I have had good experiences before with the store. This last one really impressed me. A main branch driver did not knock when they "attempted" to drop off my package. I know because we were sitting beside the door and got the notification as they were pulling away. I went out to see the sticker saying I would have to pick it up at the store. I called the store and they were able to put me through to UPS. They said they would have to deliver it the next day (to a possible missed delivery again) and I wanted them to come the same day since they didn't actually attempt the delivery. UPS had a big stain on their reputation because of this driver. After being on hold forever and told it can't be done in a few different ways, the store called me back and offered to drop the package off on their way home. I was so impressed and grateful. While it was the employee who offered, Jodie, the owner is the one who dropped it off. Very impressed and they saved face for UPS. Thank you.

I've had a mailbox at this location since 2001 when it was Mailboxes Etc... and I have never gone to another printing place since it became UPS. Casey is the most energetic and courteous young man I deal with weekly. He is absolutely fantastic with logos, graphics, brochures, and always so quick. And they handle big jobs too. If you are small business in St Albert, there is no need to go deal with a big box store where you deal with someone new every time, and there is no personal connection. I've seen menus and brochures fly out of there, and when I get an extra-large package, they have no problem holding it for me. Try them out for sure.

It was a complicated document and she was also able to help with the proper completion of the document. Very meh and bad overall experience . When first moving here the delivery driver “lost my package in the bottom of his truck” for about 3 days until I had to go to the St.Albert UPS when it was about to close to get the package from said delivery driver’s truck. The younger front desk employee with a buzz cut was very complacent and offered no help, as well as on the cusp of being rude when explaining my situation. My second experience I was just told to call customer service immediately for the same issue of “ where is my package it says it’s out for delivery for three days” in my opinion this is unacceptable service as other services deliver consistently and even during this pandemic.

I would like every business to know the St Albert UPS store isn’t just for deliveries. I own a small restaurant and use my local UPS for EVERYTHING. We are extremely happy with the quality and pricing we receive for our printing and promotional products. Flimsy, lazy packaging-resulting in my package being completely destroyed on arrival (One of a kind hand made item). Rude, un-knowledgeable service when trying to file a claim. Got the same useless responses 2 days in a row. The owner is disinterested, rude, un-helpful, arrogant and likes to hang up on his paying customers when they are not at fault.

Order golf clubs on Sunday for my kid and paid extra for 1-2 day delivery. Check the tracking each day and get a notice Tuesday at 7:00pm the the item was delivered...to the UPS store. They call me day 3 to advise me to come pick up my delivery. When I ask why it wasn’t “delivered” to my home when I paid for that service I get told “I don’t know. We have nothing to do with the drivers. Odds are they didn’t even try to deliever it”. WTF??!! Go into the store tonight to pick up the package I paid to have delivered and get the same response for the guy working the counter. I ask to see some kind of confirmation that UPS attempted to deliever my package since there is no slip at my home and our cameras didn’t show anyone coming to the door. Drivers thrown under bus as I’m told “the drivers are terrible and probably didn’t even attempt to deliever it”. When I ask them how or why are they employed he responds with “no one wants to be a delivery driver” Seriously you have a full blown customer service meltdown going on in this organization if this is what passes for acceptable service. Why am I paying a premium for 1-2 day delivery when I don’t get the package until day 3 AND I have to pick it up?? Clearly a company that shouldn’t be in the Customer Service arena. Brutal!

Amazing Service! After Staples told me that printing a 100 page document would take 6 days, I thought that I would try UPS. I phoned at 4 pm yesterday to see what their turn around time would be if I dropped off my document. The employee told me that I could just email my document to the store and it would be done in an hour! Plus he would phone me when it was done so that I could pay without coming in and it would be couriered out that night so that it would reach our client the next day. I sent the document and hoped that I would hear back before I had to take my son to his skating lessons. 10 MINUTES LATER, he phoned me that it was printed, bound, and in an envelope ready to leave!!!!!!!!! I was amazed and our company is switching to them for all of our printing and courier needs since good service is so hard to find!

Customer service is so poor. I went to get a quote on an international post around 3:10 pm on February 13,2019. Agent working there is so rude & mentioned that if it’s express post then it will be $100 or up. I ask if I want to do regular , he simply said “ then go somewhere else” & walk away. This is definitely not the customer service we expect from a big brand company UPS. His job is to be polite & give answers of enquires. Poor job

She checked on the wording required by the organization where I was sending the document and signed off my copy right away. This whole process took about five minutes. Yesterday around 11 AM I went into the UPS store to see how your printing services are. I requested if we could have some brochures printed I believe around 100 was the number that we needed before 1pm. Your employee a young gentleman with buzzcut in charge of printing told me we would have to "wait till thursday" because he is doing a "big job" which it appeared he was actually coming from lunch then also complained we didn't have a PDF copy but rather a hard copy and that it will come out faded and "it's impossible" for it to come out good quality. Essentially the impression we got was that our request wasn't good enough for your employee and as a small business owner I find that really sad. Then I remembered I went to Staples last time. So I refused his service we went to staples. They were able to photocopy our brochures that instant and they came out good quality and we were able to get the full amount we requested. They even offered to fold them for us! The lady who helped us at Staples told us her "big job" isn't due till 3pm that day and our request took like 15 minutes. So yea. Definitely need a lesson in customer service and maybe realize quick jobs aren't a bad thing. I'll continue going to Staples over UPS for printing from this disappointing experience at your shop.

About a week later she also did another form for me free of charge that I had forgotten to include the first time around. Cheaper than other places and super friendly.

Once again your staff delivered my package to the wrong/unknown house. It's frustrating to know that my belongings are at someone else's house. All you need to do is to read the address properly and drop the package at the right location. Now I have to wait overnight until I hear back from your investigation team, why bother paying for UPS Express if things are going to missing.

Casey is not only friendly and knowledgeable, he checks to make sure I have included all the necessary documentation so my shipment goes smoothly.
