The driver was good but they don't do advance bookings. Seems like they are busy so very quick call with min info given. Always call 10/15 mins prior to book the taxi.

Very fast and prompt service. Came within 8 minutes. All drivers are very friendly and helpful. It was explained to us that typically anywhere in Perry sound is $10.

We were transients at Big Sound Marina. Very quick pickups, clean cars and pleasant local drivers who give you the inside scoop. $10 one way, anywhere in town. Can't ask for more.

Thursday I called to schedule a taxi for Saturday morning and I was rudely told to call back after 4. I called after 4 and booked a cab for 6:30 am Saturday stating that she needed to be at work by 7:15 to open up at her work, I gave directions to where we live. This morning at 7 am my daughter called me crying that she stood at the end of my driveway from 6:25 until 7 and no one showed up. When I called the company the response I received was "You didn't leave your phone number." Why wouldn't they have asked for my number ? They requested a credit card to send someone out right then. A business did not open on time due to a blatant disrespect of a customer and no one at the company seemed to care. I do not recommend this company if you are looking for reliability.

Definitely not the best taxi service I’ve ever experienced. More often then not there is long wait times. I’ve also had quite a few experiences of drivers making me uneasy and or unsafe with their driving habits.

10 bucks one way from no frills to big sound marina. 20 bucks round trip. Same for sobeys

Will get you anywhere in Parry Sound for just $10 , no extra fees for lights or anything like that. There are usually enough cabs to get one fairly quickly as well. No complaints here.

Stranded in the middle of nowhere, these guys went to a gas station, filled up for me and brought the gas to my car so I can get back on the road! Thanks guys!

I’ve taken a cab a total of 4 times in the last 4 months and had great service. On time for all pick-ups both to and from, to the minute. All drivers very friendly and professional. Would 100% recommend them. Thank you for your excellent service.

I placed an order for a cab , was told it would be there as soon as possible little did I know that meant waiting 30-40 mins for a cab that would never show up. I suggest taking your business to Ivy's, they seem to care a little more.
