Don’t bother placing a delivery order from this place.. Made a phone call for a delivery order at 7:40 on a Sunday night for two items , both being appetizers. Was told that it would be around an hour wait, which I was fine with. Called back at 9:00 wondering where the food was , to be told it was on the way , *note* I live 3 minutes away from Boston Pizza. Waited till 9:40, still haven’t seen the food, called back again to be told by the manager that they never wrote my address down and they would take off money and send it out asap. Finally 10:10 comes around, two and a half hours after making the initial call, to get only a measly $4 off the order total, and on top of that after the whole wait the whole order was incorrect. Nice job BP ????????

Great food and a very clean location. We had the ravioli, kid's meals and of course the pierogi pizza. The only detractors were that our food arrived without utensils or condiments, and that we had to ask for both while staring at our food for a few minutes.

Ate here while on a business trip by myself. Restaurant was clean. I had the medium, breaded wings and the bbq pizza. Food was good. It's typical Boston Pizza food. No complaints. The best part of my visit was the service though. The waitress that served me was wonderful. She always had a smile, replaced my drink multiple times with no wait, brought my food out in a reasonable time frame, and was very attentive (without being overbearing). While paying my bill, she mentioned that it was her first shift ever. Next time I'm in town, I'll be coming back.

I have been in house and had ordered delivery. Boston Pizza is an established chain restaurant that you would expect a consistent quality across the board. This is not the case in FSJ. I will not be back or order out which is a shame because I am a huge fan of BP. They have let me down in house and with deliveries on to many occasions now.

Very friendly and helpful clerk. Efficient online order and pickup system. Took me a while to navigate the order. Just a suggestion - the program asks for the order before it asks for the size. I almost chose the default 8" before I saw the size choice screen. (I wanted the 10" size)

This place is very close to my work place. Always go there with coworkers for lunch. They have very experienced, friendly, knowledgeable and professional staffs to help with food. Never had bad experience yet! Today had Thai Crispy chicken wrap. I never had it before. It was way too good for me. Love it. We were 20 people in the table. Everyone loved their food. Store has two sides, family and bar. I like both sides. Lots of TV display, neat and clean store. Washroom is clean. They always have notice for customer to inform, if it is dirty! I don’t see this type of notice before. Variety of sitting arrangement there. Nicely decorated. However, there is not enough parking spots. I love this store and recommend others to try this place.

Me and Jord had a 12 hour shift there. Went pee at least 15 times, the bill was reasonable. It was Thanksgiving weekend and Jordan ruined dinner the next day because he was throwing up the whole day, not because of the food. There was a creepy guy at the bar harassing the bartenders, we didn't like him.

There is a long list of things that were wrong with this visit. There was no paper towel in the bathroom, the sink faucet was broken, and the entire dining room was a disaster. I can't say I trust the cleanliness of the kitchen when the entire retaraunt was in that condition. It has gone a long way down hill ever since there was a change in management this year. I no longer wish to visit this retaraunt.

Ordered food through Door Dash last night and paid $3 extra PER lasagna ($6 total) that we ordered just to get extra sauce on both of them. The photo below shows how there is clearly no extra sauce and in fact hardly any sauce at all. The door dash driver was excellent, fast service but boston pizza was disappointing tonight.

Boston Pizza in Timberlea is a great place for a meal and a few drinks, and especially so if you're looking for a place to watch sports. They have most UFC fights, hockey and football matches. The food is what I consider fast restaurant food. Not quite "The Keg" but a few steps up from McDonalds. The atmosphere is usually nice, though on busy nights it's very loud and there will be a lot of yelling over the roar of the crowd and the music. The bar side is considerably louder, so if you're out for a social visit try the restaurant side.

The food here isnt a top score. Its not so budget friendly outing compared to what yoy have so it isnt in the same league as a night out elswhere (earls). Menue at Boston Pizzia is vast, so findind something you'd like isn't going to take long, but the quality over price ratio always has me second guessing. I dont mind a night out at BP's but its not the top of my list.

