The ladies at the front desk are very nice and polite. It is unacceptable though to missonform your clients regarding the payments methods. Your website clearly states you ACCEPT credit cards. Your front desk was accepting ONLY cash, debit cards, and Interac. I would think twice before I come back for your services. Your competitors do accept credit cards and do the same job.

We live an hours drive from Scarborough. We had an appointment for 5.50pm. We called ahead to ask if its ok to come earlier. The lady that answered the call said that its fine. We got to scarborough at 5.30pm with a 2 year and 5 year old in tow as there was nowhere to leave them. We had to sit in that tiny office with 2 hungry tired kids till 6.30 when we were helped. Staff was very friendly but unknowledgeable and had to make a phone call to a supervisor that advised her incorrectly. Needless to say we were not impressed with the service at all and will be going elsewhere for further fingerprints which will be required next month
