The dispatcher was super rude. I would recommend using any other company. I called back to see how much longer it was going to be and the dispatched very rudely said that I had never called. No cab ever showed. We need uber!

Just seen car #132 wandering the neighborhood, lost,,,,,,either that or someone is casing places out.....driving like they dont even have a proper license. With GPS and cell's, there is no excuse for Trolling parking lots at a snales pace.......I put into question, their certification as drivers. They are now entering their third parking lot in this neighborhood. /:

Immediately I entered, the driver told me he doesn't have a POS machine. I couldn't wait for another cab because I just dropped the key to the rental car and I don't want to wait in the -20deg C cold so I agreed to get some cash on the way. He took what I think was a longer route to the ATM opposite my hotel and I also had to pay him for waiting for me while I got cash from the machine. 20 dollars for what should normally be an 8 minutes ride.

Called for 4 am pick up (. The evening before). Cab was 15 minutes late. Not sure it was even going to come at all. When Driver finally arrived We let him know we had called another company (Wapiti). The dispatcher texted us several times saying He hoped we missed our Flight. Well Dick. We didn’t. Thanks Wapiti Cab service. Golden Cab????

Watch out for cab number 232 though. At noon today July 2, 2019 he pulled out and tried to pass me on 100th Ave heading east in a 50km zone when I wad driving 50 kms already. When he saw traffic coming he pulled back in only to pull into the left turning lane that turns onto Landing Drive at Crystal Landing. He then proceeded to illegally pass me in the left turning lane only to turn south onto Range road 55 not 2 minutes later. His cab number is 232 and his license plate is L-56522. If this is how he drives and puts peoples lives in danger I would not be using him.

Cab driver yelled at me because i said i would not pay $20 to drive 5 blocks. I said if you charge a flat rate in clairmont you need to let your customers know before they send the cab. He said you should not hide where you are going, as if i was suppose to already know about their rates and magically know im suppose to tell him where i am going before he picks me up. Like really thats not even how cabs work. You call, then they show up and then they ask where you are going. If they need to know something ahead of time then they need to ask! Just crap service all around with these guys.

The operator seemed short tempered and told me twice he would send a cab, but he never sent one. I wound up calling another company after 20 minutes of waiting.

nothing shocking here, these guys are pretty much the scum of the industry. Call for a cab, wait 45 min call them to inquire "we were there and phoned no answer so we left" nope no ya didnt ya said five minutes. Anyway highly suggest not using this service call any other cab, thumb a ride or even walk.

I have had nothing but good experiences with this company the drivers were very polite and the longest I had to wait was 15 minutes. Would highly recommend them.

Why does Galden Cabs have to be part of their chain? The checker drivers are great! But when their not there, they send golden which Ive only had 2 drivers that were spot on.

Very upset .???? Booked a cab. Dident show up. Booked another one..shows up 10 mins late after driving by me.. Then gives me a hard time when i question their latness as i am late for work now. Then screams at me and kicks me out 3 blocks from my home.. -25 outside carrying my work gear in hand walking back home.. Got a pic of his ID tho.

On Nov 15th at approximately 6:15 pm. I took a short cab ride from cash canada with one of the checkered cab drivers. Not only was he friendly and polite but when I ended up leaving my phone in his car, he drove it back to my house and hand delivered to me. What a fantastic guy. Service was prompt and ride was the shortest route home.

Watch out for cab 232 out there ripping in and out of traffic, putting lives at risk. Considering im not the only one to complain, maybe checkers should prob do something.

this cab company was cheap but their charging more money and they purposely drive slow take wide turns to make more money . I t cost me 12 dollars to go to the mall now their charging 15 and 16 Iam so tired of these useless taxi drivers praying on people for money I do not reccomend this company to none.

Took a quick cab ride from Library to Prairie Mall the first cab was not able to do a debit transaction. The second cab was quickly dispatched and off I went. Pleasant enough driver I was a bit surprised it was a $9 ride and a surcharge for $1.90 appeared after the tip portion of the transaction. So total bill $12.25 Niether pleased nor displeased but will stay away from this company because of the surcharge.
