After a long day on the road with my rv, I stopped into this Casino's parking lot hoping to overnight park. The signs said you need permission from mgmt. Walking up to the door, the very polite doorman directed me to the Customer Service desk. Shelley at the desk was very helpful and friendly. The casino only asks that you sign in with them. Quick and easy. Very friendly. Thank you.

Worst customer service ever! I'd give it a zero if I could. I was kicked out essentially, for having narcolepsy. I had been playing the slots, but spent my budget and so I went to sit in the sitting area to wait for my husband to finish playing. I started to get sleepy, as narcoleptics do and they asked me to leave because of it. When I explained I have a medical condition that makes it nearly impossible to stay awakesime times they said they didn't care and told me I had to leave. to be clear, I hadn't even been sitting there for 10 minutes. I could see if I had been drinking, but I don't drink, sleeping at a machine or causing a disturbance but I was sitting in their designated sitting area in a chair in front a television with my head down looking at my phone. I was nodding off, but not even asleep. It was incredibly humiliating. I understand casinos have to have rules, but if that's the case they might try explaining them to me

Always new machines and decent payouts. As for the entertainment, always great music and Kokaneecomedy night should be on the list for a fun filled evening with friends. I happened to be there for the steak night and it was excellent. I am always satisfied with the meals and drinks I have here. Friendly staff and very accommodating to everyone's needs and wants. ????

Casino was clean, had all the latest games as well as the older favorites.i went in the daytime so it wasn't busy at all. The waitress came by regularly to see if I needed refreshments. I didn't orer anything but appreciate them being available in case I do want something. All in all I had a very nice time.

The Great Northern Casino has a great line up of events including Comedy Wednesdays, Karaoke Thursdays, and live bands on Fridays and Saturdays. And a wonderful kitchen with many many tasty wonders to enjoy!

George Canyon, Charlie Major, Doc Walker, Manny Blu concert. The music was awesome! But the venue was terrible. Tickets were way over sold, people packed in like sardines. And the service left a lot to be desired. Extremely long wait times for drinks and food.

Great spot for hanging out with your friends. Karaoke and then get some wins there. I love the welcoming environment when you walk in. They have wonderful staff who take your order right away. They make sure you are taken care of first thing. The food is great, hot and fresh out of the kitchen. The music is all kinds of good. From 80s, 90s and even some from today's music. Very diverse to any age group that walks in. Definitely reccomend this place if you're visiting GP. ????

I can't comment without giving a star but even 1 star is not worth it to the bar and restaurant. Went there to order but they are not very accomodating and right away the waitress said, What do you want? Never say, Hi/ hello or how may I help you? Customer service is really bad and I know how hard and busy to work in a restaurant because I work in a restaurant too. But the attitude and work ethic they did to me and to my friends goes to show what kind of employee they are. They don't deserve a penny for a tip! On the side note food isn't that bad but the service they give to us.

Today I tried to go and was told my Indian status card isn’t good because I doesn’t have a government signature, on the card it says no signature required. Sorry? I have no other piece of photo ID. The steak was great, perfectly cooked and for a decent price. The (white) wine selection was awful, cheap wines with terrible flavours. The glasses were chipped and kept cutting our lips. Our server wasn't the best, kept coming to our table that had a lot of people but didn't grab drinks for everyone and we had to get her attention to make sure we got served as well.

The blond man with glasses is rude and extremely strict with the mask. The mask has to go past my nose? It already covering my nose. This mask situation is understandable, but out of Calgary and Toronto situation he makes it the worst.

It was absolutely amazing, it was like they had an invisible vacuum cleaner that sucked the money right out of pockets, can't wait to return to lose my shirt and skid stained gotch!!! It was so quiet, and peaceful and everyone looked like they were at a funeral. Wonderful place to throw away your hard earned money.

Excellent food as I am not much of a gambler. The facilities are exquisite the staff is the best around. Have had many things on the menu from the sandwiches to the steaks. Even if you want to go just for an appetizer it is worth it. There are constantly different events happening here be it poker tournaments, live acts, or comedy shows it's always worth it to drop in.

Great little casino. We went for lunch. Had to go through the back because the front was taped off. Security told us because of construction found out later because of a crime happened. Didn't want the customers to feel uncomfortable I guess. Great lunch excellent service. You can tell by the fact even with the busy lunch hour rush you just looking across the room at a waitress they catch your eye they run over to see if I need anything even though she wasn't my waitress!! Will definitely be back

Inot professional at all no warningthat this casino is closing at nite they shut the slots machines off without warning their closing. disturbing for sure holy at least give a warning your closing and let your customers no your turning the slot machines off it's not cool its demanding and disrespectful we came as a group and we wont be back here at northern casino again first casino that has no respect for their customers that keep this business going I rate this casino as a number 0 meaning it sucks.

Great food, great drinks. Great place to have an office or Birthday party (adults only, as alcohol and gambling goes on in this establishment). Large selection of VLTs, poker tables, black jack tables, roulette tables. A fun place

Was a nice casino, just one recommendation is that the bartenders serve patrons that are just drinking pop and water. Seemed like they only served people who drank alcohol. I didn't get my drink of sprite for 2 hours
