The bus arrives somewhat on time, and departs somewhat on time as well. It's a bus stop, what more do you need? Extra stars because there's fast food joints nearby.

Every time I've taken an Ontario Busland bus, it's always been delayed, half the time the wifi is not working, and today it is no exception. For the price they charge, this is unbelievable.

We get to Parry Sound and I go to get a coffee at the ON ticket office. They won't let me use the washroom because they don’t want to clean the floors. Are they open or not?? They tell me to go to Harveys. I explain that I don't want Harveys coffee so they tell me to come back after I use the washroom and get my coffee. I was gone less than 3 minutes and they had locked me out. I heard another guy tell the driver that he was locked out and couldn't buy a ticket. The bus hadn't even left yet. What's with this "to hell with the customer , I wanna go home" attitude. I take back any of the positive answers I gave on the survey. Porter flies from the Soo at a reasonable price and have always treated me well. No need to put up with Ontario Northland' s attitude. I won't be back. BTW I hate Harvey's coffee. The government wouldn't help Greyhound so why are they subsidizing these jokers??

Took the bus from barrie to sudbury. 50% of people I'd say had mask on when I boarded. When we stopped in parry sound for a pit stop, many people did not wear a mask when they boarded and then everyone had their masks off and were eating. As someone that is immune compromised because of chemotherapy I wont do this again and reccomend others in a similiar situations do not if they can avoid it, if I have to go North I'lI pay extra and fly. I have taken megabus recently and this wasn't my experience . I had taken northland a lot before covid and realize that this is hard for the bus drivers to enforce..but having everyone eating in enclosed with no need to get a vaccine passport has me concerned. To top it off, the bus had mechanical problems when we got to parry sound, so there sending another bus to get us while we wait..they said it will take 2 hours (been half hour so far).

It's just a booth where you'll wait a long time while the coffee shop staff serve coffee and donuts for its main business instead of helping you purchase a ticket.
