Very Happy This was, from start to finish, a wonderful experience. I had a car in mind, and had set up an appointment with Cordell just to see what my options might be. He and Will worked to get me exactly what I was looking for - no stress, no worries, no problems of any kind, and I wound up driving my new car home the same day. Kerry did a fantastic job explaining available products and dollars and cents, and both she and Cordell went above and beyond what was neccessary; I very much appreciate how much they did to put me at ease - this was the first car I had ever bought flying solo, and I never thought it could possibly go as smoothly as it did. *Edit* The issue in this review has been resolved by Britany, she called me first thing this morning and after a very pleasant conversation. The views I held yesterday about GP Hyundai have since changed and reverted back to what I always believed them to be. This review is not a reflection of G.P Hyundai but more so of the actions of a single imployee. Huge shout out to Brittany in finance, for a quick and immediate response in the handling of the situation. They honoured the VIP package even considering there was no record of it in the deal that happened 10 months ago. I would have settled for a simple apology for the interaction yesterday but yet again GP Hyundai went above and beyond for us. Thank you Britany! I purchased a 2021 Luxury Palisade in Oct of 2020. The vehicle is absolutely wonderful. My sales guy Kyle was phenomenal, incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles in his inventory and guided us to the perfect vehicle for our growing family. Today I went in to get my oil change done with the VIP package, We were told we did not have the VIP oil change, even though it had been worked into our deal when we purchased the 21 Palisade. The gentleman went to speak with Kati in regards to the issue since she was the one in the financial department to finalize our deal. It was a slightly hectic deal, as we had been dealing with Brittany the days prior but, as she was not in on the day that we were signing paperwork, Kati was the one we were left with and during the sale Kati did a amazing job and was incredibly friendly. The one who went to speak with Kati came back and told me to go speak with her as she was waiting for me. As I approached her, before even getting into conversation range, she had said "hey" and I asked about the VIP package, where she instantly snapped back: "I looked through your paperwork and it's not there, so I don't know what you want me to do for you" in a extremely snarky tone. ("Sorry there's nothing I can do since it wasn't finalized, let me look into it further and hopefully comes up, if not my apologies but my hands are tied" would of been way more professional than the response that she decided to go with). The absolute worst way that I've ever had somebody speak to me when there was no reason. The frustration mounted, although I did keep my cool for as long as possible. At that point, I said that I would pay for the VIP package, if possible. We then went up to the till where I was quoted a $500 ball park price tag for the synthetic package therefore also faulting on the original promise price of it "no additional charge" as the basic package is 3-$400. My frustration started to show at this point where I said: "why am I going to buy this from you now and it was promised to me 10 months ago" and I said that I would think on it. During the initial sale we were promised that the VIP oil change package through Hyundai, (gp auto group). We had even asked Brittany if there was going to be an additional fee for premium oil changes, as my wife had VIP oil changes through the auto Group in the past and had to pay the difference between standard and synthetic. They had said "no, we can include the synthetic oil change package at no additional charge to you. " Kati is rude, and clearly does not care about customer service in the least bit after the paperwork is signed. (In my personal experience) There are a thousand other ways she could have handled the situation today without being condescending and ignorant.

I can never have faith that this will be a reliable vehicle and will always feel as though my families safety is at risk everytime the wheels turn. Definitely recommending to everyone, NEVER PURCHASE A HYUNDAI. When you purchase a Hyundai, your complaints are never considered. I purchased a brand new 2017 Hyundai Tuscon and within less than 2 weeks, then engine died along with other problems relating to under the hood. I am absolutely appalled that I am stuck with a manufacturers defect vehicle that I feel was forced on me. "Here, take this vehicle you can have it tonight" makes me think they knew the engine would die immediately and now am forced with it because they "have such a great 5-year warranty". Good to know I'm stuck with a lemon for the next 5 years or 100,000km. However, Meaghan was great to deal with and the Service staff very friendly. The overall Dealership is incredibly unorganized, asking me multiple times for the same document that was sent to one individual. Originally bringing the vehicle in, I also waited 2 hours for the shuttle because they couldn't reach the driver. I was without a vehicle with a sick baby with a fever overnight and then given a disgusting, dirty rental vehicle from Discount Rentals.

