Not only was it incredibly easy to set up, my photographer made it an unforgettable experience. Miyuki was bilingual so she was able to talk to me in English but was also able to translate what others were saying as we walked by. She tried to get every kind of photo I wanted and she had a lot of her own ideas. She took time to explain landmarks and took me to the most beautiful places. It was honestly one of my favorite parts of my trip and I will always have these beautiful keepsakes.

I am so glad I found this site! I was looking to book photos on a family vacation in Hawaii, but had no idea how to find a photographer that wasn't crazy expensive. I stumbled across Flytographer and I'm so glad I did. The site lets you browse through potential photographers, read about them and their style. I received a quick response to my inquiry and were able to figure out a day for our photoshoot. The photographer ended up spending additional time with us and sent us more photos than they were required. So thankful I found Flytographer!! PS - Our pictures turned out so great!!

While I was really impressed with the people at Flytographer, I was so so disappointed with the photos :(. I booked the shoot eight months ahead of time and just a few weeks before we left, we found out the photographer we booked with would no longer be working with Flytographer. This was disappointing, however, Flytographer worked quickly to ensure that we could still have a photographer that same day, but the time had to be switched. This normally would not have been a problem, but we picked a certain location in Rome at sunrise because that same place at that same time of day had a really special meaning to us. Unfortunately, the new photographer could not meet at sunrise which made the pictures much different than we originally thought they would look like. This was a real bummer and although Flytographer got us another photographer that same day, there was nothing they did about the time except apologize. I get that is out of their control, but that truly changed the entire shoot and the meaning behind it. I did enjoy the photographer very much, she was so nice, and was impressed with the organization of Flytographer, however, when the pictures arrived I so upset. We truly only liked three of the photos. A month later, a friend who is a novice amateur photographer took engagement pictures for us in California and they turned out so beautiful, that proved to me that we could actually take good photos together. I was looking for direction from the photographer and a romantic feel for the pictures, but instead we felt very awkward during the shoot as we weren't really told what to do and the photos took a much more "artsy" approach. I would still recommend this company but just insist on being very picky with the photographer you pick. Don't be afraid to ask for directions when posing and be upfront about how you want these photos to look. I wish I would have done that because we'll never have the chance to take these pictures again.

We've used Flytographer on several vacations over the years with the latest on our recent trip to Japan. We worked with Daniel in Tokyo who took us through Harajuku and around the Meiji Shrine. We received our pictures within a few days and absolutely loved what we got back. This was consistent with our past photo shoots with Flytographer in Lisbon, Bali, Prague, Montreal, and Napa Valley. Before Flytographer, we would be lucky to get a few good pictures of us from our travels. With Flytographer, we are presented with dozens of amazing pictures and memories that will last a lifetime. We were on vacation in Paris and had an easy time booking a photo session. I talked to our photographer early on about what type of photos we wanted. The day of, Olga was a pro at battling the tourist crazy area we were in (the Eiffel Tower) and making sure our photos looked romantic and serene, which was the complete opposite of how the area looked. Got our pictures back in less that the stated timeframe which was great too!! Overall great experience!

I chose the photographer Siza, who was absolutely amazing and accommodating, to be the person who would capture the special moment. With transportation in Italy being unpredictable, it just so happened that the water taxis were on strike that night, and my fiancé and I walked all the way to our destination, but Siza was very accommodating and understanding and we got right into the shoot with a surprise proposal. I was completely blown away by the quality of the pictures and the professionalism of this business. I surprised my wife with a Flytographer shoot while we were in Tokyo. Our photographer, Nathalie, took us to multiple different locations, and took over 1000 pictures. We had a great time, she was enthusiastic, and creative. She gave us directions to make our pictures very special. Within 24 hours we had the best 120 pictures available on line. We now have them on various computers and electronic frames, and enjoy looking at the pictures every day. I am arranging a Flytographer gift card for a couple of dear friends who are planning a trip to Spain and Portugal later this year, I think it will be a great way for them to remember their trip, just like our experience has been for us.
