I had an awful experience. A staff by the name of Lori Lee had absolutely no manners of talking perhaps she did not like the fact that I was from out of province. Evert thing I was saying she was contradicting. She stared at me with bigger eyes, which is an extremely rude behavior that fails all customer service. She took my ontario safety check and waived it my face to ridicule. Not even a single smile on her even out of sarcasm. That woman was basically there to be angry. I don't know why she did this to me but the staff next to her was also no different. I would caution anyone who visits this location to be aware of these staff. If given the chance, go to another SGI location if u don't want to be insulted. I hope SGI understands that it is not appropriate to keep disrespectful people answering customer's questions in that manner. I have messaged themmand eill do it again. I am planning to take action against the staff here as I have taken a recording of their behavior.

I went there on a weekday afternoon and there were only two other clients. They served me quickly, with a smile and even if I was not sure what document I needed, they deduced it and gave me exactly what I was looking for.

There are only two examiners for road tests at this location. This may work for them during regular times but during this pandemic I think it would be smart of them to hire extra examiners at least for the time being to help with road tests. I took my test and he/she failed me for a very silly reason that didn’t have to do with being safe. A trusted supervising driver sat in the passenger seat with me while I took my test (as per covid protocols) and he was extremely baffled that I had failed. The examiner also lied on my test results sheet saying I had gone over 40 km/hr in the school zone we were in. I monitored my speed and so did my supervising driver and we both noted this to be inaccurate. As I mentioned above, with only two examiners there is a very long wait to have my test be re-booked with 350 people in front of me. Extremely disappointed and frustrating.

The lady instructor is too perfectionist we are all Humans we commit mistakes everytime not all who got their class 5 license here in Moosejaw are good drivers come on!!!! you should take consideration esp. for the first time driver!!!!

Terrible customer service! They take days to respond after leaving a voicemail and they are never around to answer the phone. Also, the lady I've had to deal with her my claim was very rude to me.

I'm sure some of their staff are racist but hard to prove, never had this experience dealing with AMA in Alberta or any registry office in Alberta. If you are a visible minority stay out of sask ppl.
