Decent sized park and lots of room for thing other than baseball. I play pick up volleyball weekly here with friends and there's always room. The park appears well kept.

Managed to play outside after clearing the pickleball court of water. Lots of dips in the courts! Could be a hazard for those without good outdoor court shoes.

This park has really well-maintained grass and softball areas. My dog and I walk through there often, and he likes to lay down on the grass in the shady areas. At the other end, though, is the fairly run-down tennis/pickleball courts, lacrosse box, and compound for basketball and kids' activities. I don't have much need to go into these areas, but despite being in need of an update, they are highly popular. And there's the kids' water park that was always a great experience for my kids when they were younger! Overall it's a decent place to come to, especially for softball or walking your dog. Oak Bay has a plan to upgrade the facilities, over time, so this park will get better and better!

Park is full of playful things and water in summer. It's fun for younger kids. There are 5 tennis courts beside. But everything shows the age now and needs some update.

Quiet park with lots of open space. There are tennis, pickleball courts as well as a baseball diamond. Great place to bring your dog for a walk.

This is a wonderful place to take your younger children. I'm talking about the water park. There's all kinds of different water sprays there and the kids loved it! I have great memories of myself there with my granddaughters.

It's gated safe for little ones , lots of shade. Something for every age level, recommend bringing water shoes the rubber mats are hot to walk on. Bathroom facilities available. Lots of fun. Zip line ball.

What a wonderful water park and playground! It gets pretty crowded on sunny days... For good reason. There are many water stations, and play ground options. Even a little zip line.

Carnarvon Park is one of the few places that has a practise wall for pickleball and tennis. It needs some repair work but it's better than nothing. The pickleball and tennis courts could use some work as well, especially pickleball given the high utilization .

I went to the Carnarvon Park tennis courts today and cut down the blackberry bushes that stuck out of the back court fencing. It seems Oak Bay Parks doesn't bother to do their job and clear the back court areas of nasty thorned vegetation.

Tennis courts have some savage cracks and cause ugly hops. How about a renovation. Oak bay municipality kicks me in the go nads when tax time comes around. How about sinking our money back into the bloody courts

One of the best water parks in Victoria! My two year old loves coming here and always has a good time. Washrooms are available, although the facilities are quite dated and there is no baby change table. It's a large park with lots of share and places to sit. If you have not been before you should check it out - especially the zipline!

We specifically visited the water park, built by the Rotary club. Fun for kids under 6. The structures aren't suited to older kids. Gated so it's easy to keep an eye on runners. A few rubber tires are coming up and tripping kids. Small and cramped. Easily 120 kids were there on the day we were, while 4 of 5 tennis courts and the lawn bowling club next door were completely empty I guess my issue is with Victoria Parks and Rec; why there aren't there 4 or 5 more water parks like this all over the city? They're obviously used and needed.

Oak Bay has let this park run to ruin - the lacross and tennis courts are appalling considering every house around here cost 1.5 million. O.B. only seem to invest in senior activities like lawn bowling and (sorry) pickle-ball. The water park is dated but cute and the baseball diamond is pretty good - it could be a gem for all ages but maybe they need 2 million dollar house values to pay for it?

reason cement pickleball courts, irregular great for a sprained ankle..however there are 6 to 8..hot and sunny..better if hard or the new courts have some sort of cover that protects courts from, rain or snow if you are like me i like to play in all kinds of weather.
