We had a wonderful stay at the Comfort Inn, Sturgeon Falls this past weekend. The overall appearance of the hotel is very pleasing. The rooms are very clean & comfortable. We had great service from the front desk staff. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable!

Very clean, comfortable, well decorated with very comfortable beds and pillows. The pool water was much too cool, but the heater was being repaired. The breakfast is great with a wide array of choices, and doesn't close too early! We always stay here when visiting.

Friendly staff, great breakfast. Very conveniently located on hwy 17 just on the outskirts of town but close enough to walk to restaurants. Didn’t use the pool but it looks well maintained and clean.

Nice, clean and friendly staff. I had checked into another motel down the road and checked out 3 minutes later. Thank God for Comfort Inn. Sometimes it worth paying a little more. Pool was nice and there is an exercise room (I don't do exercise). I was there on a Sunday night in May and it was very quiet. I would recommend this hotel.

Stopped by here on our way to Toronto. A comfortable and clean hotel. Very nice receptionist and customer service. Will stop by here again.

The room was clean, the wifi was good, TV guide listing could be more informative. Ie: what shows are on and not just list the channels.

High quality hotel for a decent price. Staff service is great and rooms are spotless. Appreciate the fact that there is a Keurig machine in the rooms for our coffee/tea.

This location was more modern than other comfort inn hotels. Pool was a nice added feature. The beds in our 2 queen room were super hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast was good but front desk staff were out smoking with breakfast attendant for over 20 minutes while guests were out of coffee and nobody around to let them know.

Excellent staff and service. Rooms are very clean. Their breakfast is outstanding. The only problem was the uncomfortable bed. I found it too hard. I think the beds are old and need replacing. I have stayed there several times in the last few years and the bed is my only complaint.

Hotel was newer, very clean. Staff was extremely friendly and made checking in quick and easy. There was little to no noise within the hotel allowing for good sleep. Room was nice. Included breakfast was perfect for a quick bite. Would definitely recommend this hotel chain especially if it is new or recently renovated.

Our stay was perfect. Sheila at the front desk makes you feel welcome right from the start. Dining staff goes out of their way to make sure everything is right. Very few hotels in this price range with this type of service.

Staff were very helpful and kind. Breakfast was fantastic, Pool was out of order because of a fire, that was a bit of a disappointment cause that's what the kids were excited about. But even though the hotel was packed they were able to meet all of our needs. Thank you

I am extremely satisfied with this hotel. We had an incident to no fault of the hotel or staff and they went out of their way to accommodate my sister. Chantalle and Shella were extremely helpful and awesome to our situation. Great customer service, very clean room. Great job!!!

Decent clean hotel with great staff. Can get a little noisy if you have a balcony room but worth it if you like the excitement of a busy tourist area.

This Inn is located in a very nice town. The staff is so nice! The lobby area is beautiful, breakfast is super good....the only problem is the mattresses, they are old and not comfortable....everything else is good and everything is super clean also!

I've stayed at this location multiple times. One of the best experience overall from Front End Reception to housekeeping. Never been disappointed at this location. When visiting this area this is my go-to hotel to stay. I've stayed at other Comfort Inns.

Great service with the front desk, housekeepers, and the cooking staff always awknowledge us with a warm welcome. I seen the front desk on top of the covid-19 protocols. Ex. They told a gentleman to keep the luggage cart aside to disinfect. However just the television channels were very limited and the guide a bit tricky to figure out. Other then this it was great. A clean and affordable place to stay!

It was all good! Nothing else to say at this time, always clean great staff! Pool is always clean too The first floor has new mattresses which I require for my bad back All good! Thank you to everyone who made our stay enjoyable

Great place to stay. Newer Hotel. Staff was great. Breakfast was great. Assess by snow mobile wasn't too good due to the bare roads. Didn't like the laminate flooring in our room, cold on the feet.

We intentionally looked up this hotel as we had stayed there once before traveling through. It certainly met our expectations and we had a good time and a good night's sleep. The staff was friendly and helpful. Plan to stay there again if it falls right in our journeys.

We have been visiting up North for years now to visit family. The last 4 years as our family is growing, we have been booking rooms at the Comfort Inn. The staff have been friendly, helpful. the rooms are clean and comfortable. The services are good, but best of all they treat my kids with kindness and respect.

I unexpectedly had to travel with a dog and cat. This hotels pet friendly policy took the worry out of that part of my travel. The room was clean, the bed was huge and the climate control made the room very comfortable.2 I will definitely stay here again

Fantastic hotel! Needed an emergency place to stay and assistant manager Tammy was wonderful and so helpful! Covid protocols they have in place are excellent and I felt safe, secure and so comfortable. Thank you Tammy for everything!

It was above my expectations, breakfast was typical but good, we waited while they found us a clean room and discounted it for our patience, but most important, it was very very clean!! Loved our stay, we will be back!

This hotel surprised me with it's quality. We booked a room to attend a relative's funeral, thinking it would be an ok place to stay in a little out of the way town. The condition of the rooms, the staff, and the complimentary hot breakfast were a very pleasant surprise. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

I had an absolutely lovely stay at this comfort Inn! I was there in the region on business trip, and the definitely take very good care of customers. I was quite impressed by the hot and cold breakfast, lots of selection!

The staff and the welcome is first class. The hotel rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast is not an elegant gourmet experience but it is not meant to be. It is plentiful and sufficient to get your day off to a good start. Lots of parking!

Room was very clean and modern. Beds aren't the most comfortable but there were enough pillows to more than make up for that. Staff is friendly. Plenty of easily accessible outlets for charging mobile devices. Fridge, coffee maker and microwave in room was nice.

This Comfort Inn is by far my favorite hotel to stay at! The rooms are just the right amount of space and everything is clean. The breakfast is the best continental style I've ever had and continues to be over many stays.

Wonderful room and surprisingly quiet even though the Trans-Canada highway is right beside it. The only letdown here was the pandemic limiting what you could do during your stay.

The staff were fantastic about letting me use the business centre before and after the use of my room. I had to work for 2 days during my vacation to hit a critical deadline and I would not have done it without Comfort Inn and the team there.

Cold “hot breakfast”, undrinkable coffee in lobby, bad tv selections, but great staff, clean room and Keurig coffee in room.

The Comfort Inn in Sturgeon Falls is above average at all levels. More importantly, the staff is wonderful and will go the extra step to make your stay a positiveness experience.