I have purchased my first vehicle through Hyundai, and it has been a great experience. Ahmad, through Sales, was beyond incredible to work with. He did not call or text me, but rather, gave me the time I needed to make a decision and reach out to him. He was there every time I needed him or had any questions. He is very knowledgeable regarding any car I asked him about. He spent almost 9 hours of his time with me from start (test drive) to finish (approval and receiving the car). He was an absolute treat; very kind, respectful, and honest. Definitely, an amazing service and 150% recommend him! Meaghan, the Assistant Sales manager was also beyond amazing to work with. She was very patient and kind. She took the time to speak with my parents and family and made sure they were happy and satisfied. When dealing on a used minivan on a late Saturday afternoon our salesperson told us that they will be closed for the rest of the long weekend and to wait until Tuesday to continue with the process of the vehicle sale. We were told that the van would be put in the back parking lot for us (it wasn't, it was left at the front entrance) and we were NOT told that there was any other sales pending on the van. We then found out on Tuesday that another salesman sold the vehicle after hours Saturday evening when we were not given an option to put a deposit on said vehicle or to at least get the process started on it. When I spoke with manager Will over the phone to express our disastifaction with the experience and that we wanted to file a complaint/negative review on he said and I quote "go fill someone else's boots and stop wasting my time" while hanging up on me. He was extremely rude over the phone and didn't care one bit about our negative experience with them. Apparently all Grande Prairie Hyundai cares about are dollar signs and chooses whose is more important than others. If you are shopping there for a pleasent experience be very careful on who is involved or else it will be non-existent.

Fantastic service! I dealt with Brittany and Andy, both were amazing, Brittany & Andy both helped me along from the very first step to the point I left in my new vehicle. Brittany is extremely accommodating and is such a delight to work with. Andy was very knowledgeable and diligent in explaining the vehicle to me and all the features and was fun to deal with. I am not an easy customer either; I tend to get hung-up on things, and like to account for everything. I went into the dealership expecting to do battle and be nickel and dimed for everything. That was not the case, everything was explained to me, and I even got some extras. I was impressed with how stress free dealing with the dealership was and appreciated how far Brittany and Andy went to find the vehicle I wanted. I am still dealing with the dealership on a few little items and they continue to be just as awesome; even after I left the lot! It was an amazing experience dealing with Grande Prairie Hyundai, especially Kyle Farquhar and Brady Irvine the manager. Kyle is very knowledgeable, responsive, and kind. He also worked with our busy schedule. It was a pleasure to have him as a salesman. Brady was very fair in regards to our trade-in appraisal and offered us a great price on our previous vehicle. We took a Hyundai Tucson Luxury Hybrid for a test drive as soon as it was available and we really enjoyed it. We also wanted to check out the slightly larger Santa Fe and Kyle booked us in for the next evening. After all, we have decided to go with a Hyundai Tucson in the Ultimate Hybrid trim. As soon as we filled out our finance application with Kati and got approved, the team went on a search to find the perfect spec Tucson for us. Two days later we were notified that our vehicle will be there the next day. The paperwork itself took less than an hour and Kati Carlson explained all of the warranty and protection package details very well. The vehicle is incredible and we are extremely satisfied.

Honestly outstanding. From the minute I came in, I got a positive vibe that stayed all the way through to me buying a pre-owned SUV with which I couldn't be happier. Brittany and Kati were great to deal with even though there were many obstacles when sourcing the vehicle from a different dealership and then delivered to my town instead of me having to come to them. Very pleased with this team. I don’t know what rabbit they pulled out of what hat, but they blew my expectations out of the water. My credit is far from the best, but yet they managed to get my interest rate down by 20% and into a decently new car that would help eat up some of my negative equity. Honestly give these guys a try before you look anywhere else. Like I said, they worked magic I didn’t think was possible.

