We moved from Southern Alberta and had to change addresses on our driver's licenses, on our insurance and my driver's license was due for renewal. We went to this location to do all of our work and we were served by a lady named Debbie and let me just say... the service was excellent. She was polite and extremely efficient in the way she handled all the things we needed done. She joked and was very pleasant to deal with. Well done Debbie and an experience made easy by a very qualified lady.
There was an issue with a payment but AMA got it resolved in a professional manner in a quick amount of time.
Sanitizing after every other customer interaction, now that's what impressive out of all. Keep it up.

Rude examiner , he didn’t even remember why he deduct my points for the driving test. I felt he just didn’t like me at all and just keep on deducting without giving me proper reasons or unreasonable reasons. He failed me because of stupid reason. He was rude the whole time. Please change your system and examiner.For the first time I didn’t feel safe.
AMA has helpful people and I’ve been going to this location for help with passport pictures and insurance/registration with my vehicle for a few years. Usually they are very good but lots of the time I spend waiting around as it seems they are always understaffed. Also their computers seem very out of date because they had problems when I was trying to renew my car registration and took so long to actually finish because the computer kept freezing, which I wasn’t super impressed about but finally got the problem fixed when I was moved to a different till.

AMA has very courteous staff working in their facility. The only problem is the government makes it so difficult with all the strict regulations. The paperwork required in some instances is phenomenal. Again the people are well trained there and are following regulations which need changing by the government.

I completed my driver training here, amazing classroom sessions and even better in-car sessions, the instructors are very good at teaching you how to become a better driver. Definitely helped me pass my road test the first time!

Reviewing while in line waiting for a teller to show up and take customers. Many staff on site but none appear to want to work mid day. Maybe visit during different hours or go to a public registry! No reason for delay, should've been in and out in less then 5 mins

I always like to do my car registration at this place but today I had the worst customer service from them. The lady was impolite and so greedy. She charged me for updating my car status while other registries never did eventhough I have AMA plus membership.
It’s great to have licence, registrations, home and vehicle insurance, travel planning and more all in one location. The staff is always pleasant , polite and helpful. The lines move very quickly dependant on the number and complexity of the issues customers ahead have.
Needed some UK Pounds due to a quick trip and they had some while the banks did not. Become a member well worth the cost.
My son and I stood in line for 1/2 hrs so he could do a learners test.. My younger son, came in previous and asked for a written test and they were happy to help. Then I myself brought my older son in as my wife was happy with the service provided and actually thought about switching to your insurance. I was turned away and told that they do not provide that service unless you are a member. What a joke... seriously? That's horrible... imagine how my young man/child felt. I will never step fit in this place again.

I had the best lessons ever, I am full licensed since 2008 in my country, I got learner license in Canada in 2007, but I assure everyone who wants to learn the best place is AMA and the best instructor is Mr Irinel Dascalu, he is really patient. He followed all the safety procedures to prevent a possible spread of the COVID 19-20 as we all should do. I never saw him before so I thought it would me difficult for me to communicate, but it was all the opposite, I really recommend him and AMA, they deserve each star I gave, if there were more stars I would give them too. I wish I had recorded the lessons to show that’s the real place to get prepared for your driving life. Drive safe, and may God bless and protect you all. Kim helped me get my knowledge test done for my class 7 drivers license and went far beyond with her service! She was quick and thorough considering I have a difficult situation and made my day so much easier than if I had gone to the nameless local registry... Just had another experience, totally horrible. Failed a test due to an accessory light being burnt out, also because ama forgot to tell me about a $30 form only they do as a registry. 50/50 fault. 0 refund
Shellie helped me get a new license after I lost both that and my phone. She was the only thing keeping me sane through the whole debacle. Fantastic customer service.

Not a good experience at all. Went in there to ask questions about what I all need for name change documents after marriage and the lady just laughed at me and told me to look it up as I was just wasting their time. How are we supposed to learn without asking questions?

Even with all of the restrictions the line up moved quickly and it was wonderful to see the staff cleaning between customers it made me feel very safe.It proved the benefits of membership!!!! If you like your car damaged well being brought to you this is the place ! Great at scuffing up your tires , will waste your time by making you stay up all hours of the night to wait for your vehicle. Please enjoy your 13 hour wait :)
I took my son to there for his road test, the person testing who was asian was very picky about my vehicle. Even though there was nothing wrong with it, he made a big deal. He was not friendly at all and his English was almost impossible to understand. It was a very bad experience, I would not recommend this place to anyone.
My experience was horrid. It was busy, congested, and mixed up. It lacked customer services, I wasn't helped well. I wouldn't recommend anyone tries to take there road test there.
45 minute wait time while lining up for Covid. One person coordinating the line up. Only 2 people actually helping people to do whatever they needed. The mask requirement is new, hopefully things will speed up as we get used to it.
AMA is a horrible insurance company. they can’t even return your call to know if you’re car is going to get fixed or not. Even when you pay your insurance in full. (Scammers)

Covid 19 capacity restriction is in effect. Hand sanitizers are filled. Countertops are sanitized after each person. Staff are cheerful.

