Not sure what the deal was but it did not appear anyone was happy to be at work today during my venture out. I've been using TD branches from Northern ontario to Southern ontario for sometime. It really get's me that you do not appreciate every customer that walks through your doors. You should be more accepting of those whom are not in the best position of their life. The gentleman I seen asked to leave the branch did not do anything wrong, nor cause a scene but due to the way he was dressed did not look to see he was treated fairly.

For me the only important thing is the opening hours if I really need to talk to them. TD Bank opens at 9AM, the others do it all later. So my bank is TD Bank.

This branch does not even deserve a 1 star! It should have a negative 5 stars!! The representative was absolutely not helpful and the manager was too busy for us in the back having their lunch asked to wait 30 minutes for them to finish which is absolutely ridiculous! Went over to another branch and we didn't even need a manager, the representative knew what he was doing and did what was asked.

Switching to a different bank after my experiences with TD - they made several errors with my accounts, charging me account fees despite being a student who was given a "no fee account", then refusing to refund me the fees they wrongly charged me past three months, despite the issue being ongoing for more than a year. When I called to fix the issue, they kept me on hold for 45 MINUTES, then a very rude woman told me I would have to go back to the bank to resolve the "mistake" that they made in the first place. They only thing they ever ask is if I want to upgrade to a more expensive credit card - never mind checking to see if I was still a student/shouldn't be charged these fees wrongfully. I've banked with TD for over 15 years (since I was 6 yrs old) and I'm through.

Almost everyone works with this bank at some point are good. The only one who really showed talent, experience and skills is Miss/ Mrs. Faten ( hope I got the name right ????) This is thank and appreciate comment for Miss/ Mrs. Faten for her time and her work. Been dealing with many tellers in my life regarding my business, out of my conversation with her at the teller counter, I find out that she’s not only a teller, but she’s rich with information. She helped me with my transactions and statements, gave me advice regarding my other accounts with the other banks/ that’s why I changed my bank to TD. Also, helped my mum with the translation one day since she speak Arabic. So, thank you for your service and you really one of a kind. Wish all the banks and branches having an employees like her. I hope everyone acting and helping like her. Thanks for the help and may God bless you all

I had Calvin help me out, I needed to take extra steps to secure my account and he went above and beyond to do that instead of just doing the one thing I asked. He was also really understanding of my situation. I would definitely recommend asking for him!

They do not know a bit of customer relationship and neither their job. Made me wait for half hour for priting PAD form . After all the wait, they told me that it needs joint account holder presence. Why would you not inform me ealier instead of all this wait? On top of it, extremely rude behaviour. Not sure how that branch is being run! Perhaps, I disturbed their Chrismass mode of not doing the work! Pathetic Experience!

TD is Great !!! The Branch however has Workers with poor Customer Service. Bad Vibes at the Ottawa Branch seems to be the trend.

Awful customer service. We have a business and personal account with TD and the teller was rude and unwilling to help us with a cheque deposit, despite the business owner and myself being present. We went to another branch and got immediate service. But we should not have had to do that.

Make sure you count your money and ask for a reciept because there is a teller who steals. I got robbed $100.