The best service ever from our salesperson Kyle at GP Hyundai. I rate at 110%, from the moment I walked in the to show room to the final sale and getting me into my dream SUV. He made sure I had all the information I needed to buy my 2021Santa Fe ????.
My wipers were not working, I came in asking to get it looked at and to get a quote. I had called before going in, emphasizing that I was taking time off work and that I just wanted to quickly check the severity of the problem and to get a quote. I was told to wait no more than 30 minutes - I ended up waiting for 50 minutes. I was then handed the bill attached - that's right folks, I waited 50 minutes and had to pay $71 for someone to tell me that my wipers were just frozen. What happened to receiving a quote? If service employees were to tell me ahead of time (They didn't) that it would've costed 60$+8$ "Shop fees"+taxes to simply CHECK the problem that I have, I NEVER would have solicited their services. This is beyond shady business practice, essentially robbing their customers. Avoid this place at ALL costs. EDIT: After the owner’s reply to this review, I tried to get in touch with their service department again. It’s been almost 10 days and I have not heard back. Dont be fooled by their optimistic replies here!

Just bought my first brand new vehicle earlier this week, and the GP Hyundai team was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process! Akeem was my salesperson and I was thrilled, I had heard lots of wonderful things about him and he really lived up to the hype: he was genuine, had lots of knowledge on the vehicles I was interested in and took the time to make sure I picked the right one for my current and future needs. I was nervous that I was going to be pressured into buying or spending more than I had wanted, and not once did anyone from the team take advantage. Their first priority is making sure that you are happy and confident with your purchase, and not once did I feel pressured by any member of the team. My experience with Hyundai was one of the best I have ever gotten. Every one of their staff was very friendly and professional. They took their time to explain everything in detail and always made me feel comfortable. I was referred to Kyle, one of their salespeople by a colleague. He was the best from the start to the end of the process. He took care of me and got me a good deal.
We had been searching for a vehicle and doing our homework to ensure we could get the best value for our dollar. Due to unfortunate circumstances we were forced to buy sooner than we had planned. We are happy new owners of the 2020 Palisade! I have to say, we probably took the longest to decide this time around on what vehicle fit us best. Kyle Farquhar was with us every step of the way! Through test driving numerous vehicles, including the Palisade a couple times. He was patient, honest, and knowledgeable. It’s hard finding a vehicle with 8 seats and with style! We couldn’t ask for better service and a better vehicle. I have to add, the warranty is the best we’ve seen as well!
I bought a Nissan Titan in November 2018, it took them two tries to get the interior clean and it was still dirty inside. I also got command start put on the truck, and the system has been strange ever since they installed it. Even my screen in the truck has had issues after they installed it. Currently the remotes do not work at all. Not impressed and I will not recommend anyone to go to this dealership nor any of the other GP Auto Groups.
We had a wonderful experience purchasing a vehicle. My first contact was with Kyle Farquhar; Kyle served as a single point contact for our four month long research, decision making and finally purchasing a vehicle. Even when the dealership building was under construction, with the offices spread out between three or four office trailers, Kyle made the experience enjoyable and smooth. Once we made the decision, even though it was a weekend, financing and pick up was arranged and we were able to drive away the vehicle in no time. Kyle stayed in touch with us for four months answering questions over email and phone. During test drives he explained in detail the difference between different models and variants helping us to pick a vehicle that met our needs optimally. I am certain there were other people involved in the process but for us Kyle managed everything. When we were ready to sign, Kati Carlson had all the paper work ready and we were out within an hour. Within that time, she explained various coverage, warranty and options included in the financing. We went to the dealership due to a referral from a friend and she received a referral bonus within a week. We will wholeheartedly recommend the the dealership and Kyle to anyone who is considering a vehicle.
This is going to be a long review but well worth it! I was so frustrated and upset i looked everywhere in grande Prairie to trade my car no one would help. I felt like every dealership was just seeing me a customer they could make money off, Me and my spouse originally went in here to purchase parts for my 2015 hyundia. As we walked in kyle approached us he did not push nor make me feel like i was just some person walking in he could sink he's claws into he was friendly and only spoke the truth. I gave in and decided to try again for my car of my dreams. He was open, honest, and he made us feel right at home i was shocked at the professionalism in this dealership. Services department has been a nightmare since buying our brand new elantra. Every single time we've had it in for our "service" package we bought they want to charge you for every "service" they provide. Save your money and go somewhere else. We confirmed with the service department that the package was still available. To which they replied yes it was, then they proceeded to charge for an $80 oil change!!!! Since it won't allow me to respond Yes she was informed they had expired after the work was done. However when the appointment was booked she ask the person booking if and how many services were still available as a part of the package we paid for when purchasing the car. She was told that there were 2 remaining and that yes they were still active.

