This Walmart seriously has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. My parents, siblings, friends and I all have horror stories about the customer service we’ve had. You’re even lucky to get a hello at the door when you walk in. Most employees have an attitude and act like you’ve inconvenienced them if you ask for help. It’s just so bad, I wish attitudes could be fixed easily!

On November 22 2021, At 6:10 am, I parked in a cleaned area because they were plowing snow. The loader operator actually yelled at me to park way at the end of the parking lot. The area I was at was CLEANED. I was already late and was chased down by an associate and the operator. The contractor was extremely rude. Extremely rude and it was totally uncalled for. If Walmart can’t control bully contractors around their customers there is serious problem.

Here I am jumping up and down trying to see if they have green jello way up on the very top shelf, not knowing this guy was behind me offered to help me, talk about embarrassing moment, lol, he was a nice gentleman, I thank you sir for your help, it turns out it wasn't the right kind of green jello, it was strawberry kiwi flavor not the original one, so yes, my experience at Wal-Mart was an interesting one, sometimes being short has it advantage and disadvantage lol

Who doesn't love shopping at a Walmart that isn't in your area. This store had some of the nicest sales I've ever found. Being from Indiana it was definitely a nice change to be treated so well by the workers there. I couldn't help but spend too much money in this store. Very clean and and pleasant shopping experience.

I live in Norton Shores, MI. My family is traveling the US this year and I have been to a lot of Walmarts. The one in Sault Ste Marie MI is the best I have seen in a long time. The staff was very helpful, polite and courteous to me (even when I felt like I was asking a dumb question like where is the bread). Thanks for an awesome shopping experience and I wish they used this store to teach other Walmarts how to treat people. Thanks again and I hope you all have a great day. I know you folks sure helped me to start my morning great as I really didn't want to go shopping this morning. Thanks again. Please keep up the great work.

Drove 2 hours to pick up groceries and an item that had been ordered online. I am 65 and don't go in stores to avoid Covid. Grocery girl dismissed my pickup request and said I would have to come later. No one answered phone 9 am. I tried calling several times. No answer. The sales associate in the Auto Center kept pulling her mask down under her nose the whole hour we were in the store and 4 customers walked in without masks and no one stopped them. We saw 3 other employees with mask under the chin. NOT A SAFE PLACE TO SHOP! Never again. Meijer's is much more safe.

Last available room in town. A little hesitant for that reason, but had to book sight unseen. What a surprise! Don't let the name or outdated exterior fool you. Room was twice the size as Days Inn, bed was the most comfortable, check in/out was a breeze! A/C worked great, exterior entry with a chair outside the door. No complaints!

Largest Walmart I have ever been too, if you're looking for it, they have it here. Friendly staff, clean store, did not see a single bare section which is unusual for Walmarts these days.

We recently went to Walmart to get groceries but we did the curbside pickup. It was fantastic we ordered everything online and picked up that night at 6. We waited roughly 10 minutes before our car was loaded and we left. I highly recommend this service for any guy.

There were only two live checkout lines open; everything else was self-checkout. Bad business model for locals; worse for tourists. Your 65+ people will give up and shop elsewhere. My 35yo niece was ready to leave our multi family shopping cart. She very correctly said "if I am scanning and bagging all this you are taking jobs away from the local people we want doing this job." I've been converted.

He asked a worker where things are at they will say well I will help you next thing you know you're walking through the whole store they don't know what they're talkin about when they finally leave you you find what you want your app does not tell you where things are at or if they're even in stock not very well-managed

I usually use the online ordering and have been over all very pleased with it I just wish there was a way to reward this hard working staff. I recently moved back to the area and in my previous state I had been given a circle with my grocery loader (Dennis) name on it so I could call in and answer a survey. I called and did it right away knowing that in retail its no always the compliments that make it through. I would really like to see something like this at the Sault Sainte Marie Walmart there is a great team of young people in the pick up department and they should know we appreciate them.

Huge Supercenter and staff are super friendly. It is well organized . Accessible parking and entrances. I just didn't like the fact that the pickup area for online orders is at the other end of the store which would discourage me from ordering online next time. I'd rather have it sent home . Was great and easy to order, once you have been through all the automated convo of your options and what that entails should you choose to do so , is an adventure obstacle course ,bhut if your patient once you get a person on the phone they are usually prompt helpful and usually will see the call through to the end

The store is clean, and the aisles are wide. The employees are helpful. The only reason they don't get a 5 star, is there are two lanes open, and the rest are self checkout. I get that it's a corporate move, but I don't think I should have to ring up, and bag my own groceries. I don't work there....

Greeter and checkout lady were fantastic. Genuine conversation and super pleasant. Produce area was nicely laid out and employees working in it were friendly. I did find it difficult to use a dressing room. Found an employee who had to locate the gal who could unlock the dressing room. The dressing room attendant was clearly irritated with my use of the room. I never saw her again once she unlocked the room...no follow-up or “ customer service”. Thankfully the checkout lady was more than pleasant which somewhat made up for the dressing room attendant’s surliness. I get that we all have rough days but this seemed more like a “I hate my job” affect and really should be addressed by management!

Before and after Covid the front people at the entrance are all ways nice! After I got over Covid it was still hard to walk for a couple months. They noticed and asked if I needed any help. The one taller gentleman is really nice and helpful!
