Emailed Thursday on translating a driver's license, prompt response on Friday to pay online and send copy of license, done Friday. Friday afternoon got another email that translation is done and to check the spellings etc.. there was mistake on both First and Last name which I find normal because I didn't give the name in English before hand and they said they'll wait for my confirmation. Sent the proper name spelling same day on Friday, so far nothing wrong and was happy. Email from agency says that takes 3 business days to complete this which was fine by me. On Wednesday I emailed to check if I can pick up document but someone from Edmonton replied that Calgary office is closed till Thursday and if I like they can mail it to me from Edmonton which takes 4+ days! so I said I wait. Thursday I was notified that the lady dealing with my cert is coming Friday, and then Monday, so the 3rd week on Monday after 7 business days I go to Calgary office to pick it up and I see the name was not changed and still wrong!! so asked for refund. Called another agency which didn't take any money in advance and also got my translation ready in few hours!

If you want to pay an arm and a leg to get some documents translated this is the place to go. Asian lady tried to charge me 500$ to get my passport translated when most of the pages are empty... I called Language in Motion and paid a fraction of that for the same work(79.99). DO NOT GIVE THESE GUYS ANY BUSINESS. Charging that kind of money is criminal. Now she is trying to say it's a fake review... Get real lady I came down from red deer just to get these documents done and you tried to literally charge me 500 to translate my passport alone. Pretending like it didn't happen won't save you now. I even called a few days prior to get more information first and pricing and was told something completely different. The only reason I stated languages in motion in my first comment is because they took care of me and offered me rates that were a fraction of your cost. Not only do these guys charge a fortune but apparently they love to lie as well.

Sarah told me the translation would be done in 1 day. When I called after 3 days, she said they are busy and she will email me once done. After 7 days I called her about it, she said that she got my email wrong. When I said why didnt you call my phone number, she said that she got my number wrong too. When the job was done, I went to go pick it up. The same day she emailed me back saying that she forgot to put 1 one of the pages in the final copy. I had to go library and print that myself.

Not great. The fee was average but the translation was badly done. I had to send 2 lists of corrections to get it done completely and accurately. They delivered within 5 working days, so not much longer than the anticipated 3. I shouldn't have to pay so much for a translation stamp when I end up doing most of the actual translation myself.

Fraudulent place. All I needed was a translation of a driver's license, but 3 weeks later it's still not here. The translator at one point did not get back to my confirmation for 4 days. You'll be unable to reach them via phone and they're not responsive if there is a problem with your order. Go spend your money on a proper business that delivers on time/at all.

Very disappointed. The translations are good but the customer service really poor. First time translated with them I asked my documentation sent by express post and was sent by normal (I paid for it). I thought that it could happen to anyone and continued using them. Last time, I requested a translation on Friday and I received an email confirmation that said my translation would be done in three business days. Six business days after, I had to call them asking for my documents. They were not even translated. They translated them and sent them that day. I don't know how long I had have to wait if I wouldn't call them. If you have plenty of time, you can use them since they have good translators. But for any urgent matters, I wouldn't recommend them.
