I'm sorry you feel this way. Someone opinion of you doesn't change the facts. Your service was done at the same day that's true, but this is not an advantage that does make you special, most translation services do that, it's a card I have given you to translate, which already half of it was translated to begin with.
I emailed you on April 28 at 4:51 AM so you can work on my request in first come first serve bases. If you did start working on my project before your working hours, I really appreciate it, but this is completely useless if you just gonna send the papers after you get off work. This has lead to delay in shipping the papers over the weekend, because the day was already over, and there was no point of me using expressed delivery.
And speaking of express delivery, it's not like a free service you are providing to bring it up in your argument, I kinda paid for it, but didn't get it because you didn't send the papers the moment you finished.
In addition to that, you didn't send me an electronic copy of the translation and if this something has to be requested, you should ask customers if they wanted one before you seal the envelope.
You should have sent me the tracking number the moment you mail the papers. I don't need to trace you for it. By sending it to me at 12:03 AM, you are compensating for your lack of professionalism.
I hope you can see these as an area of improvement and don't things personal. I'm simply stating the objectives of your services as they happened. I used service because you are the only one I knew, otherwise I would have tried my luck someone else like "DABAN TRANSLATIONS"
