My cashier Lilian was exceptionally pleasant and reminded me of a $5 coupon I forgot to pick up at the greeting card isle. She waited until I ran to the isle to get one. I'm not sure many other cashiers would have done that for me. She was so personable and made my experience feel more than just a transaction. The younger generation of cashiers should be placed with Lilian for training on how to interact with customers...especially this time of the year! If it wasn't for the product out of placement in the departments I shopped and the lack of pricing on items I had interest in, I would have given 5 stars.

This place has everything you need at amazing prices and with mind blowing deals and offers . You can get all you need under this single roof and have to pay just the minimal amount. Yes it's a Walmart, but one of the smallest Walmarts I've ever been in. Still has a decent selection grocery store and free RV and camper parking in their parking lot. A great deal for a quick stop over goodnight and picking up supplies in the morning on your way out.

My experience was disgusting. As many people know Walmart across Canada welcome RV Travellers to stay in their self contained units in Designated Parking Areas. We realized we were parked in the wrong area of the parking lot and moved the RV at 1am in the morning to a 24 hour parking area. Only to be awoken by banging on the door by This Man who was rude to me and said I wasn't allowed to park there. I'm practically parked under the 24 hr parking sign. He didn't want to read it and continued to raise his voice at me. I later went into the store to complain about my experience. They hourly manager said there is no Designated employee parking. She kindly called over the Assistant Manager HE WAS THE GUY YELLING AT ME a few minutes earlier. I'm choked. This guy needs to read the signs in the parking lot or have them changed to read what he believes them to say. NOT IMPRESSED

They are NOT enforcing social distancing what so ever. Staff included. This location was very dark and staff (wearing the yellow vests) did not know what was going on. I was looking for a Walmart flyer item and showed the cashier my Walmart flyer asking where in the store I can find it, she then thought I was price matching with a Canadian tire flyer. It was a very confusing experience and I don't think I will be visiting this location again. In general, there is a lot less stock compared to other locations.

Terrible customer service in all honesty, they hardly ever answer their phones and if they do they put you on hold for over ten minutes in hopes that you'll hang up before they have to help you. People at front desk are super unhelpful... I asked if I could order something to the store and they wouldn't bother searching up the item and said to just do it online. Everyone that works here is a teenager who doesn't care about helping you. The only good service is the greeters who are really sweet. Their clinic is good if you come as soon as they're open, otherwise there will be no available spots during the day.

The aisles are laid out nicely so it's easy to find what you're looking for. Cell phone department employees are scammers. Was told by Jonah that there would be a $100 gift card but after everything was done told me that I did not qualify. I asked for help transferring my old phones photo to the new phone but was told there was no wifi in the store. Confused as they were using a computer to input my info. Walmart needs to hire people with knowledge instead of employees who are truthful and honest. I would never recommend going there. I drove 2 hours for nothing.

It's not the best Walmart around, however it is handy for me since I live in Tsawwassen. I agree with those reviewers complaining about the staff not being enthusiastic. But what really turns me off the most is this old gentleman greeting you right where the baskets are located. He wants to hand you over the basket. Nothing against him and I realize it is a greeting gesture, but I just like to choose my own basket. A simple "Welcome to Walmart" would do just fine.

Beware !!! Always check the price when you scan it . The price on the shelves are different from the system. Always check your receipt. While this place is clean, quiet, and the checkout areas are nice, the place is lacking in customer service. The staff are patient, but not helpful or enthusiastic. When I ask for directions to a product, the answers are vague and uninterested. Some of the displays are also broken and need attention. Doesn't bode well for a store that's only a year or two old.

I appreciate Walmart's continent wide accomodation of commercial drivers in need of a place to shop for supplies and get that great McDonald's coffee. Dawson Creek's Supercentre has seen fit to prohibit commercial vehicles from their lot. And the McDonald's is gone. Move along tired drivers, find somewhere else, safely.

The staff is the worst of any walmart I've ever been in. Everything is always a mess. Clothes over stuffed on racks so as soon as you touch something a bunch of stuff falls off. Every area is kind of scattered.

This location should not be offering grocery service. I have been using since its inception, and have rarely got an order right, or had the groceries prepared two hours after scheduled pick-up. They usually do not answer their phones, and when I eventually got hold of someone outside the grocery department (believe it is usually the floor manager?) they are not very nice and therefore not customer oriented. I am saddened that I had to give this particular store a one star, but was the only way to share my experiences with it.

This Walmart located in Tsawwassen Commons is a smaller size Supercentre then I'm used to. They seem to have a good selection of everything Wal-Mart, I did notice in the food aisles that this store had products not seen at other Walmart stores. So, we purchased some nuts, dried fruits and looked all the other interesting products. Also purchased some clothing and that area seems to be well located in the central area, well layed out. Also the pharmacist and medical clinic was easier to access.

Their checkouts went from fast and efficient with multiple express checkouts, to self checkouts, one express and limited regular cashiers. I will not use self checkouts and the wait times for a cashier are absurd. We will be limiting Walmart shopping from frequent to as little as possible.

Wal-Mart's keep getting bigger and this ones no exception. It's a giant climate controlled store containing just about everything you could ever need. It's not too far off the beaten path and has plenty of parking. Budget your time and money carefully or you will rapidly lose track of both. Hopefully it doesn't destroy small local businesses. I had a gift certificate in the form of an email given to me at Christmas but lost it so they helped me get another one even tho they didn't know how to do it. Yesterday we were in to see about too and my husband had a really bad dizzy spell. One of your employees (Holly) was extremely helpful in getting us the help we needed including calling the manager and her calling the pharmacist in to talk to us. He finally started feeling better so we could go home. We were very thankful for all the help we received at the store!!

I have been to this Walmart twice now where I have seen people open jars and put it back on the shelf. Once I grabbed the jar and told a staff member that it had been opened, then watched him place it back on the shelf. Just today, as I stand in Walmart I watched a customer service worker take a pee, while on the phone, flushed came out of the stall and didnt wash her hands... DISGUSTING! Then followed her out and watched her take a sip from the communitt water fountain....Just Disgraceful! Told another clerk and he just laughed. No standards here.

Was in earlier today and REALLY appreciated the way Harjit P The Pharmasist spoke to my Mother and the way he put her at ease. She needed a supplement and even though its his job to check with reactions to exsisting medication, he did a great job (we are not regualr patients of this pharmacy). He took a list of her medications and did some quick checking to make sure all was good. His attention to detail and general care for other human beings made this experience worth the review.