Worked with Helen for updating insurance for a new vehicle. She was very personable and helpful. I would work with her again anytime.
Applied for a new born certificate and waited till 7 weeks due to a discrepancy made by staff.However i have to connect myself with vital statistics to fix the problem.Hope registry staff gets more training.Bad experience.
Today I did my road test at AMA 5040 Manning Drive. The examiner who is an Asian with Chinese accent failed me. His name is Wilson. His accent is very bad, I kept asking him to repeat whenever he gave me instructions, he told me to pretend that I’m up a hill and want to park without curb, I honestly thought he said uphill with curb, but I asked him to repeat the instruction slower, and it sounded like he said uphill with curb, I put my indicator on, check my blind spot, pulled over to the right side of the road, and turn my steering complete to the left, put the gear in Reverse and went back just a little bit, then I put the park brake on and put the car in parking gear. He asked me if I was finished, I told him yes, he said I did wrong thing because he told me to do “Uphill without curb” I told him that I asked him to repeat slowly and he hesitated and it sounded like he said uphill with curb, I told him that I want to do again because that was my first try and that I have 3 attempts, he told me that it’s fine, no big deal, but yet still he marked me down for that. He was so picky with me, I told him that I cannot understand his instructions because his accent is very weird and he refused to repeat anything, so he took it personal and search for small things to fail me. He failed me with 90 points. Wilson the examiner is not a kind person, so if any more student gets Wilson, please beware of his accent and know that he is very picky and if you ask him to repeat after one instructions, he will give you an attitude. I am a Coloured person and so think race was also a factor in his decision making today.
You are immediately greeted by a nice friendly lady at the door. She will assist you with where you need to go. While in line, the social distance indicators are clearly marked and staff DO help reinforce them just in case your fellow member of society needs a reminder. Quick efficient service is what you'll receive when your turn arrives.
We have used this location for travel services several times. Dealt with Krista and I highly recommend her. Very friendly, accommodating, and she knows her stuff! Haven't dealt with anyone else in travel dept, but if you ask for Krista you won't be disappointed.
To long of a wait for redarstion
You cannot replace Dil Khan in the travel dept period.It is crazy how she will go and does go above and beyond the call of duty. I hope AMA management realizes her worth. A pleasure to work with and a charming person to know.
Very fast, professional, and clean
The staff are polite and helpful. They clean each station after a person leave to make sure everything is sanitary and safe for the next person.
I had to go in to change my address and Debbie who assisted me and the lady (sorry, didn't catch her name) were both very courteous and quite helpful. The covid 19 precautions are top notch even if the 'gentleman' behind me chastised Debbie for disinfecting after I was done at her station. Debbie kept her composure even while having to assist that idiot.

Tried to call for some basic information. All the computer did was run me in circles. How can they treat a client like a lab rat?!
Bunch of clowns charged 80 dollars to come change a tire on my truck when wife had flat and could barely take the lugs off not to mention he busted up the center cap trying to get it off...unqualified tow truck drivers!!
Dealt with dealt with to customer service agents both were rude and don't know what they are doing and don't do there job right price on insurance went up $400 dollars in the last few months and the truck I was quoted on today is a smaller truck with a 4 cylinder engine other quate was on a 8 cylinder engine so way smaller and a lot less power and price is near 2400 a year for insurance no payment plan you people are loading business

Worst registration provider possible. Do NOT go through ama. If youve been with them for years with insurance and registration, they wont lift a damn finger to help without a membership card active. Kind of pathetic considering how much i pay for insurance and everything.
Absolutely ridiculous! Three retirees behind the counter taking 15 minutes to crack with each customer. 30 minutes and I only moved halfway up the lines of a dozen people.
Unknowable staff and extremely rude managers. Just take off your sign outside that says no membership required for road test. Your always going to be biased.
Social distancing was observed and maintained respectfully and professionally. Surfaces were wiped down and sanitized regularly. The reason I went was also handled swiftly and professionally. Good job ladies !!.
