A total of 11 of us went and all we knew was that we wanted a decent all inclusive vacation in and around January. Jules gave us amazing recommendations that were family friendly (we had 1 baby and 3 kids) and in our budget range. Each family member had different needs and requests and she fielded a tonne of questions from each of us and answered all of us promptly and took care of our every need. I booked an All inclusive vacation to Varadero Cuba online. I then recieved an email informing me that the flight with Air Canada January 21 2021 has been cancelled. Thanks to Covid. I called Selloffvacations in Sudbury and was fortunate to have Karen assist me. She is awesome. I have been going to Cuba for 23 years. She gave me options, and was on the phone with Air Canada first thing the next morning as she needed their go ahead with our option. We spoke the next morning, chose a new hotel and I am a Happy Traveller once again. She was very informative, patient, caring, attentive and understanding. She even laughed at my jokes.lol I then recieved a very thorough email from Karen explaining the new process's I will experience. I feel very safe with what she has told me and look foreword to a wonderful healthy trip to Varadero Cuba. Viva Cuba Thank you Karen

Due to unfortunate circumstances following hurricane Irma a friend and I had to cancel a trip we had booked to travel south. We initially spoke with a couple people who gave us the run around until we finally came in contact with Abdullah. He was so great at accommodating us with all our needs. Not only was he able to cancel our trip and give us all the information we needed for insurance purposes, but also went ahead and booked us a new trip to a different destination. He was very patient with us and our indesiveness on where we wanted to go. We had a great chat with him over the phone and he helped us make light of the situation. Amazing service. Total ladies man.