Following purchase of my used Santa Fe SUV, I was immediately informed of 3 recalls needing attention, and a service appointment was booked that included a complete vehicle inspection. This revealed a few issues including some that were costly, but I was then offered a protection insurance plan that would take care of power-train problems including those found in the recent inspection. As the vehicle had not cost a lot to buy, the insurance seems a reasonable investment, as well as the 3-year oil change add-on program. The staff we dealt with were very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly, while exhibiting NO annoying sales pressure. It is so nice to deal with a company with trained, pleasant employees.
After having contacted a few dealerships, and driven a few cars, and was getting frustrated spending hours in dealerships, and decided I needed to really shop around, and make sure I was really happy with my decision. I contacted Hyundai on the website, and the next day I heard back from Kyle. I explained my experience thus far, and the payments I'd like, what I was looking for, and my trade in, and explained that I live 150kms from Grande Prairie, so working over text would be easiest for me. Kyle really listened to me. He found a vehicle that really fits all my needs. I was also helped by Katie and Brittany, and everyone was extremely helpful, and not the least bit pushy. I shopped around at many dealerships, and the wonderful customer service is the reason I decided to buy my car from Kyle and GP Hyundai. Thank you guys so much!

Although GP Hyundai gives their new vehicle purchase owners the red carpet wish it was the same for used vehicles. I had asked for a detailed list on all that repairs the vehicle I purchased needs. They went through the inspection with me showing they made repairs and none were needed. After getting on the road with the vehicle I starting finding numerous parts that needed to be replaced. I sent a text to the salesman describing the items and got no response. When he did reply back a week later I once again let them know all that I found needing to be replaced and once again got no reply. I emailed Brittany and once again no reply. I believe since October 2018 it is illegal to sell a vehicle in Alberta that needs repairs. Hopefully I get a reply after they see this review

Bought a 2013 Elantra at auction. The car was not designed for north Canadian climate @ this production year. Had no warranty, no leg to stand on! The staff of GP Hyundai walked me through the process of applying for a relevant recall and it was approved. Have had issue with dealerships in the past, nice to some still out there pull for the little guy, to win over new business. Thanks to everyone involved, and even the HQ in Toronto. I went in to service my 5 year old Sante Fe (my second Sante Fe, BTW), and Kyle Farquar and Wil Mears convinced me to take a brand new one for a test drive. Not only did they let me drive it around for a day and a half (I drive all over GP and area for work), but they got me a great deal with a lower monthly payment than I had been paying for the old one. Thanks guys! I haven't had a bad experience here since I bought my first Hyundai back in 2009.
My husband and I were very happy with the service we received at Grande Prairie Hyundai. Upon entering the showroom we were greeted with Jenna's smiling face. Within 5 minutes or less we were already sitting down and figuring out what model best suited our family and then she brought the vehicle to the showroom, so that we didn't even have to navigate the parking lot to go look at my future new car. :o) Jenna then went through all the options in the vehicle,explaining everything from the fog lights to the reverse camera. My mom took her Hyundai Santa Fe in for an oil change. They called her once finished and said the brakes need to be replaced but over the phone they gave her a quick quote of $1500. I told her no way that’s way to expensive. We took the car to a mechanic of mine where it cost us $600 he even spent a couple hours freeing up the slider pins instead of replacing the calliper brackets which would have been 480 more on the already ridiculous bill of $1500. I hope everyone gets a quote and look into alternatives cause they think your dumb so they can give you a ridiculous price. Beware especially women

I bought a 2019 Kona in Edmonton where I'm from. I picked it up on Saturday and drove it to Grande Prairie the following day. Friday, August 30, I went to drive home and noticed the e brake light on. I called the Grande Prairie dealership, where Dean walked me through checking my brake fluid. Which was well below min. He advised me to come back to grande prairie to get it looked at. It did not escape my notice that Dean checked over my vehicle on the hoist for 20 minutes on 5 PM the Friday before a long weekend, identifying the issue, refilling the brake fluid and advising me to refill it if needed and to stop driving and call for help if things changed. He also made sure I knew where the problem was and that I needed to get it fixed once back in Edmonton.
With this being my first time buying a vehicle from a dealership I couldn’t be happier with the impeccable customer service from every department! Kyle Farquhar was amazing! He listened to everything I was wanting in a new vehicle and made it happen! Thank you! I’m riding in style now! ☺️

