I would highly recommend booking your own flights instead of booking through this company. At best our travel agent was disinterested and at worst cold. Within a half hour of booking there was already a $400 change fee that had nothing to do with the airline. I wasn't allowed to make changes through the airline, once you book with them you are stuck with them. I'll regret that decision for a very long time. It wasn't easy to get through on the phone. She was away from her email a LOT. All in, worst travel experience to date.

Booked ticket trough their website ., Later (after one hr) I found cheaper ticket with better routing and timing. Emailed them for price match with better routing. And they asked for EXTRA charges ($20) as administration fee. What is point of booking online and still pay for any change ????

Overcharged my credit card. Did not give me the lowest price as per their website. Said the price had changed prior to my reservation. Showed them screen caps to prove this. Did not record any of my request on my reservation. Will never use them again. Buyer beware.
