Pre ordered a meal for 6pm. Went to pick up and was told we placed the order for 610 pm and had not started cooking it yet. At 625 they had still not started cooking the meal. They did not offer water or tea while I waited for my much delayed order.

don’t waste your money here for the ff reasons: - server are unhygienic (who uses their phone between serving people and not washing their hands?) - ordered calamari type of dish but got shrimp instead (like how?!) - theres more carbs than protein in each chicken balls (more dough than meat) - food has no flavor - bubble tea is mediocre not coming back.

I don't expect anything to be done considering that staff is probably the owners family. But earlier tonight I was with friends and family - it was our first time eating here; And I was only asking if they were serving complimentary tea, but before I even finished my sentence the waitress cut me off in a very rude way. - She even raised her voice a bit and said "LISSEN we don't have that". You dont need to know the Language in order to have some sort of ethics in check. The woman was wearing a dress, glasses and with longer hair; Shes also shorter than other staff. The food is good though - that's why there's still that 1 star.

Excellent menu and possibly the best Chinese food I've had. I don't eat this fare more than once or twice a year but enough to know it was pretty good. The kids said the ginger beef and chicken balls were awesome, so.... Ordered on line through an app and the service upon arrival was excellent. Probably a bit pricier than other spots but not unreasonable.

Not too bad for a hungry household but.. Not the same anymore though. Chicken fried rice is just steamed rice with a few chicken bites, teriyaki chicken turned out a few chicken slices covering a ton of sprouts.. Average at best, will look elsewhere for my future chinese food cravings

Came here recently with a couple of friends for dinner. Even though the restaurant was pretty busy, we were seated immediately by our very nice waiter. Food service was excellent! The dishes were also very flavorful and appetizing; my favorite dish was the deep fried sesame balls!!! Aside from the delicious tasting food, what I would recommend the most is bubble tea!!

My family and I have loved this place for a while. Great food. We just ordered it off skip the dishes last night and ate it, then my whole family started feeling sick, like food poisoning type sick; including myself. I cut the sweet and sour pork open today to see and it is RAW. I'm a little startled, so we called them and she was nice about it and they even seemed shocked. So she apologized and gave me a discount for my next order. It was probably just a little screw up on their part, as we've never really had other problems with them. I guess i'm saying next time you order from them maybe cut open the meat first to make sure it's cooked so you don't end up with food poisoning. But thank you wok house for being understanding and nice about it.

The food here is great. I love that they made adjustments to my szechuan order as I cannot eat spicy food so they lighten it up. Will definitely come back here! Also they got bubble tea!

Ordered delivery - They cooked wax paper into the bbq pork steamed buns, ended up choking on a piece...couldnt even be bothered to check the buns before packaging...disgusting! Never ordering from here again

The food is really tasty ! They had made a mistake on one of our dishes for pick up. After calling to notify them, not expecting anything , they had our plate that was missed hand delivered and didn't charge us. The customer service was excellent ! Thank you wok house !

Outstanding takeout dinner for four on Mother’s Day. Ordered the Won Ton Soup choice as well as honey-garlic chicken, beef with mixed vegetables, sweet and sour pork, and Shanghai noodles to go with the included spring rolls and chicken rice. Had ordered there about three years ago and was very average. After this experience will be returning shortly!! Highly recommended!

Decide to give this place a try from St. Albert. Not bad not bad. Decent western Chinese food. Ordered food on uber eats. Food came in about 45 minutes or so. Double Greeting taste a better but Wok House is closer to home.

I ordered food from them for the 1st time on New Year's Eve. We ordered several items. 1 of the items was wrong. I called them and they happily gave me a credit. Easy to deal with and excellent customer service especially on a very busy night. Food was excellent and large quantities. We will order again

Best place to get bubble tea in St. Albert! I often stop by just to get a drink. There is no bubble tea place in St. Albert but the bubble tea here is just as good as any bubble tea store in Edmonton. I especially love their fruit flavoured teas! The Chinese food is very good as well!

Ordered a real fruit juice bubble tea (mango flavour) here and it's delicious! Initially I ordered the real fruit smoothie thinking it was dairy free (my mistake), but when I inquired upon receiving the first drink they whipped up a new one without issue. Great customer service and comparable pricing to other bubble tea spots. Would love to come back and try their food as it looks like they have a good selection and good reviews.

I went here today with my family, and had a great experience! The dinner for 4 combo is a very good deal. The service was amazing. The waitress who served us was very friendly and nice! Food was really tasty, and I especially loved the Peach Yum Yum Shrimp!!! Its presentation was super nice and the portions are large too! I am definitely coming back here.

Came here to eat with 12 people and got the combination 8 & 3 dinners (so 11 different entrees) and we had a lot leftover. Would definitely suggest ordering less than you think. The food was surprisingly really good! The salt and pepper pork chop and Yum Yum pork chop were my favorite.

Came in for pick up during quarantine. I downloaded the app qMenu and was given free green onion cakes with my order. When I picked up the order everything was very clean and the people working were very nice. The food was top notch. Huge portions sizes. A dinner for 4 would feed 6 comfortably. When I ordered on the app they called to confirm and gave me a time. Will order again. Thanks and hopefully everyone is supporting you!

The best dim sum in St. Albert and area.....the Crystal Shrimp dumplings are thee best! We have eaten in and have picked up our orders and we have never been disappointed! A Father’s Day, Mother’s Day, birthday, and anniversary dinner tradition!

Beef Satay soup was a sad mix of hot water and leftover vegetables from their chow mein - which was also ordered and were laughable next to each other. The chow mein sat in a soupy mix with two different types of noodles. The beef satay tastes like hot sink water with absolutely no flavour. Would not recommend nor order again.

Today we did curbside pick up from the restaurant. The service was great, staff on the phone were very professional. The food was very good, nicely packaged, clean, hot and the best Chinese food we've had in a very long time. Keep up the great work..we will be back.

Food is much better lately. New owners are doing a much better job. Not real authentic, more western style but good selection and very tasty. They do have all day made to order Dim Sum dishes too. I have been back a few times and it is now consistently good. Also a bunch cleaner than it was.

Went there for a birthday for my stepson. Food VERY bland. Had to ask for napkins, soy sauce, plum sauce, etc. Server had trouble understanding our order. Egg rolls huge, mostly dough. Dough taken apart and about 11/2 tbs filling in the egg rolls. Will not EVER go back. Worst Chinese food ever!????????????????

Wok house is one of the my favorite restaurants. I’ve been this place with my friends a lot of times. All people are nice and the food comes out fresh and hot. I recommend the best dish which is the ginger beef. For the best drink, I would like the avocado smoothie. Jan/19 Don’t know how to add one more comment, so I just edit the last comment and put new pictures on here to share something new. I really love their food. Due to COVID-19, it is not allowed eat in the restaurant, but I can still have their food through food delivery. The delivery guy was nice and on time. The food was still warm and fresh when it got here. Now, I order their food each week and can’t stop it at all.

food is excellent and lots of it. I would have liked more pineapple bits in the Hawaiian pork, otherwise loved it. My only issue was the online menu is different from the menu in the restaraunt and I had a bit of trouble explaining what I wanted.

Very good. Been 3 times in the last 6 months and it's been great every time. Probably the best Asian style food I've had in a very long time, fresh ingredients and good portions. Love the all day Dim Sum.
