This is a revisit of my original review in which I rated Techonvate as 1 out of 5 Stars but as described below their follow up has been outstanding and goes over and beyond the call of business duty. My original review was as a result of my view that they were initially unresponsive to my email request for services and then were unable to secure a certified translator timely. As I had noted at the time, I had used Technovate about 6 years ago to translate a wedding certificate and noted that their service at that time was great and super efficient. Current review is deservedly 5 Stars. With Technovate being initially unable to identify a certified translator (the person on retainer was MIA) I identified another online service to undertake my Malay to English Translation. Marcel of Technovate warned me that there was only one Canadian certified Malay-English translator so he would be surprised if another agency could execute my work. I nevertheless went ahead , but upon receipt took up Marcels offer to review the certification - long story short, the 'certified' translator had bogus certifications as did the notary. Marcel didnt need to deal with me after my poor review, but he did go over and above by offering to review the alternate agency's translation and determining that it was bogus has saved me much heartache. I then went ahead an asked TEchnovate to translate 2 documents for me, one for use with the US Social Security Admin and also the original documents for Canadian tax purposes. One needed a US certified translator which he had on retainer and the other a Canadian certified translator who remained MIA. Marcel went out of his way to identify someone in Malaysia who had the appropriate certifications, leased with them and bird-dogged the translation so I was able to receive the digitals in a week. I am very pleased with Technovate Translations and in particular with Marcel for going over and above to assist me with my translation needs.
