We were extremely happy with the reliable and friendly service provided by Alberta North Transport for the past 2 years. We held a week long kids summer camp at the church and used buses daily to get to our outings. Our super friendly driver was always early and very pleasant and eager to please. Will be using Alberta North Transport again next year!

Booked them for my wedding transport for shuttling guests! Communicated super well over email and telephone. And I changed the times and such many times and they were very accomodating! And the day of I was able to communicate with the driver over text which was awesome to coordinate pick up details. Loved them:)

They were prompt in getting back when we were communicating. They also helped me out with my bachelor party, transporting me and the fellas to numerous locations. I rode a bus charter as part of a wedding this past weekend, and there was a point on our journey where we noticed our driver texting while driving. This was a notable issue we wanted to ensure the company knew about; however, my friend was responded to very poorly when raising this complaint. The company did take time to send a long email walking through the GPS coordinates, focused on the timing of the drive, but our primary concern was on the safety of our group. After leaving a public review to inform others of the safety concern, you'll note the owner's response accusing her of blackmailing them for a discount. This was never mentioned and I was highly unimpressed that the company would accuse her of such. Though other reviews left here are positive, I would like to draw light to this safety concern and the negative service we received as a result of bringing this to light.

We booked Alberta North for our wedding tomtransport guests back to the hotel after the reception. Very easy to deal with, we booked with them over phone and email since we do not live in Edmonton. They were punctual when responding to emails and getting prices. Also had lots of options for us to make it work with our budget and were very understanding and flexible for what we needed. Driver was fun and polite and very patient with our guests on the last run of the night after our wedding!

Professional and flexible driver for our group trip to a wedding just outside of Edmonton. One of our party lost a phone on the bus and the next day we contacted them to see if they could find it. They were very responsive and found the phone right away. They also mailed it to another city and it was back in the owners possession within a few days of losing it. We booked their services for our out of town wedding on August 17, 2019. for our guests staying at a hotel in Leduc. My guests where picked up ontime from the hotel and brought to our reception site, the driver was on time when picking up our guests from the reception to take them back to hotel. The booking process was easy, and they worked with me when I had to change what type of transporation we needed for our guests. I highly encourage other people to book with them.

We used Alberta North Transport company for our 40th wedding anniversary party. Our guests were picked up at the hotel and brought out to our home at the start of the party and then the bus came and picked the guests up at the end of the evening. All of the guests had a great time with the driver and he was very accommodating and friendly. Even stayed later for the guests because they didn't want to go home. I highly recommend Alberta North Transport for any of your transportation needs. 5 star rating!

Alberta North was great. We used their service for a rural wedding approximately 1 hour out of Edmonton. The price was great and they worked with us on many scheduling changes throughout the process. My only suggestion would be to provide the drivers with some form of GPS. We had a passenger give the driver the wrong directions resulting in a missed pickup prior to the wedding. But they made up for it with their patience while we herded our party guests to the bus on departure. Thanks AB North!

If I could give them 10 stars I would. We had booked a 20 seater bus for guests for our daughter's wedding and the night before, literally the night before, we were informed that more guests would need the bus. I contacted Alberta North in a panic and they were absolutely fantastic, and changed the bus to a 44 seater at no extra cost. I was blown away by the speed, efficiency and goodwill in which they dealt with my very last minute request. The driver Warren was lovely and even though we kept him waiting a bit longer than anticipated, he was very accommodating and great to deal with. I cannot recommend this company high enough. Thank you Alberta North for the great service, it helped my stress levels a lot :)

Alberta North Transport has been an amazing experience for our geoscience conference this last weekend. They were very accommodating and very patient dealing with a student group. One of the perks is that Matthew is very easy to get a hold of which worked well for us at the time where we had a small mishap with the buses. I called Matthew and he was able to fix the mishap very efficiently, quickly, and with no hassle. Great company and will definitely stick with them.

We used Alberta North for transportation for my wedding and the driver, Mike, was disorganized, almost rear ended someone, and was texting while driving. He got lost, wouldn’t take direction, and wasn’t very friendly towards my bridal party. I tried to discuss this with the booking manager at the company, Dean, and he was very confrontational and suggested we should think it was fine because the driver was okay with us having champagne and didn’t say anything to us about it being against company policy (you’d think that would speak more to the integrity of the employee...). They made us late for our wedding and lost us an hour of the photography that we had paid for. I would implore people considering their services to seek other options. Edit: as you’ll see the owner is very defensive. My email focused on the texting and driving, we were late, but I’m more concerned about the safety of my loved ones. Would recommend booking with a company that provides the service without the drama and with better customer service Edit 2: You guys keep changing your reviews and accused me of blackmail. You’re focusing on the wrong thing, a simple apology would have sufficed but you are defending your driver. We can agree to disagree, I just would have preferred to go with a company that abided by laws (he was texting, and almost rear ended someone... everyone on the bus can vouch for this)

We chartered a bus to take guests back and forth from Spruce Grove to a wedding reception at a community hall in the countryside west of Edmonton. Setting up the charter with the office was easy and efficient. Brent, the driver, was punctual, friendly, and helpful, and the charter went off without a hitch.
