Run down hotel, front desk staff ran card without mentioning a $200 damage deposit (refundable). The room was extremely shabby, the ceiling was moulding and had signs of water damage, you could see drywall mud and tape, random screws in the walls and a terrible paint job. Room smelled dank and musty. If i didn't stay only one night, i'd switch hotels. Highly recommend you avoid

So, yah. My bed had numerous yellow stains on the sheets and what looked like dried fecal matter on the duvet. Apparently they don't wash sheets in between guests. I purchased a sleeping bag from Canadian tire and slept on the floor which was somewhat more sanitary. Room 126 is not a room that I will be staying in anytime soon.

Would not honor reservations. Arrived early evening with reservations for multiple rooms. Hotel refused to give us any rooms. Apparently they didn't have time to clean them and they would not be ready for the night.

Basic Hotel. Gym consists of 4 different machines including a treadmill. Attached to a Ricky's all day grill. Check in and check out was quick.

Rooms are dated and run down. Went to take a shower and no hot water. Was informed that maintenance would be in at 8 the next morning to check it. Whole hotel was without hot water and no staff member seemed to care. Went to dinner at attached restaurant and ordered fish and chips. Fish had one inch of greasy breading that tasted like old grease. Sleep in your car you'll have a better experience.

Stayed here, room was expensive but nice. Leaving a one star because the hotel went ahead and booked another night - on my credit card - without me confirming the purchase. Really greasy in my opinion, definitely make sure you keep an eye on your credit card statement after staying here.

Don't expect the usual Days Inn chain standard. The building is old and has a mild smell. Our shower was somewhat clogged and would pool up while showering. Hair was floating out of the drain... Gross. Air conditioning in the room works well but is very loud.

Good place to stay while in Whitehorse.. Our room didn't have a microwave or mini fridge so if you need one you might want to say so in your reservation.. nothing to complain about!

Bed was super soft and shower was good. Housekeeping not that great while staying, but they do seem to clean good between guest (room was good when i got there.) One thing was when I checked in, the heat was off and room was freezing, took a day to warm up. Only a few rooms have fridges, so if you want one, you should request it. The front desk people are super nice and they have very good laundry machines (but they are 3$ a load).

At 3:00am, after experiencing many setbacks on the road, I get into the hotel to hear, "I'm doing an audit and can't check you in for another 30 minutes." I'm tired, worn out from car troubles on the road, and checkout is 11am. Not at all what I wanted to hear. Go back to the desk after 10 minutes, "like I said, I'm doing an audit and cannot check you in for another 30 minutes. Seriously, the service is poor and absolutely inconsiderate of some tired travelers. Would not recommend.

Excellent stay. Clean room, clean bathroom, comfortable beds. I wish there were plugins more accessible to the beds, but that is a very minor complaint.

Don't reserve a room here they clearly don't understand the meaning of reserve.drove all the way from faro only to be told sorry we bumped you because of our stupidity and over booked rooms.But that's ok we won't charge you for the room .had to sleep in Wal mart parking lot.thanks again for nothing days inn.could I give a negative star.

Unfortunately I had to rate this a one star because 0 isn’t an option. This is by far one of the grossest “hotels” I have ever stayed at. The room smelt like animal urine and our hallway smelt like weed. Our room had stains all over the carpet and marks on the wall. The bathroom was clean enough to pee in but I refused to take a shower because it looked dirty in the tub. I could go on about this place but I won’t. If we could’ve got our money back and gone elsewhere, we would have. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The hotel does not have the amenities advertised. The rooms do not include a fridge or microwave. If you are staying multiple nights they will not clean the room or replenish the supplies until you check out. Very disappointed in the quality of service. Stay elsewhere.

Absolutely the worst experience of my life! I wish I could give them -50 stars. I think that people should all get together and boycott this hotel till it goes out of business. Terrible rooms, Terrible customer support and very uncontrollable pillows! My family booked this hotel 2 weeks before we had to drive through Canada and get back to the motherland. After we arrived at this hotel they said they had no vacancy (after we arrived and had called them 7 times throughout the day to confirm our reservation from 2 weeks ago) God bless the USA.

This hotel is really outdated and the rooms need some work. The first room they gave us, the thermostat was broken, it was in the off position but the heat was pumping out full blast. We were moved to another room that had a different heating system, which worked, but I still had to open the window in -20 to cool the room down! The beds were comfortable and bed-bug free. One morning the water took forever to heat up in the shower, I only had the hot on and basically showered in luke warm water. The next day, while enjoying a nice warm shower I was suddenly sprayed with boiling hot water! Not nice! Staff were very nice however and for that reason I’ll give a 3.

WIFI didn't work, Cable was out of service, bathroom fan broken, A/C didn't work, no screens on windows, no coffe maker, microve or fridge. No hand soap, shampoo, conditioners. Towels where thin and torn. Do I need to go on??

We've stayed here before and were pleased enough to stay here again. Not so much this time. The elevator and 2nd floor hallway reeked of urine. The beds were unkempt in our room. As we looked for the missing remote control for the tv, we discovered empty pop bottles and chip bags under the beds. There are 3 of us in the room and only 1 set of towels. When I went down the hall to ask housekeeping for more, I found them all (four of them) lounging in room they were supposed to be cleaning (in the chairs and on a bed - no wonder mine looked so rumpled!). Finally, as I grab what I assume is a clean towel to dry off from my shower, several very long hairs (that most definitely were NOT mine) fell out of the towel. Absolutely. Disgusting. For price we are paying I expected more. Can't say I will ever stay here again.
