Definitely should be avoided. The manager has absolutely no customer service skills. Someone at the hotel washed a tim Hortons cup in their laundry and he saw a piece in the lint trap so he locked to door and forbid anyone to use the facility. Another customer locked his key inside his room. When he requested to be let in to retrieve it he was yelled at and belittled by the manager and then told to leave the motel or he would call the cops. My neighbor had his remote control go missing while he was at work. He was told he would need to buy a replacement for $40. Sometimes towels were forgotten and the bathroom smelled like a public facility from rest stop or public park. If you enjoy bad smells, abusive management and ridiculous and changing rules.. Then this is the place for you. All others should avoid.

Stayed at this Hotel during a work contract in Northern BC. Comfy rooms, affordable, and friendly staff who go out of their way to help. Not impressive from the outside, but rooms are well maintained.

This is my Go-To motel in Fort St. John. Great location and the staff and owners are great! The rooms are simple, but clean and everything always works! Like the heaters — in winter!! Hidden gem!

Clean accommodations and friendly staff. Good enough for a short stay. Update Stayed here for the third time and seemed to get a lot of questions about my vehicle, were I was from and photocopied my vehicle licence. This was a first for me staying here. I think next time I'll check out the Super 8 across the street. Possibly less hassle and only $20 dollars more.

Not very clean manager downright disrespect would never stay there again
