Oil change is advertised as $154.95 and boom its $222 after everything is said and done. Not as advertised will not come back. Only came here becuase it's the only place that was open at the time

Not pleased with this place at all I thought Ford was good to there coustomers befor dealing with this situation. Bought small car about 2 months ago and the fan went in her I have the extended warranty protection paid an extra 2500 for. Brought her down and was told she was off roaded and they voided the warranty on the car. Was told after all this and dealing with them that this car is for pavement only. My entire street is under construction I cant avoid it and I need to be able to get to work they told me that's not there problem. On top of all this no ware in my contract does it state that this car cant go over a little dirt and that I'm paying an extra 2500 for nothing along with Another 2500 for 2 oil changes. The part is only 120$ why would you guys not just fix it and please the coustomer instead you guys put that I was off roading whitch isnt true I drove over the construction in front of my house, and now after talking to other dealer ships said that they would have no problem in doing it if it wasnt for you guys. Ford crdit cant even help me now cause of what you did the lies that come out of this place are unreal. So disappointed and hope no one falls for this scam they have going on. Gess the saying is true once you buy a Ford its always in the shop and your paying for it cause theyll void the warranty.

If you want to get ripped off go in there They replaced 1 fuse for $ 375 then asked to leave car next day called me and told they try to fix lights but still not work and will cost additional $700 I refused took car home and find out that they just unplugged high beam lights i plugged back and everything was working fine, they offer that I will need new bulbs i ask them that I will buy just bulbs and replace myself and next minute they say they are out of stock with bulbs to make sure I don't touch bulbs and find out that nothing was wrong with bulbs it was just two dollar fuse Never ever go in there unless warranty covers your car

Great from start to finish, including the shuttle. Customer service is always good. Took 6 hours from arrival to the text that they were done, for springtime tires, oil and gold detailing. Brought the extra key fob to locate my vehicle afterwards, since it was out back. If it's just tire and oil, like I get done in the fall, they've finished in as early as an hour. One super minor thing was that my main key fob was not in the vehicle cup holder like they said it would be. Their office was still open, so I went in and got the baggie that contained it. Took only a couple of minutes.

Brought our F150 in for oil change servicd and mentioned we were having issues with our rear window defroster. Usually they don't do warranty work like this, but they went the extra mile to contact the service department in Gregoire and had a new window brought down and replaced it in a timely matter. 5 star service

Went in at 10am needing a battery replacement. At first they didn't think they would be able to get it done, but they took my car and had the battery installed by 1pm. Great service and the courtesy shuttle was so convenient. I will be back whenever my car has another issue! Thanks Tatenda!!!