Kyle Farquhar was my go-to man for acquiring the first Hybrid Santa Fe to hit Grande Prairie. When I talked with him back in the winter he said I'd be the first person he'd call when it came in. He lived up to his word by keeping me informed over the several weeks and when it did arrive he called me immediately. I've been driving it now for over a week and love it not only for its smooth and quiet running, but also its great fuel consumption. This is my first hybrid, so I'm still marveling at how the battery charges while the motor is idling at stoplights, reducing fuel use. There is no special plug-in required to charge the battery -- everything is self-contained. One piece of advice: I would have liked for the agency to acquire the registration card so that I would not have had to go back and forth 3 times (because I was not clearly told what I'd need to present there). The reason I suggest this is that, when I bought my first Santa Fe in Ottawa in 2017, I didn't have to do any running around to get it. It was given to me at the time of delivery.

My wife and I had a terrible time with a salesman at St. Albert Honda last year who did not keep his promises and hung up the phone on us at one point so I know how sleazy of sales people can be. But the salesman, Freddie, at Grande Prairie Hyundai did not pressure us to sign the paper, answered all our questions and did not make any false promises. He was a pleasant person to deal with. My wife and I ended up purchasing 2020 Hyundai Elantra EX at a price we were comfortable with so all in all it was a good experience. I would shop here again.

Very good quality vehicles, professional place. They may scare you with a low trade in number, but be patient and they will do better after a few mins or phone calls. Sales girl (Kelsey Berlasty) was great, she had a lot of knowledge of the vehicles she was selling (more than some salesmen elsewhere) and never once pressured me. Finance was straight forward, all the numbers worked out and made sense. Great place to stop in and have a look when your thinking of the next new vehicle.

I was so happy with this dealership when I first went there. Second time I was even happier!! They were so great, but both those times I was purchasing a vehicle. But when I went back for warranty purposes I was misinformed and told there is no deductible on tires. Then when I go to the Hyundai in Edmonton I am told there is a deductible. Now I called Grande Prairie Hyundai and ask why I was informed differently, the guy service manager said I think you are right there is no deductible. So I said go ahead and fix the tire, then he calls back asking to speak with me and says oh wait there is a deductible. So I ended up having to pay after the fact when I thought it was covered. I call Grande Prairie manager and told him what had happened, he only offered an apology and said if I got my tire done there he could cover the cost. Which is very frustrating because of course I would have brought it there if I could. But I went to somewhere else and was still being informed by there staff that it was covered and then after it got done i’m told it’s not. It’s just very upsetting to me because I gave them such good reviews to all websites and to my friends and family and I always tell everyone to head to Grande Prairie hyundai! But I guess I will have to say differently now. I think long story short is this dealership will only be friendly when purchasing a vehicle but after that you are on your own. I don’t suggest getting any warranty as you can tell it’s really not worth it. Wish I could have kept on saying how much I loved them!
While I was in for my service Charlie took great care of me, he had open communication with me about how long the service would take and directed me to the customer lounge where I was greeted by one of the sales people named Kelsey. She was very approachable and very friendly, I will definitely be coming to see Kelsey when I trade in my car in a year.

