1 Star customer service for sure, always missing items or incorrectly made, maybe if they actually took the time to check at this location it’d be alright. They also once closed their drive-thru for “matienence” from 6:00 AM all the way through 8:30AM (Morning rush) yet there were employees walking around on their phone. I’m pretty sure if you can walk around without hassle you can make food for drive-thru..Highly do not recommend this McDonalds franchise.

A small, well kept McDonald's where the staff is always friendly, and greet their regulars by their first names. Staff was quick to clear tables and keep the garbage bins neat and uncluttered. Drive thru times for me averages between 3-5 mins on busy days. Slow periods are not an issue. The internet at this location is strong and easy to log onto. Bathroom have always been clean and stocked. Better than most of the McDonald's in the region.

So, this McDonald's is located fairly close to where I live. I frequent the restaurant quite often. It is usually clean, staff is usually friendly and service is usually speedy. I've never had any wrong orders or complaints about the restaurant. Washrooms could use a little more attention, other than that a solid 4 star McDonald's!

That's not all ; in the same order, I ask for a trio of 10 croquettes, I get 7. I wonder why I keep giving them my money. Seriously, if you want to eat McDonald's in Saint-Anne de Beaupré, don't expect a miracle. And fast service, forget it. There aren't many people and it takes 10 minutes to get your food. As McDonald's go, this one seems to be running at half mass. During a rush (by small town standards ~8ppl & drive thru) your gonna wait a while to place your order unless you use the kiosk. Kiosk machines are always out of paper so good luck knowing your order number. Additional (McChicken) sauces exist only in styrofoam cups, not sealed packages like every other McDonalds, which they charge more then elsewhere for too. Food is, well it's McDonalds so pretty standard, par for course.

Let's begin with the fact that everytime I go in to order a burger they somehow manage to screw my order up. Is 4 mcdoubles with 2 sides of Mac sauce to hard to comprehend? Or lets say you order something like a spicy chipotle burger and they ONLY PUT CHIPOTLE SAUCE ON IT when my receipt was exactly how I ordered it. The cook is an inbred (clearly if he can't read an order slip) the staff are completely incompetent. 10/10 only eat here if your actually about to kneel over and die. Otherwise there's a Harvey's right down the street. Or like a thousand pizza places since it's port colborne and we have not much diversity with our food choices.

LIKE, THAT'S WHAT IT'S ABOUT! -Fries, again were thrown away due to excess salt Daughter: Happy Meal, Cheeseburger with just ketchup : -This kid, yet again, forgot to put anything on my daughters burger. Except onions. Tons of them. A meat patty and 1/4 of an onion. Thrown away. -Fries, were surprisingly thrown away due to excess salt. All in all, I spent around 20 bucks for 3 flat pops. Completely disgusting, and I hope they fire the kid that was working on July 27th, 2016, at 6:30.

Usually I have enjoyed going to this location but after my last visit I'm not impressed. Location is newly renovated and had the touch screen order. Ordered at the touch screen since no one was at cash and the staff seemed to be frantically running around filling orders. After placing my order my receipt spit out blank so I didn't even know my order number. Waited at cash until the 3 people working near the counter stopped ignoring me and asked for a reprint. They asked what I ordered (large iced coffee, bagel breakfast sandwich, hash brown). They just brought my food over but instead brought a medium iced coffee. When I pointed out that I got a medium and not a large the first girl said "no that's a large" and walked away. The two girls behind her noticed her mistake and just pulled out a large cup and fixed it. When I again asked for a receipt reprint they told me that since I ordered on the screen they can't reprint it. Terrible experience and now I'll have to wait and call head office since I don't have a receipt to fill out the survey.

Pass at 17h15 at the drive thru no body else than me . order a big Mac trio meal changed my French fries for a poutine and 6 mcnuggets . order in French my first language . the girl could not understand cuz her mic was not working well could not understand her . ask her to change her battery or mic but did not happened. Then when I arrived 2 min after at the paying and service widows I waited until 17h25 for finally they ask me to move to the waiting area waited another 5 minutes. So it took 15 minutes to get my meal when nobody in line in front of me. Been in others mcdo with long lines up and takes less times waiting. And got no fork in my bag for my poutine. How do you expect someone to eat French fries with full of gravy on eat without a fork! I am very disappointed of my visit. And I m from château richer don't if I will go back there... Order a double hamburger get one patty. Order a sundae get a half full tiny container for double the price it was last year. I had to wait 14 minutes for a coffee and laute to then be told that the latte machine was broken ????. Getting close to 4:00 and I was the only customer there at the time. All of a sudden the place filled up. No fault of the cashier as she was the only one working. There were 4 other employees in the store when I got there one being a female management I assume as the uniform she had on. I think she thought it was more important to play around with 2 of the other employees as to help the poor girl on cash. I did get a little frustrated after 12 minutes waiting but assured the young cashier and the poor girl trying to help her get caught up as it was starting to get very busy. First time in all my years going to McDonald's I've ever experienced anything like that. Glad I wasn't getting dinner ????
