MTT have done many user manual and software GUI text translations for me. They provided quick, high quality and cost-effective translations in a wide range of languages, using native-speaking translators for translations you can trust. The only issue I've found so far is that many of their translators don't use translation memory software, so leveraging chunks of text that will appear in many different documents is cumbersome.
