Staff was not wearing any identifiable garb and were hissing loudly. "Rock you like a hurricane" was the only music playing and was only stopped when staff were belching loudly. Signs were vandalized to say "69 minutes fresh always". Was told that milk in coffee is "faggy". Very rude.

Like you tell them that you want to choose yourself dozens of donuts and they have already filled a box with donuts that leave less easily .. or you tell them clearly that you want 4 special but it's forgotten during the order then you you realize that once arrived home, 45 min later. The choice is very limited too, no timbits stuffed here :( too early in the morning, not available, around noon, there is more, the evening, too late.Yeah, must be lucky to have a choice! it's really loud around 3pm. Genre tu leur dit que tu veux choisir toi même ta douzaine de donuts et ils ont déjà remplis une boîte avec les donuts qui partent moins facilement.. ou tu leur dis clairement que tu veux 4 spéciaux mais c'est oublié pendant la commande alors tu t'en rend compte qu'une fois arrivé a la maison, 45 min plus tard. Le choix est très limité aussi, pas de timbits fourrés ici :( trop tôt le matin, pas dispo, vers midi, y en n'a plus, le soir, trop tard. Ouai, faut être chanceux pour avoir du choix ! En plus c'est vraiment très bruyant autour de 3pm.

Have been in the drive thru for over a half hour because of technical difficulties with the new speaker that nobody is trying to fix. Its been like it for days. If you want a fast coffee go somewhere else. Tims gets slower every day.

This store is probably one of the slowest stores I’ve ever seen. Takes 20 mins to get a coffee from in store lineup. This is an everyday thing. Not to mention the language barrier. Asked for some details on the remaining number of Tim’s hockey cards and one of the employees was completely rude about it and didn’t wanna go check.

It was terrible there today. Drive through was down the road ,so I went in for faster service. The line up inside was to the entrance and I was in there for 1 hour before I got my order. They are more concerned with drive through and the people inside had one person serving them and making all the coffee orders at the same time for each order. This is not fair for the customers and it certainly not fair to the workers. I would think long and hard about working there. The workers can only do so much and I am sure takes alot from customers.