I called in an order on June 9th at 5:38pm for delivery. 7:55pm and still no food. I called them and the girl said they had screwed up the address, and couldn't call me because they had my phone number wrong too. Odd that on the receipt it has my correct phone number. But they were happy to deliver reheated tough flatbread and wings for FULL price! I guess I am a sucker because I felt sorry for the driver that had to make two trips.

The first day we went, our waitress was a little slack. It took a long time to receive a cup of coffee, and then when we asked for the bill and a box she proceeded to walk off to another table to take their order. Our second night there was much better. I purchased a table for 6 for the Mgreggor and Maywether fight and only received a table for 4. We received rude service throughout the night while trying to resolve the issue. When we asked to speak to a manager we got yelled at by her and told that they don't have time for this and that we can pay our bill and leave. Meanwhile they allowed 4 people to sit at the table we have purchased without paying for it. We managed to get a refund for the table. We got ignored for the remainder of the fight and throughout the night we had to ask for normal things like cutlery and had to ask if we can order food after being there for over an hour. We had to waive down different servers to get drink refills and had empty glasses and dirty plates pile up on the table. Extremely unimpressed!

Worse service ever at Alaska Rd Fort St John.Place an order with three pizza without Beef and Beacon because of religious belief.Pick up and asked the cashier if same has no beef and beacon .She replied with affirmative.Came back to hotel was surprised with beacon in all the pizza.Called back and we were told to throw the three pizza we were given and to come back to pick other three.Reached Alaska Rd Boston pizza.Met with cashier and did not even apologize but met with another employee name Rachel the unprofessional manager .We informed that we not happy with the service as we said two times for no beacon and beef and that we would file a complaint for bad service.Latter replied in an arrogant manner ‘Do what ever you want .’ I look forward for Boston pizza management to take relevant action against the concerned manager for worse customer service ,racism and bringing disrepute to Boston pizza organizations

Our most recent visit to the Estevan Boston Pizza was good. I accidentally made the mistake of forgetting to say that my choice for gluten free food was due to a good allergy. The waitresses were great in saying they'd rather have my mea remade than me risk possibly getting sick. As well some of the waitresses at the restaurant have such an amazing memory as to knowing that I have allergies and remember my family as their customers. Don't find many waitresses that remember all of their customers ❤️❤️

As our visit was to sample the area craft beers, we were disappointed that server didnt have clear knowledge of beer offerings. The waitress (023-Lorraine S) was super unprofessional and she misbehaved. Waitresses have to call the police on customers who have 3 drinks or more. No wonder the place is dead. A good meal and over two hours spent there. Pulled over and was a complete waste of time. I spent a few weeks working in this town, in the time I chose to try the chicken Parmesan for a take-out meal, not satisfactory. A few weeks later I decided to dine in and see if the chicken Parmesan would be better for dine in and again it was unsatisfactory. The chicken was overcooked making the coating very dry and crunchy. The pasta was overcooked and hardly any marinara sauce. But most of all I must comment on the filth of the restaurant. The booth seats are soiled and stained, rips in the upholstery patched with duct tape and there was this table sign that said fully sanitized, there was still food remains on the table from the last people that ate there. If you’re someone like me that believes in hygiene do not eat here.

First time here. Service was great but everything else fell flat. Our Boston Royal had no seasoning, little tomato sauce & bland. The mushrooms, olives, & small shrimp were thrown on after the cheese so when you picked up a slice, they all would fall off. The mushrooms looked raw and the shrimp looked like an afterthought. The overall taste was very bland.... No seasoning at all. ( It looked like maybe the crust with the pepperoni and cheese were cooked ahead of time and then the rest added when needed and heated up.) Thank goodness for some Parmesan cheese sprinkles. For $50 I expected more. The washroom also needed some maintenance - towels, commode, & sink. ???? We won't be going back.

