research and book our trips, but were very accommodating to our ~60 guests, helpful with itineraries and changes, and helped facilitate the planning of the wedding itself with the resort. Kim was a lifesaver with our travel plans for our guests. I can’t imagine having done it all without her! She was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the travel industry and we, and our families, will continue to work with her for our personal travel plans.

Kim has become our go-to travel consultant. We originally started working with her for our trip to Thailand in May of 2016. Since then, she helped us plan a trip to St. Lucia and Italy. We love how incredibly responsive she is... she got back to emails and phone calls usually within hours (if not sooner!). Her attention to detail is beyond impressive. All of our documents were organized and sent far in advance. She even caught a mistake on a flight that I had booked. The local adventures she set up for us were amazing. Only the nicest people (guides, drivers, etc). She always gave us choices of different price ranges for each part of the trip and let us mix and match to fit our budget. Overall, I would highly recommend working with Kim for all future travel plans. She makes it easy and fun to travel!

I had booked a trip to France in January, 2022 with another Travel Agency that was of virtually NO help with the details of travel during Covid. I called Boulevard Travel after speaking with a number of other travel agencies who would not answer my questions as they did not do the booking, I then found an ANGEL in Yolanda Tkychuk at Boulevard Travel. She was Exceptionally kind, patience and helpful and even emailed me additional documents that were not provided by the travel agency that I had booked with. She also advised that I could contact her from France if we ran into any issues and this has made ALL the difference in the world to me as my anxiety was becoming overwhelming! So thankful we booked our recent travel from LGA to YYC through Boulevard Travel. Last minute flight changes from Air Canada would have added numerous stops and hours onto our travel, however Kim was able to quickly connect with our airline and find a solution. Very expensive, poor choice of hotel and zero customer service after payment was made. We booked a wedding through Boulevard which had about 60 people included in the destination wedding. the entire wedding group had the same negative feedback on the hotel, and travel agent. the travel agent did little to nothing to address concerns. Look elsewhere when booking travel. there are far more cost effective options out there with far better customer service. they say... “No one can MAKE or FORCE you to serve customers well. That's because great service is a choice". well make a good choice and choose to do business elsewhere.
