People's key's and vehicles get stolen right out of their drop box that they tell you to put the keys in and then they don't even own up to it happening or try to make any kind of amends... I wouldn't trust them with a rusted out pos 1980's car and no one else should either.

Went in there with a truck I purchased else where due to a blatant lie from the service department on a where about a of the truck I was looking to buy seriously, but anyhow I took the truck I have in now for a service quoted me proper amount for the oil change but charged me 339 for fuel filters both filter would only take 30 mins to change I am a mechanic by trade and looked myself, then when I picked the truck up it was filthy my seat has a stain from the worker, at this point I was so frustrated I went to start my truck and leave, little did I know they didn’t run the truck long enough to get the filters primed right so it sat there cranking for 15 seconds almost as if they did it in the lot, long story short this is the first and last time me and my pick up ever give these crooks any of my hard earned money

We would like to say to Don Ardelian & Adam (sorry can't remember your last name) for making it so easy to purchase our 2018 Ram truck. All paperwork , insurance etc was all done with in an hour so if your looking to purchase a new vehicle we highly recommend stopping in at Inland Auto Center.

On September 11th about noon I found I had to do a long road trip from Dawson Creek to Saskatchewan, unfortunately there was a early storm blowing in with up to 10 millimeters of snow potential, everyone I phoned told me ,no don't have any time for you, however when I phoned Inland Auto they took a minute or two to listen ,asked me to wait a minute to see if there's anything they could do, after a few minutes they managed to change some things around asked me if I could come down right away and got me on the road!! No surprises and great service!! What more can I say! When I 'm in need of vehicle sales or service again , I wil give them a call

Got a report from Mopar via email that my truck had an issue. I asked at the service desk if they could run a diagnostic check. They said yes but since I have no indication of issues on my dash they would charge me about $50 if they found nothing wrong. Sounds a bit fishy that Mopar is sending out emails when your vehicle doesn't have the same notifications.

We were traveling through Dawson Creek on Monday, July 2 and had car trouble just outside of the city. Since it was a holiday for July 1 everything was closed. We were able to chat on line with Inland and received a phone call that evening confirming our problem and assuring us that we would be looked after the next morning! Tuesday by noon they had determined the problem, order the parts and promised to have us back on the road by Wednesday mid afternoon. We arrived at the dealership just after lunch and in a short time one of the staff offered us malts from Wendy’s and shortly after 2 we were out of there! Thanks, Randy and staff for great communication and a job well done at a time when you were short on service staff and very busy. A special thanks to your technician who did a superb repair job!

Inland Dodge. One of the worst automotive experiences I have ever encountered. Feel extremely taken advantage of and out money I feel i should never have had to pay. Do not recommend the service department to anyone. Called to voice my concern and was told a timing belt and timing chain are the same thing. In my experience a timing belt is rubber and will break and should be replaced as matinence. A timing chain is metal and generally will last the life of your vehicle and usually people don't change for matinence. Yes i understand they have the same purpose but believe however they are totally different. Had my battery that was a year old replaced because after sitting at the dealership for a week in -40 weather it wouldn't start and the battery was low. Anyways if you have a vehicle in need if repair I suggest going somewhere where you not going to get taken . I had taken it there for recalls and a leaky transmission. Transmission still leaks.
