Like most places in Oak Bay - the only downside are the people who shop here. The store is fun, useful and staff are always nice. The clientele not so much. Self entitled, rude and oblvious to anyone other than themselves. If you can go when it's not busy, it's a fun shop to browse. If it's busy, get your south oak-bay attitude ready...

I love this store cause even though it's just a pharmasave, it's got personality. the staff are all super helpful and it's got a bit of everything in stock, so if you pop in to grab a parcel at the post office or to fill out a perscription, it's pretty likely that they've got something else on hand that you need as well!

This is the General Store for Oak Bay village...seriously, they are amazing and there are people like me who go there everyday of the week for whatever...love it. It's so convenient to walk to from just about anywhere in the area. The staff are always so friendly!!! :) Excellent guys!

Incredible selection of just about everything! Many brands (local & international) that I had never heard of before in makeup, skincare, home goods, gifts, etc! Lots of familiar items, all in stock and with lots of choice. They were also running a great sale, so I saved about 30% off my purchases. I'll be returning for sure!

This place has cute stuff but I am mainly leaving a review to applaud the amazing Post Office staff. I've shipped thousands of packages/mailers with them over the past 3 years and they are very professional. I didn't realize until dealing with the Saanichton post office how valuable this location is for small business owners who use the postal service a lot. Dominique and Pat are VERY quick with shipping out bulk orders so I suggest requesting them if you have a lot to ship or if you are in a hurry. Seeing Jeff's pup Reggie who frequents the post office is always a pleasant experience too. Thank you guys for helping me so much with my business over the years!

I use the Post Office on a regular basis and always find the staff, led by Pat, to be very efficient and friendly! Thankfully "Reggie", Jeff's dog, is on guard many shifts. Who would go to a CANADA POST office when the service is so good at this private outlet?

Here they are in a community dense with elderly people and today NONE of the employees were wearing a mask (unless you count the pharmacist who had one under his chin). Employees don't give masked people their personal space either. Most scientific professionals support wearing a mask with BC still under a 50% fully vax'd rate. This shows a callous disregard for the community. I couldn't get out of there fast enough and I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

The ladies in the cosmetics department have been really helpful over the past six months! They set me up with a sensitive skin care regime from La Roche Posay that has worked incredibly well for me. There was a slight bump at the start when I went home with some scented products that irritated me, but they exchanged them the next day and I've been so pleased ever since. In terms of makeup, they've also been really helpful with understanding which undertones and shades would work best for me and why (often not the ones I expected!). Me and my skin thank you!

The staff in this Pharmacy are second to none.. I have only encountered one case with one unhelpful woman in this pharmacy in over twenty years… the store used to sell great perfumes but alas do not anymore, that is the only negative I would have to say about it.. Your dog is welcome which is HUGE to me and I would recommend this Pharmasave on Oak Bay Ave to everyone..great staff, great products great atmosphere .. well done everyone..

Google says the store and PO are open, their website says the store and PO are open, the store hours posted to the door (including special holiday hours) say the store is open but arriving at 6PM and the store is fully light up but locked up! Very frustrating and annoying!

Great family owned business with friendly staff and a lovely small town atmosphere. Has a good range of basic products as well as many fun and unique giftware items. Excellent spot for Christmas ornaments and stocking stuffers. Quite busy around the holidays!
