The customer service could really use some work. Both my boyfriend and I spoke to the same representative on different days to both be treated very poorly with response to our inquiries. Now I can understand if we had been rude, or overly persistent to have merited a less than positive response, but from the moment I stepped inside I had been met with an overtly negative, blunt, and very unhelpful representative. There was absolutely no reason that I should have been treated so poorly.

There is no dedicated staff at driving license counter. You have wait till a. Staff member walks by window and peep through the window. Feels like a military institution. It should be friendly customer service environment.
