The staff is nice, but the broker I was dealing with did a wrong quote and the price was finally twice higher than the initial quote. When I called to know why, the lady never answered and never called me back. I sent an email to have more information and an automatic reply told me she wasn’t here... good communication in this office... And after 3 different person asking me to ask to an other person someone replied me that she can’t do anything for that ???? waste of time

Worst service ever from an insurance broker. After 11 days of getting nothing but promises instead of insurance for my motorcycle, I gave up and called another broker last night - I now have the insurance and can get out riding.

TERRIBLE at communicating with clients on very basic requests. Very slow to make changes on policy requests. I am still waiting on a response after 4+ attempts to get a simple question answered on my policy. Would not recommend to anyone.

Not at all helpful. Called twice and left messages. Emailed once. No response. I don’t know how any business can remain and grow its business when it has such disregard for potential clients. Do yourself a favour and pass on HUB.

I've been waiting a week for a home insurance quote and I still don't have it after calling multiple times letting them know that I'm on a tight deadline. Looking for other companies now. Not impressed.

I have been with this office for years upon years and currently have insurance on two vehicles. They just don't respond to my emails. We got insurance on a new vehicle last summer (adding to two already insured) and the front desk reception was horrible. We requested to sit with the Manager and let her know but how do we know it's being dealt with. We're customers no matter what and we expect good service. I'm looking for another office to transfer to. So far in May I've sent three emails and another today.

Worst service going. Would give zero stars if I could, no communication with their clients. After trying to get a hold of someone for 2 weeks and get an answer on my policy I just went to a different company and had I completed that day. Do not use

I would not recommend this insurance company to anybody as they are disorganized and are not very accommodating to their customers. My initial quote from them was wrong and they contacted me half way through the year to let me know that I owed them double the amount of what I paid. There was no attempt at reconciliation or righting their wrongs on their behalf. In addition, after a year of doing business with them they will not let me pay on a month to month basis as I did not renew on time. That was my bad. But they now expect me to come up with the full amount of $2300 in two days which is pretty unrealistic as I just graduated university. In conclusion, I would avoid this company and look for alternatives. They obviously don’t care about the quality of their customer service nor their customers. I would suggest looking elsewhere for insurance as this establishment lacks professionalism and integrity.
