With covid restrictions the food court is under tight control by security staff, however, people just move to the seating areas in the main mall and eat there instead. Lots of people walking right by security personnel without masks, even with "masks are mandatory" signs all over the place. Yes, people are tired of the pandemic. Masks are a small inconvenience and are an important part of helping to slow the spread. Thankfully the vast majority of people are doing their part and I for one really appreciate that. Just wish the security people would be consistent with enforcement. Either do, or don't, but a half-hearted effort just adds confusion and generally irks people on both sides of the mask-wearing mandate. Stay safe, everyone!
The mall Is clean, has helpful receptionists and security guards, they have a wide selection of clothing stores and others like the dollar store, postoffice in shoppers, toys, barbershop and miscellaneous stores like Spencer's, their food selections is also wide most of the staff in there stores and helpful and kind.
Such a great place to shop! Lots of great mall!
Great place to shop
horrible security staff. beyond terrible. the tall one wouldn't give me his name.
Great place to spend some time out of the heat and get in some retail therapy. The AC in there is amazing. Make sure to stop by Montea for some awesome bubble with very cool customizable options. The popping boba takes bubble tea to another level.
They enforce their medical safety policies and that makes me more comfortable as a shopper.
Even though there's plenty of stores, there's not really much to do. There's about 3 jewlers in the same main hall, there's a few clothing stores with very similar themes, no form of entertainment other than a claw game and stacker, and the small local businesses seem to struggle while the big corporations threaten to take their place. I hope there's a way for more local shops to open.
Super hard for a pregnant woman (or elderly person) to sit for five minutes when they have taken all the benches and chairs away. Kinda wish it was plausible to keep shopping here, sure won't be making long trips anymore.
A wide selection of stores present, good hours, maps at key points to help you navigate, not much more to ask for. Nothing about it is amazing, but it does what it needs to do just fine
Nice mall with a good variety of stores.
Great time friendly people and lots to choose from
I bought 2 pairs of leggings yesterday and was unsure of the colour matching something at home. I was not told I could not return. Today I came to return not even 24 hrs after buying and the girl working (Michelle) was a little rude. I wanted the owners/managers info bc I was lied to the day before. She refused to give it to me Don't waste your time these leggings are no support and they are just really meh for adults. Plus their customer service is lies and rudeness. I'll continue to shop at lulu where thy have better quality clothes and the staff are super friendly
Worst experience in a mall in ages. Urban Planet refused to open change rooms. Passed a female security guard and female server from Purdys talking less than 2 ft apart blocking the hallway outside of Purdys. Asked them to separate 2 meters and was completely ignored. Either rules apply to all or they cannot be enforced!
My daughter almost ran over a pile of people while driving the animal cart, she would bark for them to get out of her way . We love this mall
Amazing place! Very nice clothes!
Everything you need in a Mall, smaller scale since population is only 69,000
Not that bad lineups for boxing day sales. All store staff's super friendly. Great sales. Only downside is the mandatory use of masks but that's out of anyone's control.
The best part of the mall is going and seeing the security guards who think they are part of the navy seal swat team
Absolutely disgusting behavior by this mall. The acting employees and owner should be ashamed of themselves at the DISCRIMINATION that takes place here, which includes discriminating against young children.
Lots of parking spots outside. Tons of stores to choose from. Lots of entrances and exits. Stores are easy to locate.
So glad you're open again, guys! I missed you! Lol
Just don't hangout outside kinda sketchy
Conveniently located and very accessible to the community. Easy to get to via the transit bus. Nice selection of options for shopping etc etc. Would be nice if it could expand services and add a couple storeys to add service options and more
I got my meds it took 2 hours i didn't get all of it i had to get my pain med in high Prairie
Very busy but good selection I would love to see more store fronts and less empty space. The longer hours now are better than before.
Eastlink keosk are nothing but crimanels. Went to return the overpriced piece of junk cell phone that they sold me the next day and they wouldn't take it back and refund my money trust me folks ignore Eastlink tell us his got better deals anyway.
Nice place to roam around and to shop of course! Great!
I think it has a good selection of stores and the staff is friendly and helpful ????
take my small children shopping here its a small but good mall foodcourt is always good.
Decent size mall. I love the store selections here.
Good mall, appreciate the staff
Loved the mall but they closed too early even before covid
Lots of great shopping deals especially for such a small town
I saw the most grotesque scene just recently how the security treated a family who wanted to simply eat at the food court with their kids. Boycott this place!!!
Good place to go shopping, I love it that at the food court that they have good food there, also the mall here in grande prairie is really nice and big. Very organized. I love looking at our mall and watching when it gets bigger.
Very minimal options and limited hours- hope they get a Zara or H&M in!
