The person tells us to have the room in their hands. > 3rd appointment: the day of the pileup on the 117. The road is totally blocked. Impossible to reach their home. It's not their fault. We would have liked to be called to know that it was not worth going but it's not their fault. > 4th appointment: they still do not have the room. They say they never got it and it's the first time they'll order it. Conclusion: it's enough for us. We will follow our first intuition: let the official dealers and encourage small businesses. (Original) Résumé de nos 4 visites chez Gareau : > On appelle pour prendre un rdv en spécifiant le diagnostic de notre véhicule et la réparation à faire. On demande donc un rdv pour faire cette réparation. > 1er rdv : ils nous font un diagnostic. Nice try mais c'est pas ce qu'on a demandé puisqu'on avait fourni ce diagnostic. Ils sont censés nous créditer le montant de cette visite sur la prochaine facture. > 2e rdv : ils n'ont pas la pièce alors qu'on sait depuis le début ce qui est à faire. Ils ne peuvent pas nous créditer la visite précédente car ce n'était pas écrit au dossier. On a dû rappeler pour tirer ça au clair. > On nous appelle pour fixer un rdv. La personne nous dit avoir la pièce entre les mains. > 3e rdv : le jour du carambolage sur la 117. La route est totalement bloquée. Impossible d'arriver chez eux. C'est pas de leur faute. On aurait apprécié être appelés pour savoir que c'était pas la peine d'y aller mais ce n'est pas leur faute. > 4e rdv : ils n'ont toujours pas la pièce. Ils disent qu'ils ne l'ont jamais eue et que c'est la première fois qu'ils vont commander ça. Conclusion : c'est assez pour nous. On va suivre notre intuition première : laisser faire les concessionnaires officiels et encourager les petites entreprises.

Aujourd’hui. Visite chez un de leurs collègues pour la vidange gratuite. Car véhicule d’occasion certifié. REFUS. Ce n’est valable que dans la concession d’achat du véhicule. J’avais pourtant bien demandé confirmation à Gareau Auto.. habitant à près de 5h de val d’or. Je me suis fait avoir. J’ai naïvement fait confiance. Nous étions près à acheter une autre auto pour madame. C’est évidement impensable. Très bons vendeurs. Mais le service après vente est inexistant.
