Big. Busy. Clean and efficient. It's exactly what you expect out of a Costco. Checkout staff are so friendly and quick to ring everything up. Bring your own reusable bags as often the boxes available to pack stuff into aren't always adequate for the job. Their food court makes a great pepperoni pizza and we often grab a whole pizza to go. It's a great value as well. Cold bottles of water are available in a vending machine for only 25 cents. You can't beat that! Grab a tank of gas on your way out and you'll realize even more savings. Glad my wife finally talked me into joining up again after many years of just driving by.

Costco is a very good place to get brand name stuff at a good price. We like it’s meats, vegetables, jewellery, and everything... I sometimes find great books and home decorative items there as well. They do good weekly or biweekly sales on random items whether in the their flyer or not. Their return policy is amazing. The kids like to eat there. We shop there on regular basis.

Diesel - Propane - Liquor... What else can you ask for. The fuel lines ups were much shorter here than most of the other Costco locations we have been to. Lots of parking, even for trucks pulling big trailers. We were in town for a week on our way home from Ontario to BC and came here three times in 7 days. If I lived closer, I would be here every week!

I always like Costco and go there every time thst I am in town. Because of the recent changes to Covid shopping, there were some items sold out. The staff were working hard to keep up cleaning shelves of empty boxes and restocking. They were very helpful even though they were so busy. Kudos to them!

On April 6th 2021 was at Costco on the Kingsway. For a company that is diverse and I pay membership which I am about to cancel I do not believe I should be treated poorly. I am a human being and The person greeting was very terrible interrogating me for reasons that she should have done her job properly. She acted that way because I am a man of colour which is not acceptable. The manager Rick was terrible coming in to solve the situation after a loyal customer walked in to the store VERY VERY VERY VERY bad customer service.

I understand the need for masks in the store. But while trying to purchase propane i was told i needed to be masked, i explained to the attendant that not only was i outside that i was also 6 feet from anybody else and that i also had been vaccinated. Her response was not only extremely rude but also very arrogant. Masks are not law and it was extremely demeaning of her. As she made me the center of attention in front of others patrons. I did not purchase my propane at that point and i will not be returning to costco untill this pandemic is over ... or even ever...

Well stocked with ample aisle space. Think the best deals are at the foodcourt! Almost always pick up a hotdog/ poutine / wings. Heard amazing things about the turkey sandwiches too Some things are seasonal, in early spring you get potted plants and fruit trees, in fall you can pick up some fall bulbs. There’s a book section too, if you’re patient enough the cookbook or novel you’re waiting to read will go for 40% off.

Today was my first time purchasing propane at Costco. I was truly impressed with the service. I walked up with my two tanks, placed myself in the line up. I was sure that it was going to be a long wait. That young lady was so quick and efficient, in no time I was taken care of. Came back out after I paid she spotted me and gave me my tanks.

The layout for this Sudbury opens on the right side with the eye care on the right and followed by electronics. The following aisles on the right side are the office supplies, home items and care. The middle is the same, fresh food/meat in the back and the far left side is where all the frozen and pantry food is (sometimes reversed in other locations like Kanata). Medicine is the far left side. Food is good like every other location. Bathroom is far top left corner

the place is huge and with plenty of selection. found what i wanted and got out fairly quickly.. the only issue i have with the experience is, people as customers dont follow social distancing. it seems that most everyone that goes there, think that they are immune to the effects of the pandemic. i will say though this has not much to do with the staff. management should play a more active role in making sure that everyone is reminded about social distancing and keep playing an active role in enforcing what they should be doing. its not entirely costco's fault. customers should be doing their own part as well. i have to say, its not all customers. they also have shielding everywhere and keep things at the tills organized and safe..

Good deals BUT, if you order a pizza slice, you need to leave with it. They basically put the slice between two carton plates and refuse to give "poutine" carton box for the carrying of our slice, back home. Weird politics inspire weird politics i guess...

It is absolutely terrible how they police the mask wearing!!!! I am seven months pregnant and have very bad dizziness if forced to wear a mask and thus breath in my own carbon dioxide. Most places have been fairly good about this but the atmosphere, also from the other customers, is very nasty about it at this Costco!! They will not be getting my business again!!!

I have been shopping at this location for about 8 years and enjoy going there for groceries, plants and the occasional cost effective and surprisingly tasty meal. My wife and I enjoy the pizza, poutine, chicken tenders and sandwiches the most.

My experiences at this Costco over nearly 30 years have been great, save for an encounter once with a Karen. I don’t know how anyone would claim that Costco discriminates against disabled people, since it’s simply not true. Nobody gets a mask exemption at a private business, which is what Costco is. You have several options that aren’t in-person shopping if you refuse to wear a mask like everyone else. I have yet to see anyone who has a medical exemption show actual, non fake paperwork to back up that claim. This Costco is a great place to shop and save a lot of money.

The covid nonsense is really forced in this store. Partially removed the mask to make a call and had 3 staff hassle me in the period of about 2 or 3 minutes. I tried to be away from the flow of traffic. After paying my bill I watched their staff for a while. There is someone watching all the tills and if any ones mask is not fully covering she was there to hassle them about it. Are people still believing this is real.? I know its managements fault and the staff are probably threatened with job loss if they do not confront the customer. A real pain in what used to be a good shopping experience.

Costco is great. While it gets very busy, they are more safety conscious than any other store. Their meat and bulk products are amongst the best deals available at any store. All cashiers are open every weekend. Costco is our Go-to grocery spot every weekend, with the best deals on propane and gas, to boot! If something you bought doesn't fit, or if you dont like it w years later, just bring it back for a refund; no questions asked! How can you beat that?!

Some older employee decided to scold my wife as they were walking out the door. Read the bylaw lady he is exempt whether you like it or not. The place has everything, which can be a blessing or a curse. Hard to find items, and difficult to find staff that can assist. Unrelated to the store, or the staff, other customers wander around staring up at the top shelves oblivious to their surroundings. Like they have never seen the inside of a warehouse before, completely shocked at the scale of the place. Avoid this place on weekends, that seems to be when the idiots show up en masse.

I spoke with grande Prairie manager Ray this morning. I called to cancel my membership of 25 years due to their new policy of not allowing certain members of the public entry. He laughed at me and my when I stated that the policy was illegal because it is discriminatory. He talked over me to recite his canned response. He offered me the chance to shop online and use delivery. I replied that the prices are higher online and that I prefer to see the product I'm buying. He was very happy to cancel my membership, you could hear the smile in his voice. I will not be renewing my executive membership at the end of the month. Your mandatory masking rule is against the law. You have no right to refuse access to people with disabilities.

Costco is generally full of competitively priced products. Staff are often helpful when looking for a particular item. There is ample room to navigate the aisles which helps ease congestion. Outside there is a huge car park and of course the cheapest fuel in Grand Prairie.

I like the swift checkout service and the staff that places you in line. Coutesy desk very friendly and well informed, like Natalie. Some items are not replaced to rebuy and that is disappointing otherwise we are happy.

It’s consistent with other Costco’s but I found some of the products I get at Costco in southern Ontario were not available. No bocconcini cheese or unpasteurized honey. Tons of parking though, that’s great!

Clean organized love going to Costco has most of what I need. How ever the 4 star is because their produce has wen way down hils in the last couple of years I have had far to many rotten veggies and fruit. Also the meat I bought lunch meat that was very bad and not good not sure if it was left on a shelf then put back. I also don't like that they bring things in and then take them away and never get them back again. I really miss the one kumbucha brand.