I recently got an oil change and a wheel alignment. When I got the vehicle back the wheel alignment was worse then when I had brought it in. Returned the vehicle 2-3 days later to have the wheel alignment fixed. A few days after that I was doing errands at my last stop I go to get into my vehicle and there was absolutely no power to the car, no lights came on, it was not turning over, the power locks on the door wouldn't even work. Called the dealership and spoke with Dean the shop manager of the dealership, I then explained the situation. He then offered to come give me a boost, when he arrived he popped the hood of my car and magically everything started to work. The NEXT day, I go to get into my car for work early in the morning around 6AM, again, NO power to the vehicle whatsoever. My vehicle then got towed to the Hyundai dealership that night. The dealership ran tests and figured it was the fuse box in my vehicle, they ordered the part, A WEEK later (no calls or updates from the dealership regarding my car), I called today asking what was happening with my car. The shop manager Dean informs me that the wrong part was sent and that he put an emergency order on the correct part and that it was only in Vancouver. He then proceeds to tell me that, said part will not be here till TUESDAY, next week. I have gone without a vehicle for an entire week with no offers of a loaner or paid rental vehicle on behalf of the dealership. We are now coming up on TWO weeks of being vehicle-less. I am leaving for my bachelorette party TOMORROW AM and I now have to pay an extra $200 to have a vehicle to drive on my vacation because the dealership will not pay for it. I understand waiting for a week while the part comes in, but for it to be two weeks and their screw up, I believe they should be paying for a rental car! The lack of costumer service and accommodation is disappointing!!

I had bought a 2020 palisade, which I should have went with my initial feelings and went with a tahoe. I only have right now to this date 19,000 km on it and have some peeling happening on the passenger door where the front side and back meet. Further looking into to this the door is out of alignment. I took it in to the service manager, both himself and the technician and the sales all said with out a doubt out of alignment. But because this is past the 12 month period or the 20,000km they are not covering it. They are putting the blame back on me and said I should have noticed this earlier, but the peeling did not happen until the 12 month period, but when I did show them I only had 15,000 to 16,000 km on it. They were sure eager to get my money when buying but when it came down to this they all ran away. The only thing they did is give a number to call which is no help as they read only what Hyundai tells them, just says claim denied and will not take any further. I have lots of friends and people ask me about our car and honestly this was the worst service I have ever had.

I purchased a 2020 Elantra on September 18, 2019. This was not the car I was going to buy but was told the one I wanted and had called to reserve had been in an accident in the parking lot prior to my arrival in Grande Prairie from the Yukon. That was my first disappointment so I ended up buying a brand new car which was not my intent. I have received several recalls (letters and phone calls) for different things. They had my car mixed up with someone else's and today when I called was informed that there were two cars under my name. I have called on 4 separate occasions explaining that they made a mistake and needed to have my name associated with the correct car and vin number. Today I received another recall in the mail, again for the wrong vin number and was told that it would be corrected. I will not buy a car from them again. Not to mention that they don't check their customer's file to see where they are calling or where the customer lives telling me to come in to get my car checked out after so many miles. Yeah, sorry no. I live 16 hours away one way and with Covid-19 it has not been possible to travel. I love my car yet they are not detailed or customer service oriented, not from my experience anyway. They probably treat the locals in Alberta differently. Since there are no Hyundai dealers in the Yukon we can't get services that come with a new car, more money in their pocket I guess. Never again.

Horrible, Wife and I went in weekend before last to look at trading my car in, at first they were great we picked a few different vehicles out. As it was a saturday I knew it would be a few days before we hear back from the banks, fast forward to last thursday, I receieve a email stating that we had a pre approval in place and that our sales lady would be reaching out shortly to go over our options. It is now Tueaday and I had to call them this morning to only leave my name amd number, and they still have not called. I really want to work with them as I love my Hyundai's but when its been almoat a week and I have not heard anything back, it is really maddening, Wife and I will just go to our local dealer from now on

The whole staff was great to deal with. I did not feel pressured at all and Kyle and Alana made sure to get me into something that worked for me and Britney and Kati made the financing and staying within my budget a breeze. I would definitely go back.
I had a wonderful time buying a car with Jordan! He kept in touch with me throughout the entire process, and was remarkably friendly throughout! He made jokes, and was personable. Then, I got sent to Brittany who continued the humor train! I might even go back just to hang out! :D :D

Had a wonderful experience at GP Hyundai! Brad was great to deal with and a awesome salesmen! I had been looking for a Toyota Tacoma for a long time and he did everything in his power to get me the best deal possible and get me into the truck I wanted! He was able to find me a used Tacoma with low kms and all the features I was looking for and even kept it in my price range! Admittedly our previous buying experience with GP Hyundai was less than satisfying and we were left confused and overwhelmed. However being in contact with Kati has restored our faith and changed our outlook to a more positive one, so much so that a weight has been lifted so to speak. We are not upgrading right now, but if the time comes for a new vehicle we may just continue with Hyundai and Kati certainly will be the first one I contact. No hassle and no pressure which is a relief and refreshing. Renewed faith and feeling a lot more positive this time around.

