I use Exacta Interpreting for my work on occasion. I have had nothing but amazing service from them. There was one particular situation in which Exacta really impressed me. Specifically, an "above and beyond" type of employee by the name of Ellen. I arranged to have an Exacta interpreter meet me at a clients home. 1.5 hours before this appointment, I realized that I made a mistake and arranged to meet the wrong client. I called Exacta and Ellen answered. I explained my mistake to her. I needed to cancel the appointment and notify the correct client and call off the interpreter; however, I didn't speak the language. Ellen immediately moved towards resolving my situation. I am not sure how she did it, but somehow, magically, she contacted everyone involved and resolved the situation within 10 minutes. Ellen saved me 2 hours of driving, saved the interpreter from wasting time, and she saved my client all sorts of time by rectifying this situation well before the appointment. Thanks Ellen! I have not seen such amazing customer service anywhere for as long as I can remember.

The company is excellent but one employee in particular is the worst! Sherry Amoss! Rude! Unprofessional! She gives the wrong dates for assignments in her emails and then blames you for following her instructions. She is always yelling and will give away assignments frequently without waiting for you to call back. She will say that mileage will be paid and then say she never said mileage would be paid. She has sent interpreters to wrong addresses and promise them assignments and take it away. Very difficult to with. The rest of the staff are very professional.
