The store is pretty nice. Staff always happy and willing to help, checking in every so often. Sad thing is, some things are pretty expensive if you're moving out on your own for the first time and have a tight budget.

The worst customer service I have ever encountered in Grande Prairie!! The staff is extremely rude the store is overpacked you can barely move. The last few times I've been there the staff have been super rude but I thought I'd give it another chance because everyone has bad days. I will never give them one more penny of mine.

Absolutely love this store, especially if your looking for great customer services! They especially look after their customers! This store always has what I need, when I need it and if I don't I can always count on them to help me find it. Whether that is directing me to another outlet, or them just ordering it in. Overall this store is clean, with excellent workers. 10/10 I recommend.

If there was an opportunity to give them 0 stars.. I would!! Ordered something to be picked up and couldn't pick up! They wouldn't let us.. so we offered to get a duplicate order ( which they have stock) and pay for it right there ( and cancel the previous order) and got "we don't do that here"! Yep.. if you can't accommodate the customer to make money.. then you should NOT be in sales.

I ordered and paid for an item back in early January 2021. I was told 6 weeks. It is March 22 now. I have called and emailed twice. Emails were never answered and on the phone i got a vague roundabout mumbled answer that did not answer my question in any way. They cannot seem to find an order number or anything in the system involving my item but they had no problem taking my money. I want the order i paid for. Where is it?

Used to be overpowering with scented candles when you walked in. They seem to have that under control now. Lots of the same stuff you expect at moderate prices. Staff member asked if I needed help, which was appreciated. The store is rather claustrophobic though; the layout makes you feel like you're being herded, not unlike checking in at the airport.

A good store with many budget friendly items. Some of the stuff is cheap and under par but many other items are worth looking for. The place is crowded however the staff is always willing to help find the item one is looking for. Extra bonus the bathroom was remarkable clean!

The store manager does not return phone calls or messages. Every time I call and leave messages, the staff would say he's not available or he's with a customer, or leave me on hold for a long time. So now a week later and after multiple messages he still has not call me back. Terrible service.

Bought a closet organizer, built it, it broke when I hung a few items on it. Returned it, figured I'd get a sturdier one instead (also more $$). They had the new one in Stock, but had to dig it out from their storage. I paid for it, and they told me they'd have it ready and call me in 2 hours to pick up. 3 hours later I called them. They had no idea what I was talking about. After 20 mins on hold they told me they found my paperwork and would call me when they had pulled it off the shelf. 2 hours later I got a phone call to come pick it up. Went to pick it up, and they argued that I hadn't payed for it, even though I had the receipt and the pick up invoice...I won't be back anytime soon!

I am beyond furious with the service we received tonight. My mother and I were shopping at JYSK Grande Prairie tonight, looking for a few items. When my mother went to pay for her items she asked the cashier if she could grab the mirror that was above reach. The snobby cashier “Ranee” told my mother to grab it herself. When my mother told her she could not reach, this “cashier” told her to grab a different one then. I am beyond furious with the customer we received tonight and I will NEVER be stepping foot into that store ever again. Bravo JYSK grande prairie. Although the lady who was the on duty manager was extremely apologetic for her co workers disgusting behaviour and she was very kind.

I generally like Jysk products and I always get stuff from them. However, this store, kept my online order outside (probably) because the patio chairs were super dirty, had to clean them for half an hour and then the threads of the chair's legs were all rusty and required cleaning. Kind of disappointing for a "new" product.
