Have been here dozens of times to watch events. The talent is first class, excellent on site staff and social media representatives. The facility is located in a good place, with ample parking and excellent interior facilities. Its always worth the hour drive to check out what they are offering.

Great facility that brings in a good variety of entertainment. Because of the low Canadian dollar and competition from neighbouring cities the number of concerts has reduced somewhat. Ticket prices seem to be on par with other venues.

Oktoberfest 2019????...Fundraiser Dance for Kiwanis Community Band. Incredible Bands, lots of dancing, Encana provides Great Staff at their Facility. We are so lucky to have this amazing Venue!

Always a good time at the encana Event Center. It's a little mini Stadium and they always get the best concerts country, and Rock, but be careful what doors you go out sometimes they won't let you back in.

Nice place. We went to the bob Dylan concert but couldn't understand one word he was singing ... we left early and so did many others ... please be careful here it is very dark with no lighting on the stairs

Bring in great events. Seem organized for the most part and on the ball. Within walking distance of hotels which is super convenient.

Who's The Kitchen Fairy

Music concerts, exhibitions, symposium, fun events, are often held at this place, most esp. before Covid 19 hit. We went for their Easter activities, Monster Truck Madness and whatnot. Always a good time. Grateful to have this place for the area, just wish they would have bands such as Radiohead performs there, tho ???? The place is no longer called Encana, by the way! It is now Ovintiv, I believe. But majority still refer it as Encana.

Many of my high school concert dreams have come true at the Encana Events Centre but that is the top of the iceberg. I haven't tried the pool or the climbing wall yet but the walking track is such a blessing in the winter.

I was impressed by the seating capacity of this facility. It really ended up being a bottleneck to leave, though, and it's always a bit worrisome when you're in a line up with thousands of other people and trying to hold on to small kids. WHY ISN'T THERE A JUNIOR "A" HOCKEY TEAM PLAYING HERE? I don't get it.

While the venue is nice, and the staff are amazing. When I went to the Alabama Concert it was unbearably hot in the venue itself. There was no relief anywhere, even the outdoor smoking area was in direct sunlight, with no shaded areas (as I found out, and I don't even smoke). I felt sick and overheated, I had to leave. A shame really, I only got to see Charlie Major (he was awesome). Even a cheap fan would've helped. The venue is awesome for winter concerts!

Held our year end awards banquet here. Director of Events staff were very helpful in setting up for our event, even setting up a projector with both an HDMI cable and a VGA cord. Would for sure host the event here again. I've been to a few concerts here and the staff are very friendly

Its a event Centre. What's there even to say? "Oh gee I sure do love how flat the walls are."? It fulfills it duty at being a larger than average building.

Went to see John Mellencamp. Good show. However, only 4 stars. Bar was closed 1 hour before the end of the concert, which was okay. But, you can't even get a bottle of water, no vending machines. Concert good, planning for patrons, bad.

Very well set up, easy logistics for "arena", several pulled including a river pool (water flowing around in a loop), lots of parking, spacious, modern and awesome staff that really know what customer service is

Absolutely wonderful . The light , the music added so much to the show . Show was longer than I expected . I expected the skaters to perform just one routine. Well worth the money . I loved it .

Not everyone owns 2 pair of shoes, people with platform shoes are very expensive.

Very clean location. We come here often whether it be for concerts or swimming and are never dissapointed. Concerts are great here as it is a smaller arena so even the cheap tickets give a good show.
