I've had excellent service with Service Canada at both this location and the one on St. Mary's Road. I have found the staff very helpful, knowledgeable and welcoming. I've really appreciated being served in my first language of french too.

The main guy that does sin numbers is incompetent. Could not even print out my kids sin numbers. Tells me to come back another day. Does NOT tell me I need to come back with birth certificates again. So I come back and he still cannot print out my son cards for my kids.