The mall is really nice as it has some good brands and has good quality of services provided to the customer. The only down side I see is the open guest WiFi provided by the mall is extremely slow. Considering the it is 2020 we have speeds that were normal in 2004. Webpages and normal browsing is very slow but if this is upgraded to higher speeds the mall is great overalls.
Best mall in Grand prairie Alberta. ????
Manhandlers, my 1 stop place for hairstyle's and haircuts as well for hair colors
All your one stop shopping! Something for everyone. Food court.
I reserved something online because website stated limited stock, received an email that said to wait for reply once product is ready for pick-up. Didn't receive anything after that. 24hrs later I was able to go to the store, they did still have what I was looking for. What is the point of having an option of reserving something, if they dont follow through with it.
It's a brilliant mall for sure, it has the basics of what you'd expect in a mall of course. Personally, I enjoy the Spencer's in the mall, I couldn't possibly forget Cole's bookstore either. It has a pretty small variety of manga, but depending on your genre taste, you'll find many things of the romance aspect, drama & horror.
Nice place to take the kids. Friendly staff throughout the mall. Very well maintained
Never been a real fan of the mall. To much security watching everyone excessively, not very comfortable.
Love to come her to shop for gaming stuff for my setup and to eat here too alot of good fast food restaurants
Come visit the Prairie Mall before it's gone forever. Lots of clothing stores and all but 1 of the jewellery stores in Grande Prairie. Could there be anymore jewellery stores in this mall? Probably but then they would have to change the name from Prairie to Jewellery. That just might be offensive somehow. There's a book store too. One of the last remaining ones in Canada. So come on down and enjoy the relics before Amazon owns everything.
I like the Prairie mall. Specifically the food court. The only thing is that I wish the mall had brand clothing store like Sport check, Zara, Gap &...
Screw your mall and QR code kicking out a parent with kids you losers ITS NOT A LAW its required but not illegal to not show proof you’re rent a cops gotta stop
First time my wife and I have been here. Very nice shopping mall. Very clean, lots of parking. Most stores are open. Relatively easy to find stores. Good selection of stores. We will be back.
Great selections forshops, find everything you need. The mall's businesses respect COVID guidelines so shoppers can feel safe.
This place is great for shopping and having lunch! I love the variety of restaurant's in this mall. I am used to bigger Mall's,(Coming from Edmonton) But this place is really amazing forgetting the size. The staff at Children's place, Urban planet, Starbucks, And everywhere Ive been! (The three first named are by far the best!) Amazing job guys!
Only mall in town and have some good selections in everything.
Went to Marshall's great store as for the whole mall 2 many jewelry stores
Speedbumps not marked, potholes everywhere in parking lot,, incompetent security
Bought new shoes from Urban Trail, amazing staff, clean store & great sales, swing by to purchase a new pair of footwear, coats, hoodies, great little store.
Like the mall especially with the new wing that has urban Outfitters and Ardene.
Typical mall. Boring.. Directed towards women. Not very many options for men's clothing.
The experience was great. And get lots of deals!!
Now with 100% less Veronica!
A great mall with many stores
Good place to shop .alot of tasty food great service. Pretty clean, alot of parking
They have no problem letting us all into the stores to take our money but can’t sit to a table to eat. Makes sense. Won’t get my business anymore.
I love the mall. Good variety of stores. The food court is good. Parking is easy. It is a relaxing atmosphere, and it isn't massive.
Always a great time at the mall! Lots of options, amazing bubble tea, and a pretty great fruit truck parked just outside on Saturday’s in the summer! ????
Just did browising
It okay, need better stores brought in
Discrimination and bullying is strong here
Nice and clean, a lot of stores required masks, not a problem with me, but it was nice that they supplied them in case you didn't have one
It has lots of options love it
Great job enforcing vaccine rules, A+ security staff
This mall has an idiot for management. They do not know how to interpret or comprehend the face mask bylaw. If people are medically exempt you cannot refuse service. This mall should be shut down. I do not recommend to shop here.
Best mall in GP, lol. It could use more variety, but it's not bad!
It’s not a bad mall. Use to spend a lot of time here having coffee with the other oldies. Fairly clean and organize.
Always an enjoyable trip, the Mall offers an array of different shops from Jewellers to a Dollar store. Our recent trip saw us visit Peoples Jewellers, staff were just great and the eating area where we had Chinese and Japanese food, both very nice. Generally parking is OK but, as anywhere, near Christmas it can become very busy so early parking is advised, all in all an enjoyable experience.
Clean, excellent staff at Ben Moss jewelry Thank-you Happy with purchase
Did not stop there just drove by
It has so much to offer. Coming from FSJ I love having a good mall close by its also a visit... Pre Covid of course for Christmas
Decent selection of stores and food
Lots of variety in stores.
