I took two interpreting courses from Interpreter's Lab. Angela is very responsible, and she promptly attends to our questions and needs. Angela is one of the best teachers I ever had. I found her and her instructors to be the best I've encounter. Their enthusiasm to teach is amazing not to mention their support. I have had the most horrific service from this company that I've ever had in my life. I originally applied for and paid in full for an in class training that was over $500 which was supposed to be done in April 2018. I got contacted that they have re scheduled the class to June 2018 because there wasn't enough students, then re scheduled once again to November 2018. A couple days before the November class was going to be held I got contacted again saying that they have decided to change the training from an in class program to online training which is not what I paid for. I explained to them that I would wait for an in class session as that's what I paid for but they are only doing online now. When I asked for a refund I spoke to Angela and Elsa and was told that I would get a refund after a few weeks. No one responded back after many attempts, it's almost as if they realized they made a mistake and were trying to avoid it. After a few weeks I get an email saying that they won't refund because they have a no refund policy. So their policy apparently is that they can change the products that you have paid for to something that is totally different after wasting months of your time while keeping your money for not delivering the training.. this is a pathetic and unethical way to do business and I encourage anyone to stay away from this shady business.
