Amazing experience. We were in the air for less than 15 minutes but it’s well-planned and executed, with a phenomenal view of the Three Sisters and beyond. Our pilot was chatty & informative. Note that the experience is completely weather-dependant (if it’s too cloudy or windy or if precipitation is expected, they will not fly). I was given this experience as a surprise birthday gift, which I wouldn’t recommend, as we had to reschedule 3 times due to weather. It was well worth the wait. Enjoy!

What a excellent and exciting experience. We did the three sister 12 minute tour, which was wonderful. However I did find it a bit short and wish it was at least 15 minutes, including for how expensive it was, but I would do it again!

Wooooooooow, amazing experience, really worth it. The pilot explaine all you see on the ground. The ticket is 200 per person for 20 minutes. And 20 minutes flight is enough, I believe.

I cannot be more thankful to the Alpine crew and reception. They accommodated my trip so that I was alone with my then girlfriend to propose to her which was a high flying success. When we landed one of the crew members helped take pictures with my fiancé and I with the helicopter and breath taking background of the mountains. I am beyond impressed with the customer service Alpine provided, 10/10 would recommend and will be coming back!

My mother and my husband both thoroughly enjoyed their helicopter tour!! Staff were wonderful and obviously enjoy their jobs! My husband and I have convinced our friends to join us on the tour where you get to and on a pass for about 15min before flying back. We are planning this for September 2021 so we can enjoy fall colors!

JF was fantastic as was the ground crew and coordinating staff. I had to make plans pretty far in advance. When I arrived I let them know and they were actually able to work me in a day ahead and with others. I got to sit copilot! What a thrill. JF was exceedingly capable and humorous - made the flight totally comfortable yet thrilling. Breath-taking scenery and fun banter. I've already recommended to others I've met in Banff.

This was my first helicopter flight, and it was amazing. The staff and the pilot all did everything to make it a great adventure. If people are wanting to go to Canada in the future, head to Canmore and take one of these Chopper rides, it is definitely worth it.

Had a fantastic experience with Alpine Helicopters on the Three Sisters Peaks Tour. The company communicated well throughout the booking process with prompt emails. We felt completely safe during our entire trip and had a wonderful pilot who was very knowledgeable. The scenery was beautiful, even on a cloudy day. This is a must do activity if you are visiting the area.

Unreal experience and great service provided by Alpine Helicopters. We arrived 30 minutes early and went to pay, straight to briefing and off we go to our Heli ride! Very efficient! Thought we would have to wait but we didn't so that was awesome. Our pilot, Bailey was professional and most of all friendly to help the ones who may be a little anxious to fly and get comfortable as much as possible.

Unfortunately our tour was blown out by the wind not once but twice. That’s definitely out of the control of the crew and we don’t fault them at all for keeping our safety in mind. But their communication about it was poor, as was their follow through on rebooking a $1600 trip for 4. Definitely know when you reserve that they won’t really go out of their way to ensure you can reschedule if the weather doesn’t cooperate. They keep taking new bookings before trying to reschedule those whose flights were cancelled. Definitely disappointed.

What an experience! This was a birthday gift for my husband and we both enjoyed it very much. The icing on top- I got to sit with the pilot- right in front! Super awesome! Its pricey for a 12min ride but it was very worth it! My husband and I get motion sickness easily so 12 min was just right! It's a once in a lifetime experience! The staff and our pilot were friendly! It was a great experience!

What a great experience! We did the Royal Canadian Tour. Our pilot, Bailey was awesome, she was super friendly and pointed out all the sights and we could converse with her throughout the flight. There is nothing like seeing the mountains up close. The chopper's are clean and new, and very smooth flying. Our flight had to be rescheduled because of wind gusts, but they called us ahead of time, and booked us in our preferred time slot. Very nice team there, and a great addition to our vacation here in Canmore/Banff.

Our helicopter tour of Marvel Pass was awesome. The pilot, Morgan, was very knowledgeable of the area and shared many interesting facts. Once we landed on the mountain he gave us plenty of time to play in the snow and enjoy the scenery. The entire staff was friendly, efficient and eager to make it a memorable experience.

Other than realizing I have a paralyzing fear of heights when in a helicopter... the experience was awesome. Everyone involved was friendly and professional. Our pilot was professional and knowledgeable. My wife and I both regret not expressing our gratitude towards our pilot and all of the ground crew... but I was just thankful to be back on the ground. We took the shortest tour which takes you around the Three Sisters. We had a beautiful day for flying and could see for miles(apparently..my eyes were mostly closed due to my recently discovered phobia). I'd recommend this tour to everyone and might even consider doing it again... way way in future.

Our family group consisted of 14 people, requiring 3 helicopter flights. I was impressed with the efficiency the ground crew/pilot were handling the consecutive flights without any delays. We did the Assiniboine @ Glaciers tour which was spectaculair. The Pilot interaction was great and very informative. All family members were excited about the experience. The weather could have been better but nevertheless it was an experience we will not forget.

I'd like to highly recommend Alpine Helicopters. From the highly responsive staff who answered all my questions via email, to the policy to cancel a flight without fees if weather is at all questionable, to the COVID sanitation protocols, everyone made us feel comfortable and safe. The trip itself to Marvel Pass was amazing, with closeups of glaciers and mountain tops before touching down in an alpine meadow, overlooking a lake and tremendous views. Weather cooperated with us and we got an Alberta blue sky day, but from start to finish it was an amazing experience. I'm from Calgary and I was blown away by the trip, I can only imagine what out of province or country tourists must think. Absolutely a 5 star experience!
