Amazing customer service I am generally skeptical when it comes to car salesman. When I met with Rob King and his Father Al King my skepticism was squashed These guys are about people not cars What I mean by that is there more interested in putting people into vehicles that fit there needs and budgets. I was encouraged to try several vehicles in my price range and ever after I made my selection we revisited all of my needs to make sure they were met long before I put pen to paper to seal the deal. When ordering an upgrade for my vehicle the sales rep Jackie King in parts and accessories made sure I was satisfied with my choices in purchase. Threw an emissions code on the 3rd day of our camping trip, coming down from the Purcells. Saturday of Canada Day long weekend. Called around to a several Chef shops but Chalet was closest and had a tech available. Jeff took the truck in, gave us a loaner and asked for 2 hrs. When we got back they had fixed the truck and even washed the mud off. Thank you Jeff and Chalet Chevrolet for saving our vacation.

I dealt with the owners son who was fantastic but the owner did the numbers game. I was truly happy with my vehicle in the beginning. After the know my story of being a single woman and moving out of the province I was assured I had an excellent reliable vehicle..... As I was moving to Edmonton AB I called to let him know how poor the fuel mileage was. He agreed it was pretty bad.,..after getting a cross province inspection I was told it needed a tune up rite away. That was $320, then my battery went dead because my window wasn't put in properly so it leaks down by the emergency brake and into my electronics, whenever it rains,....then I check out my battery AND it is 3 years older than the vehicle!!! So I had to have it on a battery charger all winter until I could buy a new battery. Every time it went dead the radio would stop working. I've now bought a brand new battery and now it just went dead while listening to the radio and wouldn't start. Let it sit and it barely started but the radio doesn't work again..... Oh and the rims are horrible.....they would not keep a seal in the winter, so I kept having to air the up. So don't buy used 7f you are a single woman unless you can fix it yourself!!! Thank god I love it or I would be in tears everyday. And I traded in a beautiful Chrysler 300 that I'm sure he made a pretty penny on. If I lived closer I would have returned it. Not a very happy customer to say the least ????

What can I say about chalet gm in Kimberly. I never been treated with so much respect then the team at chalet gm. From the moment I walk through the front doors I was greeted by the front receptionist and by sales rep. Wonderful people, brought me back to the Finance manager who was absolutely a pleasant person to deal with. This team that chalet has and will absolutely go beyond the call of duty for their customer and then some. Great communication between them and their customers to keep you in the loop too and let you know what's going on and won't let you hang there wondering unlike other dealerships that I have recently been to. You all should be proud of the rep you guys got and continue to provide great service to your customers. I came in for an oil change and they were very friendly. It took a minute or so to be acknowledged but they were busy so I didn't mind. 45 minutes later they had me out of there and they had checked over everything in that time. They even offered to wash my car for me but since there was a bunch of slush right out of the parking lot I declined

First impressions walking into the dealership was how incredibly clean it is! Brought my 2 kids with me, and was greeted by Jamie at the front desk. From the moment we walk in, service was awesome - Kathy in sales took us for a quick tour of the store. I really appreciated the waiting area with hot coffee and a place to my kids to chill (even though they were a handful running around everywhere). Best car buying experience EVER!! I just bought a used 2014 Chev Cruze and Dustin was amazing. They were knowledgeable, easy going, no high pressure salesman and introduced me to the finance manager and owner and pretty much everyone. By the time I left I felt like one of the family.