Every time I come here I have a terrible experience. Worst service ever. The three times I've come here for service there has been problems. The one time I went to get something fixed they had broken something and they tried charging me for it until I complained. The last and final time I took my vehicle to GP Hyundai it was for a simple oil change and to get a few things looked at under warranty and because they never found anything they charged me 80 dollars per concern which I was not told about. The service manager, Lori, argued with me that the charge is for everyone that "get things checked out". After arguing that I was t told she dropped it down to 50. Wow great deal Lori. Even though I wasn't expecting any charge for it. i will never be a returning customer because of the horrendous service from the service department. Be wary when getting service done by these clowns.

In a nutshell they were very accommodating to what i was looking for in a vehicle and my budget. They made the experience hassle free and quite honestly enjoyable. Kerry"s presentation on the protection package was hilariously fun and interactive, never could you imagine the finance person ever presenting it with such passion and enthusiasm. GP Hyundai has phenomenal customer service! I went in this morning and told them what I was looking for in an SUV and gave them a very specific budget to work with. Although realistically I wasn't able to get into a Palisade that I've been eyeing up lately (due to my personal budget, no fault of Hyundai) Kyle managed to find me a vehicle that checked all my boxes right down to the second row 'captain seats'!! Even with the massive shortage of vehicles out there! He's like a real life Santa Claus! Thank you Kyle, Brady, Brittany and Kati for respecting my wishes and budget and getting me into something that suited my needs and not push me into a vehicle I could not afford just to make a sale. Kyle Farquhar is an absolute superstar! He suffered through my annoying insatiable husband who constantly goes back and forth to my 5 year old who hates strangers but Kyle managed to become her bestie. He ensured contact was kept all throughout and made sure that I know if I need ANYTHING to text him! The entire team including Kati in finance and Ryan in service to the management Britney(?) (fabulous shoes!!) was an utter dream to work with, so friendly, family and safety driven without being overwhelming at the same time. Truly wanted to do what was best for us! ❤️

She was very well educated on each vehicle that is in the lot and was quick to anwser any questions that I had. She was able to explaine every detail of a vehicle that would fit my specific needs for a vehicle. I highly recommend going to see kelsey. She is very detailed, very organized, very helpful and patient. Her honesty goes along way as well! She deserves 5 star in my books! I can see her going a long way in the sales business.
Amazing dealership to deal with and we especially were super impressed with Kyle Farquar’s customer service. At first I was very weary going from a Range Rover Velar to a Palisade, however after driving it I was very impressed at how well it performs. With the recent renovations the quick lube has been a serious game changer for oil changes the process is soo much more streamlined now! Lori is always around, and a pleasure to chat with. Bought a lemon from them, have done nothing to correct their issue. Offered us LESS then other dealerships offered us for a trade in value. They found us a 2016 Nissan Murano Platinum with 25,000k for $43,000 (That was the huge deal they made for us since we have so much problem with our 2015 Hyundai) They sell for $37,000 with less kilometers at every other dealership than theirs. BEWARE OF THEIR SLIMY SALES TACTICS!! -- On a positve note we have had no issues with their service department who we've got to know so well, always helpful and always friendly.

Push sales attitude, you need to listen to your customers and their needs first. Im glad i get to see their true colour The lady i guess the sales manager is blunt and rude. Seriously? You are in customer service. Put your customers first. Unless like other dealers dont expect them to offer you seat or chair we just need to stand around! Very unorganized place, sales man is okey but less knowledgeable Oh I cannot emphasize enough on the feeling we got by the way the lady spoke wow! Wont recommend to any of my friends or family. And we hope we wont get spammed by calls from this place. What a waste of our time I wonder how many of these reviews are real!!
The staff at GP Hyundai are amazing! Specifically Harnoor, Britney, and Kati. Harnoor answered all of my questions was very knowledgable, went above and beyond for me!
