No complaints. Fast internet. Above par breakfast. Made sure to come back here while visiting GP a 2nd time.

Great staff, the best breakfast, clean rooms, great central location, this is the hotel I prefer when I come to GP.

Great customer service by welcoming, friendly staff. Continental breakfast was hot and had a very good breakfast selection.Merry Christmas Family visited and were able to use pool and hot tub for some family fun. Will definitely be back as family live in area.

I stayed a night after dropping off my car at the Toyota dealership just behind. They were very nice and the room was nice. However, the washroom hadn't been cleaned when I first arrived. There were even PUBES on the soap bar in the shower, along with a hanging dirty towel. I had went to the front desk to tell them "the washroom hasn't been cleaned, I need new soap" and she was hesitant to give me two packs of the soap, offering nothing else. Thankfully I only had to sleep there... At least my dog got a ball and treat at checkout!

Great stay, many reasons to stay here. I flew in super-late, 1am for an event the next morning and it was VERY impressive the way there was a person waiting at arrivals to let us know there is a complimentary shuttle to this hotel. At 1am I usually have to go looking or catch a cab. Room was spacious and very clean. Lots of plugs and good placement (for easy morning ironing). Pool and amenities in good working order. Favourite part was the morning breakfast which they have converted a meeting room for and it’s big, comfy and bright. The breakfast is hearty with protein each morning. The coffee is hot and good. The wifi is fast and reliable. I had a great check in at 1am, had called ahead to ensure my room was ready so I could get to sleep and they were prepared, which I appreciated. Checking out, I met the manager as I am a speaker teaching charities and the manager and leader team are big community supporters. Made me proud to stay there and be a Best Western rewards member!

Bestwestern always meets our expectations. The staff is friendly from begining to the end of stay.Cleanliness is a priority with my family, we have never had to ask for a reclean or touch ups.

I haven't actually stayed here, sorry. This is just a PSA that your hotel has a member of the cleaning staff that has publicly bragged about hitting her cats and i don't think she should be allowed into rooms with animals. Her name is Karen Amanda Lynn Schon and I do have screenshots of the post.