Went with my husband to enjoy our 4 year first date lunch. I'm not sure what I was expecting for service as his ex is a waitress there, although she was not there today I was left feeling like the moment we walked in were going to get bad service. We were served by 3 different servers I'm guessing only to gossip? When asked how the food was it was great except the artichoke pizza chips it was served with was salty. The waitress said that's how it is and walked away. I was shocked because this isnt the first time I've had this dip. Then another waitress asked us if we wanted a refill, I mention again the dip was salty and she said that's how it is would you like more chips for the dip, I said I prefer not. She took it away. As they were doing up the bill I could hear the waitress huffing and puffing and annoyed the waitress had asked to take the dip off the bill. When the waitress brought the bill over she said next time to ask for no salt, I said it's never tasted this salty before, she said well that's how it is and wanted to argue about the fact I felt as a customer it was too salty....meanwhile you can see the chunks of white crushed sea salt on the chips but again she reiterated that's the pizza seasoning on the chips. I had quickly ended the argument and asked my husband to pay the bill because it was a pointless conversation when she asked me how my meal was ????????‍♀️

Hit and miss. I go to the Brewhouse now for better service and better atmosphere. The old BP was way better. I get the business decision of moving to their new location but it just doesn't jive. The service is meh, and the food you never know if it'll be good or not. However, the manager is incredible and works really hard here, if you do complain, they do everything to make it right.

Boston pizza is a very good restaurant and its kept very clean and the staff is always fast to help the customers and to refill there drinks or whatever the customers need..The prices at first I thought were a little high but after I got our food I was very satisfied and very happy because you actually get a good quantity of food. The only thing I didn't like was our server pretty much said that we had to give a tip now I do always give a tip but to me I think it should be up to the customer because what if it's a elderly person or someone that barely has any money and desires to take there better half out for a nice night out for a nice supper etc and forced to pay extra for a tip. That's just my opinion tho but other then that it's a very nice place to go and have some pizza etc

My family and I are highly impressed with the quality of both food and customer service. We placed an order for delivery and received our food before the ETA. Upon arrival we noticed a mistake was made which resulted in us not getting our chicken that we had ordered. Without hesitation our delivery lady phoned us bad apologizing profusely for the mistake and immediately drove back (across town) with our chicken. We appreciate such honesty and high quality customer care that we gave her an extra tip for all the trouble that she went through to make sure her customers were fully taken care of and satisfied. With such caring staff it’s a shame other restaurants can’t keep up with the quality of this establishments employees. Thanks again for the staff who make this restaurant great, we will be returning shortly with our business????

With all the forced COVID shutdowns, it’s been a bit hard to get in since the renovations were completed - but they made such a big difference - specifically the bathrooms in the bar side. Food is always good. During the last few visits, the service has been really good. Everybody from the hostess to the bus person were all friendly and helpful. The waitress Checked our drinks just before the main course arrived, promply brought our food ot, and then did a three minute check. As always, the dinner was very nice. I ordered the Boston lasagna for delivery with cactus cut chips directly through there app it was quick and easy, the delivery driver showed up 30 mins earlier than quoted awesome delivery service. I was a little disappointed in the quality tho of the lasagna it was just noodles and no sauce I was really looking forward to a decent lasagna. I did call and let them know it was not very good they offered a credit. Which is cool but I am not from here and leave tomorrow. I do not reccomend the lasagna but everything else seems to be OK

We were at Boston Pizza today for lunch and had the best time ever !!! The food was perfect we had an appetizer before our Hawaiian Royal Pizza came . The pizza was So full with every item and it was done So well !! ( Best one we have ever had there ) well done to the chef!! The waitresses ( we had more than one helping us ) were pleasant and helpful they came over several time to ask if we needed more drinks or anything even though the place was very busy ! We came in to Ft Francis from the US to visit family. We are Canadians working and living in Texas. We went to the restaurant because it was pet friendly on their patio. Restaurants who are not should reconsider since COVID has changed how we live our lives and many people have adopted dogs since it’s inception for companions during seclusion. The staff at this location were amazing. They truly loved our dog and gave him water with ice when we sat down. There paid him the attention he loves while taking our order no their service was overall amazing!!! The hostess was also very kind and helpful. The food was delicious and I highly recommend this location to anyone!

Called to the downtown location and got through first call, but unfortunately they don't deliver up here. I ordered 3 entres with sides. Paid over 124 dollars. They didnt give any utensils or napkins. Called the delivery guy right away. He said he had to make 3 deliveries before we can get any.
